 The slag melting characteristic of slag forming and slag splashing for 300 t BOF less slag process is researched by combining the methods of the slag chemical composition, the melting point determination and the petrographic analysis. The results show that the melting point of final slag for less slag smelting is 20 ℃ lower than that for conventional smelting. According to results of the petrographic analysis, the C3S (3CaO·SiO2) and C2S (2CaO·SiO2) content for less slag smelting are lower than those for conventional smelting, while the RO (FeO, MgO, MnO, etc) phase and C4AF (4CaO·Al2O3·Fe2O3) phase are higher than those for conventional smelting. According to results of the chemical analysis, the (CaO) content and slag basicity for less slag smelting are higher than those for conventional smelting, while (FeO) and (MgO) content in slag for less slag smelting are almost equal to those for conventional smelting. The reason why slag melting point for less slag smelting is lower than that for conventional smelting is that the quantity of added fluorite for less slag smelting is more than that for conventional smelting. According to the analysis results the slag melting point is determined by the C3S, C2S, RO phase and C4AF content. According to the results of slag melting characteristic before and after slag splashing for less slag smelting, the present adjusting slag process has little effect. It is important to adjust the composition of BOF final slag. The (FeO) content in slag is to be reduced at the slag splashing and adjusting slag process for less slag smelting.  相似文献

Phase diagram is an important basis for materials research and materials application.The phase relations of the Nd-Zr-Si ternary system at 773 K were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction analysis,metallographic analysis and scanning electron microscopy with en-ergy dispersive analysis.The isothermal section of the phase diagram of the Nd-Zr-Si ternary system at 773 K was determined.The isother-mal section of the system consisted of 13 single-phase regions,23 two-phase regions and 11 three-phase regions.The homogeneity range of α-NdSix was from 63 at.% to 66 at.% Si(with x=1.70-1.94).The maximum solid solubilities of Nd in Zr-Si binary compounds and Zr in the Nd-Si binary compounds were observed less than 1 at.% at 773 K.  相似文献

 FeO and V2O5 are two main components of the obtained vanadium steel slag, and the reaction of FeO-V2O5 system determines the physical property of the slag. Through thermodynamic calculation and experimental study, it can be found that within the ranges of steel-making temperature, V2O5 is reduced to VO2. As FeO exists in FeO-V2O5 system, VO2 will be reduced to V2O3 further while FeO is oxidized to Fe2O3. In this multi-system, as the content of FeO and temperature increase, the system will have products in turn such as V3O5, V3O4, FeVO4, Fe2VO4 and Fe3O4. The products are mainly V3O5 and Fe2O3 when the content of FeO is 0.58 mol and the temperature is 1100 K, and as the temperature increases, Fe2O3 starts to react with V2O5 and then generates FeVO4; FeVO4 disappears while the content of FeO and the temperature increase at the same time, and then Fe2VO4 is generated by the reaction of FeO, Fe2O3 and V2O3. Iron oxides are also generated such as Fe3O4 and so on.  相似文献

 The research is aiming at the fault diagnosis of HAGC system of strip rolling mill. Taking the advantage of the accompany characteristics of the closed-loop control system, rolling force forecasting model is established based on neural networks. The comparison results between the forecasting results and the actual signal are taken as residual signals, which have eliminated the effects of abrupt input. Wavelet transform is used to acquire the components of high and low frequency, and fault numerical criterion is established through Lipschitz exponent. Wavelet decomposition results make fault feature clear and time-domain positioning accurately. By analyzing the varied fault features which correspond to varied fault reasons, the fault diagnosis of HAGC system is implemented successfully.  相似文献

  In the electric arc furnace (EAF) steel production processes, scrap steel is principally used as a raw material instead of iron ore. In the steelmaking process with EAF, scrap is first melted in the furnace and then the desired chemical composition of the steel can be obtained in a special furnace such as ladle furnace (LF). This kind of furnace process is used for the secondary refining of alloy steel. LF furnace offers strong heating fluxes and enables precise temperature control, thereby allowing for the addition of desired amounts of various alloying elements. It also provides outstanding desulfurization at high temperature treatment by reducing molten steel fluxes and removing deoxidation products. Elemental analysis with mass balance modeling is important to know the precise amount of required alloys for the LF input with respect to scrap composition. In present study, chemical reactions with mass conservation law in EAF and LF were modeled altogether as a whole system and chemical compositions of the final steel alloy output can be obtained precisely according to different scrap compositions, alloying elements ratios, and other input amounts. Besides, it was found that the mass efficiency for iron element in the system is 9593%. These efficiencies are calculated for all input elements as 845% for C, 3031% for Si, 4636% for Mn, 3064% for P, 4196% for S, and 6979% for Cr, etc. These efficiencies provide valuable ideas about the amount of the input materials that are vanished or combusted for 100 kg of each of the input materials in the EAF and LF system.  相似文献

随着经济和社会的发展,我国户籍制度已日显其弊病。现行户籍制度有二千年的历史和文化渊源。深入认识户籍制度的演变路径,是认识和改革户籍制度的前提。现有的户籍改革思路局限于在原有的制度路径上进行修正,没有取得突破性的成果。应该跳出户籍制度本身来谈改革,借鉴国外制度资源,辅之以其他配套制度,逐步废止现行户籍制度并代之以科学的身份证管理制度。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to provide a basis for exploring the relationship between competition and quality in health care by delineating the different institutional, economic and political contexts in which pro-competitive reform was conceived and carried out in different European countries. It begins by distinguishing between national health services and social insurance systems, suggesting that different kinds of system generate different kinds of problem. Different patterns of reform in Italy, Sweden and the UK, and in France and Germany are then reviewed in turn. The paper shows how, since the end of the long boom, health systems in Europe have been exposed to a set of economic, political and ideological pressures. The way these were brought to bear meant that governments in those countries with national health services were much more disposed to radical, pro-competitive reform than others. For them, competition represented a way of managing resource constraint in an increasingly complex and demanding political environment; ideas about quality were marginal to their purpose. The paper then explores the application of competition in different contexts, first among providers and then among purchasers, for which the UK and Germany serve as examples in turn. In each case, competition is only made effective by new forms of managerial direction. Across systems, competition appears less clearly associated with quality than with political control.  相似文献

In 1978 a radical psychiatric reform was passed in Italy, that revolutionized the mental health delivery system. The reform has attracted international attention for its resolute commitment to getting rid of the traditional state hospital and implementing a nationwide mental health system without this type of hospital. The paper begins by depicting its preparation, then after charting the main features of the reform and its implications, it moves on to providing data on the implementation. In the following years relevant legislation has supplemented the reform and is covered in the paper. Other concurrent elements of the implementation process are mentioned and existing empirical studies reviewed.  相似文献

In April 1993, Governor Miller signed House Bill (HB) 100, intended to reform Georgia's mental health system. This legislation called for, among other things, the creation of Regional and Community Service Boards designed to empower consumers and families served by the mental health system. This report reviews the rationale behind HB 100 and progress made toward implementing the legislation. Several problems are discussed which may severely impede actual reform, including the system fragmentation created by the new Regional Board system. A proposal is made to further improve Georgia's mental health system by creating a separate Department of Mental Health governed by a Board having significant consumer and family membership, reducing the number of Regional Boards, and developing a system of performance measures to monitor the progress of reform and to improve accountability.  相似文献
