采用有限元法对三维流体场和温度场控制方程进行了耦合计算。在保证液体总流量不变的情况下,分析在不同堵塞情况下定子空心股线中流体速度、绕组温度分布的特性。结果表明,空心股线堵塞情况的不同,直接影响定子线棒的温度分布,并且还会影响定子线棒最高温度和最低温度的温差。计算了一台QFSN-220-2型汽轮发电机在不同堵塞情况下定子线棒的三维温度场,与实测值比较,结果表明该模型以及计算方法是正确的。 相似文献

Slot discharge and VS are two stator winding deterioration mechanisms acting on stator winding insulation. Slot discharge can have at least three different causes only one of which is caused by bars vibrating in the slot. Slot discharge will be significant only in bars that are operating at or near rated voltage. Vibration sparking will only occur when two conditions are met simultaneously: a) the slot conductive coating is too conductive, and b) the bars are vibrating in the slot. This can occur throughout the stator.The manifestations of the two mechanisms can be very similar. The major difference between slot discharge caused by loose coils and VS is that VS can occur on bars located anywhere within the winding. Vibration sparking is generally the more aggressive of the two mechanisms. Because the root cause and corrective actions are quite different, it is important to distinguish between the two mechanisms. The presence of VS or slot discharge in a stator winding can have significant influence on the projected life of a stator winding. Thus it is important to detect and correctly diagnose either problem in its early stages. If the amount of activity is significant and advanced, repair may be difficult or impossible, particularly in the case of VS. 相似文献

发电机内冷却水(内冷水)系统腐蚀及腐蚀产物沉积所引起的绝缘性能与通流冷却能力下降,是发电机运行的重要安全隐患。某发电厂发电机内冷水系统出现堵塞、超温异常,其腐蚀产物中单质铜含量高。为消除隐患,首次采用以氨基磺酸为主的复合酸并添加双氧水作为清洗介质,辅以分步去除氧化铜和单质铜的工艺,对该发电机内冷水系统实施了化学清洗。结果表明,所采用的清洗工艺技术有效去除了线棒内的腐蚀产物,且对线棒本体损伤较小;与清洗前相比,清洗后定子线棒最高温度下降了9.9 ℃,线棒间最大温差下降了10 ℃,不同线棒间出水最大温差下降了11 ℃,确保了发电机安全经济运行。 相似文献

针对空冷水轮发电机定子绕组附加损耗的实际工程问题,从其产生的原理出发,在综合考虑了同相槽和异相槽在涡流损耗上的区别、上下层线棒股线在槽内的实际位置等多种因素影响的基础上,以一台350 MW空冷水轮发电机为例,综合运用电磁场、流场、温度场数值求解方法,对其线棒附加损耗及发热情况进行了计算分析,并与现场实测数据进行了比较。结果表明,该文方法计算精度较高,优化措施有效,对于指导大型水轮发电机定子线圈的优化设计具有良好的工程实用价值。 相似文献

本文研究的300Mvar空冷隐极同步调相机定子绕组采用多并联支路设计,绕组端部接线结构紧凑,需采取特殊措施避免电晕。针对此情况,笔者提出了一种新的定子绕组端部接线结构,该设计仅改变每条支路极相组的连接顺序,操作简便易行。并将原设计并联环与新设计并联环的区域合成电流及电势差进行对比分析,结果表明,本文提出的定子绕组端部接线结构可以使处于不同相带的两个相邻的定子线棒之间的电压降低为传统接法的50%,将调相机的起晕电压提高至以往结构的2倍,显著地提高了调相机的耐电晕性能。 相似文献

The construction of new disk induction motors of block-module type, which are a part of motor-transformer units (MTUs), are considered. The induction motors are intended for operation in hermetic objects under extreme conditions: a gas, steam-to-gas, and liquid environment at high pressures (up to 150MPa) and temperature (up to +600°C). The primary winding of the transformer part of the unit is connected to a three-phase network, and the secondary z-phase bar winding is located in Z grooves of the magnetic conductor of a transformer closed on one side by a short-circuited ring. The motor part of the unit contains an induction motor with a short-circuited rotor and stator with bar uninsulated winding connected to the transformer secondary winding; on the opposite side, it is closed by a short-circuited ring. The induction motor can be implemented with a disk short-circuited rotor located between two disk stators with bar windings. The bars of the transformer secondary winding are connected with Z bar-shaped hermetic lead-ins installed in a hermetic partition. Each bar-shaped hermetic lead-in is connected at the other end with n bars of the stator winding through intermediate conductive arc-shaped segments adjoining the stator.
