The synthesis, X-ray structure and role of intermolecular interactions have been studied in case of 1,3-diphenyl-urea, owing to its medicinal importance. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic crystal system (space group,Pna2 1)with unit cell parameters,a = 9.118(3), b = 10.558(2),c = 11.780(3) Å and Z = 4. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to a final R-value of 00316. The oxygen atom of the carbonyl group is responsible for the existence of two N—H…O intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

A new crystal structure forbis (ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene [(BEDT-TTF) 2 SbF6] was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure was refined in theP - 1 space group at room temperature. Crystal data for new structure are as follows: triclinic, a = 8.670 (2) Å,b = 8 664 (2) Å,c = 16.842 (5) Å,α = 89°.29 (2),β = 90°.71 (3),γ = 92°.67 (1),V = 1263.64 Å 3,Z = 2,D x = 2.136 g cm -3, (Mo-Kα),λ = 0.7107 Å,R = 0.057 for a total of 5517 independent reflections. An X-ray diffraction study of Rb[UO2(SeO4)F]·H2O (I) was performed. The compound crystallizes in the rhombic system with the following unit cell parameters: a = 8.4753(6), b = 13.5234(9), c = 13.5296(9) Å, space group Pnma, Z = 8, V = 1550.7(2) Å3; R = 0.0248. The principal structural units of crystals of I are [UO2(SeO4)F]? layers belonging to crystal-chemical group AT3M2 (A = UO 2 2+ , T3 = SeO 4 2? , M2 = F?) of uranyl complexes. Two new U(VI) compounds, [((CH3)2CHNH3)(CH3NH3)][(UO2)2(CrO4)3] (1) and [CH3NH3][(UO2)· (SO4)(OH)] (2), were prepared by combining hydrothermal synthesis with isothermal evaporation. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Р21, a = 9.3335(19), b = 10.641(2), c = 9.436(2) Å, β = 94.040(4)°. Compound 2 crystallizes in the rhombic system, space group Рbca, a = 11.5951(8), b = 9.2848(6), c = 14.5565(9) Å. The structures of the compounds were solved by the direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.041 [for 5565 reflections with Fo > 4σ(Fo)] and 0.033 [for 1792 reflections with Fo > 4σ(Fo)] for 1 and 2, respectively. Single crystal measurements were performed at 296 and 100 K for 1 and 2, respectively. The crystal structure of 1 is based on [(UO2)2(CrO4)3]2– layers, and that of 2, on [(UO2)(SO4)(OH)] layers. Both kinds of layers are constructed in accordance with a common principle and are topologically similar. Protonated isopropylamine and methylamine molecules are arranged between the layers in 1, and protonated methylamine molecules, in 2. Compound 1 is the second known example of a U(VI) compound templated with two different organic molecules simultaneously.  相似文献

Single crystals of new uranyl selenates K2(H5O2)(H3O)[(UO2)2(SeO4)4(H2O)2](H2O)4 (1) and K3(H3O)[(UO2)2(SeO4)4(H2O)2](H2O)5 (2) were prepared by isothermal evaporation at room temperature. The crystal structure of 1 was solved by the direct method [C2/c, a = 17.879(5), b = 8.152(5), c = 17.872(5) Å, β = 96.943(5)°, V = 2585.7(19) Å3, Z = 4] and refined to R 1 = 0.0449 (wR 2 = 0.0952) for 2600 reflections with |F o| ≥ 4σ F . The structure of 2 was solved by the direct method [P21/c, a = 17.8377(5), b = 8.1478(5), c = 23.696(1) Å, β = 131.622(2)°, V = 2574.5(2) Å3, Z = 4] and refined to R 1 = 0.0516 (wR 2 = 0.1233) for 4075 reflections with |F o| ≥ 4σ F . The structures of 1 and 2 are based on [(UO2)2(SeO4)4(H2O)2]4? layers. The charge of the inorganic layer is compensated by potassium and oxonium ions arranged in the interlayer space. Each K ion is surrounded by seven O atoms belonging to uranyl selenate layers and water molecules, so that it binds with each other the adjacent uranyl selenate structural elements.  相似文献

Actinide(VII) salts Rb3[NpO4(OH)2]·3H2O (I) and Rb3[PuO4(OH)2]·3H2O (II) were prepared as single crystals and examined by X-ray diffraction. The compounds are isostructural and crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, Z = 4; unit cell parameters: a = 12.1544(3), b = 10.9942(2), c = 7.789(2) ?, ?? = 91.0930(11)° for I and a = 12.1254(3), b = 10.9506(2), c = 7.7699(2) ?, ?? = 90.8253(12)° for II. The main structural elements of I and II are centrosymmetrical anions [AnO4(OH)2]3? forming together with water molecules, owing to strong hydrogen bonding, chains oriented along [101]. In [AnO4(OH)2]3? anions, the central An(VII) atom has a tetragonal-bipyramidal oxygen surrounding. The An-O(OH) interatomic distances decrease in going from I to II owing to actinide contraction by a factor of ??2 more strongly than the An-O bond lengths in the equatorial planes of the bipyramids. The previously studied structure of Cs3[NpO4(OH)2]·3H2O (III) was refined.  相似文献

