应用动力学模型,结合工业生产数据,讨论了高浓度CO气体组成中一段催化剂的装填精度问题。分析了活性系数对催化剂装填量的影响,以年产15万t甲醇的德国GSP粉煤气化工艺为例进行了动力学模拟计算。结果表明:经过工业数据校正的动力学方程可以满足催化剂装填量计算的精度;采用分段进气或废锅副产蒸汽、分段变换制取甲醇等方法,可使反应深度和床层热点温度控制在要求范围以内。  相似文献

随着经济的飞速发展,空气质量存在着严重的问题,而清洁能源天然气是当前最合适的汽车替代燃料。应用分输站或城镇管网预留接口的天然气,经调压、计量、脱水干燥后进入压缩机,经压缩机增压至20 MPa后直接为高压气体半挂车充气,为CNG加气子站提供天然气气源,在一定程度上缓解了环境污染问题。阐述了压缩天然气加气母站的主工艺流程、安全泄压保护流程、加臭流程,压缩机、脱水装置等主要设备的选型以及自控仪表等方面的工艺设计方案。  相似文献

Gas assist injection molding has increasingly become an important industrial process because of its tremendous flexibility in the design and manufacture of plastic parts. However, there are some unsolved problems that limit the overall success of this technique. The purpose of this report was to study the surface roughness phenomenon occurring in gas assist injection molded thermoplastic composities. The materials used were 15 % and 35% glass‐fiber filled nylon‐6 composites. Experiments were carried out on an 80‐ton injection molding machine equipped with a high‐pressure nitrogen‐gas injection unit. Two “float‐shape” axisymmetric cavities were used. After molding, the surface quality of molded parts was measured by a roughness meter. Various processing variables were studied in terms of their influence on formation of surface roughness: melt temperature, mold temperature, melt filling speed, short‐shot size, gas pressure, and gas injection delay time. Scanning electronic microscopy was also employed to characterize the composites. It was found that the surface roughness results mainly from the exposure of glass fiber in the matrix. The jetting and irregular flows of the polymer melt during the filling process might be factors causing the fiber exposure.  相似文献

The packaging or filling of a container with a non‐Newtonian fluid without quality failures is a current issue encountered at the final step of industrial product processes. In this work, the container filling of viscoplastic fluids is studied using an experimental laboratory plant able to reproduce the industrial transitory packaging conditions. First, a Newtonian validation was conducted to compare and to confirm our setup results with available literature data. Second five flow patterns including dripping, jet buckling, mounding, planar filling, and air entrainment were observed and characterized for the viscoplastic container filling. Most of them present different types of instabilities during the filling, except the planar filling, which seems to be ideal according to industrial specifications. A flow pattern distribution depending on relevant dimensionless numbers was developed. Finally, flow pattern transition criteria are determined highlighting the influence of rheological and process parameters on container filling. © 2017 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 64: 1117–1126, 2018  相似文献

Size segregation of pellets in the top bunker (hopper) of a blast furnace is an important factor affecting the radial distribution of the charged burden and indirectly also the distribution of gas in the shaft and cohesive zone. This paper studies size segregation of ternary size pellets during the discharging process of a hopper model through experiments and simulations. The simulations, which are based on the discrete element method (DEM), are first validated using four experimental cases applying different bunker filling methods. The effects of various variables, such as fine mass fraction, particle friction coefficients, diameter ratio of fine to coarse and filling method (random, layered or industrial filling), as well as the interaction with wall (static and rolling friction) on the segregation are investigated. The results show that even though many factors affect the extent of segregation during the discharging process, the most important factors are the filling method, diameter ratio of fine to coarse, wall-particle static and rolling friction, interparticle rolling friction as well as mass fraction of fine particles. Reducing wall-particle rolling or static friction or the fraction of fine particles decreased the extent of size segregation.  相似文献

为了消除尿素高压合成尾气中混合气体的爆炸隐患,在原料气进入合成系统前设置了脱氢系统。介绍了脱氢系统的工艺流程;简述了TH-3型脱氢催化剂的基本特性、填装及使用情况;总结了TH-3型脱氢催化剂的再生与应用的相关经验。结果表明,再生后的脱氢催化剂仍可重复使用,在一定程度上降低了尿素的生产成本。  相似文献
