1.杀菌灭藻剂S_(15) 杀菌灭藻剂S_(15)是广东省化工研究所为配合山西化肥厂引进项目研制出来的新型杀菌灭藻剂。它具有高效、广谱、使用安全的特点,原料全部可立足国内,对工业水中主要细菌、真菌和藻类的杀灭效果,不低于美国Drew公司的Biosperse 284,且药效维持时间较长,在水中氨含量高的情况下,对粘泥和NO_2~-都有十分明显的抑制作用,使用S_(15)经济效益十分显著,每吨水处理费低于目前国内使用的非氧化性杀菌灭藻剂,与目前国内使用过的G—4比较,投药一次,节省3280元,节约60%。本成果已于八四年三月通过技术鉴定。 相似文献

Biodiesel inherently contains more water than mineral diesel and as a result microbial contamination is a major problem that hinders its widespread application. The current method of removing the microbial contamination is direct addition of biocide. However, this method cannot enrich the water phase with biocide rapidly enough, leading to unavoidable overdosing of biocide and environmental issues. Here, biocide is encapsulated within hydrogel microparticles with a water‐triggered release feature to improve antimicrobial efficiency of biocide in biodiesel. To demonstrate the water‐triggered release mechanism, a green dye is encapsulated within the microparticles. The encapsulated dye remains inside the microparticles for more than 6 weeks when the microparticles are stored in oil phase; however, the dye releases in 4 min when the microparticles contact water. Using this water‐triggered release strategy, biocide is successfully delivered to the water phase in biodiesel. The encapsulated biocide shows higher antimicrobial efficacy than that of free biocide, in both short‐term and long‐term experiments. The possibility of scaling up the production of hydrogel microparticles using bulk emulsification method is also explored. Moreover, the water‐triggered release strategy can be used for releasing other water‐soluble functional materials. This opens opportunities for a wide range of encapsulation and controlled delivery applications. 相似文献

将SG-3、SG-5、SG-8三种型号的PVC通过水相悬浮法分别氯化得到四种氯含量不同的产品,然后重点考察增塑剂吸收量随着氯含量改变的变化规律及最终产品的热性能比较,最后得出结论:(1)随着氯含量的增加,SG-3PVC树脂氯化后CPVC产品的增塑剂吸收量逐渐减小;SG-5PVC树脂氯化后CPVC产品的增塑剂吸收量先减小后增大;SG-8PVC树脂氯化后CPVC产品的增塑剂吸收量先增大后减小最后又增大。(2)随着氯含量的增加,三种原料氯化后产品树脂颗粒的粒径都逐渐增大,只是增大幅度变化不同。 相似文献

one approach to the delivery of biocides that has not been utilized in the mainstream of antifouling paint formulations. When
formulating next generation paints that utilize hydrophobic nonmetallic biocides, it is necessary to develop an understanding
of the release kinetics of the compounds from model polymeric coatings in order to better develop methods for providing long-term
efficacy.
The biocide 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one is a nonmetallic and nonenvironmentally persistent biocide that has
been registered in several countries for use as an antifouling agent and has gained approval by the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency. The release characteristics of this biocide from copper microtubules as well as polymeric films were determined by
high performance liquid chromatography.

Mycobacterium immunogenum, a newly identified member of the Mycobacterium chelonae_M. abscessus complex is considered a potential etiological agent for hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP) in machine workers exposed to contaminated metalworking fluid (MWF). This study investigated the biocidal efficacy of the frequently applied commercial formaldehyde-releasing (HCHO) biocides Grotan and Bioban CS 1135 and non-HCHO type biocides Kathon 886 MW (isothiazolone) and Preventol CMK 40 (phenolic) toward this emerging mycobacterial species (M. immunogenum) in HP-linked MWFs, alone and in presence of a representative of the Gram-negative bacterial contaminants, Pseudomonas fluorescens, using two semi-synthetic MWF matrices (designated Fluid A and Fluid B). Relative biocide susceptibility analysis indicated M immunogenum to be comparatively more resistant (2-1600 fold) than P. fluorescens to the tested biocides under the varied test conditions. In terms of minimum inhibitory concentration, Kathon was the most effective biocide against M. immunogenum. Fluid factors had a major effect on the biocide susceptibility. Fluid A formulation provided greater protective advantage to the test organisms than Fluid B. Fluid dialysis (Fluid A) led to an increased biocidal efficacy of Grotan, Kathon and Preventol against M. immunogenum further implying the role of native fluid components. Used fluid matrix, in general, increased the resistance of the two test organisms against the biocides, with certain exceptions. M. immunogenum resistance increased in presence of the co-contaminant P. fluorescens. Collectively, the results show a multifactorial nature of the biocide susceptibility of MWF-colonizing mycobacteria and highlight the importance of more rigorous efficacy testing and validation of biocides prior to and during their application in metalworking fluid operations. 相似文献