Compound I has monoclinic symmetry, space group C2/c, a = 16.7572(13), b = 11.7239(12), c = 19.0490(13) Å, β = 98.875(6)°, V = 3697.6(5) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal structure was solved by the direct method and refined to R 1 = 0.085 for 2868 reflections with |F hkl | ≥ 4σ|F hkl |. Compound II has monoclinic symmetry, space group P21/n, a = 10.8252(10), b = 19.0007(10), c = 18.6463(15) Å, β = 100.324(7)°, V = 3773.2(5) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal structure was solved by the direct method and refined to R 1 = 0.084 for 5721 reflections with |F hkl | ≥ 4σ|F khl |. The structures of I and II are based on layered complexes [(UO2)3(SeO4)4(HSeO4)(H2O)]3? formed by combination of uranyl pentagonal bipyramids and selenate tetrahedra. H3O+ cations, water molecules, and protonated methylbutylamine cations are located in the interlayer space. Geometric isomerism of two-dimensional complexes [(UO2)3(SeO4)5(H2O)] in the structures of uranyl selenates was found and described.  相似文献

A single crystal X-ray diffraction study of R[UO2(C2H5COO)3] [R = K (I) or NH4 (II)] was performed. Both compounds crystallize in the cubic system, unit cell parameters for I: a = 11.4329(3) Å (at 100 K), space group P213, Z = 4; for II: a = 11.60503(7) Å (at 123 K), space group P213, Z = 4. The structures of crystals of I and II contain complex anions [UO2(C2H5COO)3]? belonging to crystal-chemical group AB 3 01 of uranyl complexes (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = C2H5COO?). These anions are linked in a framework by electrostatic interactions with outer-sphere cations R and by hydrogen bonds (in case of II). The effect of the kind of carboxylate ion on structural features of R[UO2L3] (L is propionate or acetate ion) is discussed.  相似文献

Single crystals of tetraethylammonium tetrachlorocobaltate were grown by solution method and characterized through single crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetric studies (DSC) and infrared spectroscopic technique (IR). The crystals were bright, transparent and blue coloured. The unit cell parameters were found to bea =b = 90363 Å andc = 14.9879 Å and α = β = γ = 90°, showing tetragonal lattice from the XRD data. Thermogravimetric analysis showed a loss of weight at 683 K from which the decomposition reaction was formulated. Thermal anomalies were found for this crystal at temperatures 200 K, 220 K in the cooling cycle and at temperatures 200 K, 240 K in the heating cycle, respectively which showed that this crystal was associated with first order phase transition. All the vibrational frequencies corresponding to (TEA)+ ions and CoCl 4 2? ions were assigned from the IR spectral data of this crystal.  相似文献

N-methylpyrrole (N-MPy) and 2,2′-bithiophene (BTh) were electrocopolymerized in 0·2 M acetonitrile–sodium perchlorate solvent–electrolyte couple on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The resulting homopolymers and copolymers in different initial feed ratios of [N-MPy]0/[BTh]0 = 1/1, 1/2, 1/5 and 1/10 were characterized by CV, Fourier-transform infrared reflectance attenuated transmittance (FTIR–ATR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The capacitive behaviours of the modified electrodes were defined via Nyquist, Bode-magnitude, Bode-phase and admittance plots. The equivalent circuit model of R(C(R)(QR)(CR)) was performed to fit theoretical and experimental data. The highest low-frequency capacitance (C LF) were obtained as C LF = ~ 1·23 × 10 ?4 mF cm ?2 for P(N-MPy), C LF = ~ 2·09 × 10 ?4 mF cm?2 for P(BTh) and C LF = ~ 5·54 × 10 ?4 mF cm?2 for copolymer in the inital feed ratio of [N-MPy]0/[BTh] 0 = 1/2.

Crystals of a new uranyl selenate, [NH3(CH2)9NH3][(UO2)(SeO4)(SeO2OH)](NO3) (1), were prepared by isothermal evaporation from aqueous solution at room temperature. The crystal structure was solved by the direct method $ P\bar 1 $ , a = 10.7480(7), b = 13.8847(9), c = 14.6363(10) Å, α = 109.9600(10)°, β = 103.212(2)°, γ = 90.4090(10)°, V = 1990.0(2) Å3, Z= 4) and refined to R 1 = 0.0379 (wR 2 = 0.0636) for 8515 reflections with ¦Fo¦ ≥ 4σF. The structure is based on [(UO2)(SeO4)(SeO2OH)]-layers parallel to the (001) plane. In the structure of 1, there are two crystallographically independent 1,9-diammoniononane cations forming micelles in which the hydrocarbon chains are packed crosswise. The micelles are cylinders with an elliptical cross section and a rough surface. They are organized by the principle of hydrophilic and hydrophobic interactions. The cylinders are separated from each other by layers of triangular NO 3 ? groups. Compound 1 is an example of organic-inorganic composites with a unidimensional organic substructure in which the protonated chain-like diamine molecules arranged crosswise form cylindrical supramolecular templates.  相似文献
