针对由Co De Sys Soft Motion控制的六自由度工业机器人,设计了一种基于OPC标准协议和Web技术的工业机器人3D(三维)虚拟动态监控系统。基于.NET平台的Windows窗体应用程序框架和My SQL数据库,采用C#语言设计了工业机器人监控客户端程序;通过Co De Sys OPC服务器配置工业机器人各关节角和运动状态为数据项,采用Web GL技术和three.js框架建立了六自由度工业机器人Web3D模型,基于机器人运动学设计了工业机器人3D动态网页。实现了工业机器人关节角和状态数据传输和存储,以及基于Web的工业机器人3D虚拟动态监控功能。  相似文献

Industry 4.0 promises the fourth industrial revolution by integration of cyber and physical worlds through technology. Industry 4.0 implementation will result in human interaction with technical system in a specialised manner. Therefore, Industry 4.0 will also be a socio (human related) and technical (nonhuman related) system in pursuit of a common goal. The purpose of this study is to suggest a mechanism to include Socio-Technical Systems Theory perspective while designing architecture for integration while implementing Industry 4.0. Building on the previous literatures on Socio-Technical Systems Theory and Industry 4.0, the article proposes bringing the two approaches together and presents a framework for integration mechanism. Successful implementation of Industry 4.0 warrants vertical, horizontal and end-to-end integration. This study suggests a design mechanism for three types of integration mechanism in Industry 4.0 by considering the socio-technical systems impact on people, infrastructure, technology, processes, culture and goals. Further, the integration is also suggested for analysis on the impact of stakeholders, economic situation and regulatory frameworks around which the operating organizations are operating. This is the first paper to propose the consideration of Socio-Technical Systems theory while designing the horizontal, vertical and end-to-end integration for sustainable implementation of Industry 4.0.  相似文献

This paper presents the findings of a study on solidification/stabilization (S/S) of lead-contaminated soil using ordinary Portland cement (OPC) and rice husk ash (RHA). The effects of varying lead concentrations (in the form of nitrates) in soil samples on the physical properties of their stabilized forms, namely unconfined compressive strength (UCS), setting times of early mixtures and changes in crystalline phases as well as chemical properties such as leachability of lead, pH and alkalinity of leachates are studied. Results have indicated that usage of OPC with RHA as an overall binder system for S/S of lead-contaminated soils is more favorable in reducing the leachability of lead from the treated samples than a binder system with standalone OPC. On the other hand, partial replacement of OPC with RHA in the binder system has reduced the UCS of solidified samples.  相似文献

While the majority of commercial ordinary portland cement (OPC) is ground using a ball mill or a vertical roller mill, other industries have shown that jet mill grinding can be an alternative approach for grinding materials. This paper investigates the potential application of jet mill grinding for two systems. The first system is a blend of OPC and 15% limestone, and the second system is a blend of OPC and 40% fly ash. It was observed that when jet mill grinding is used, the average particle size of the powders is decreased to approximately 4 μm or less with a narrower particle size distribution than that achieved using ball milling. In addition to evaluating the size and shape of the particles obtained from the jet mill grinding process, this paper focuses on evaluating, using isothermal calorimetry, the effect these changes in particle size and distribution have on the extent and rate of hydration as well as their effect on the compressive strength of cement pastes or mortars.This study also investigated differences between inter-grinding and blending separately ground materials to form an OPC/limestone mixture. Both inter-ground and separately ground OPC/limestone mortars demonstrated an accelerated hydration at early ages accompanied by an increase in early age strength. This appears to be primarily due to the increased surface area of the finer particles that provides more available surface for the hydration reaction. The inter-grinding appeared to be more effective than grinding the materials separately because an improved graded particle size distribution was obtained. The inter-ground OPC/limestone mixture shows accelerated initial hydration at water to powder ratios (w/p, where powder = cement + limestone) of 0.50 and 0.35 when compared with the samples before grinding. At the lower w/p of 0.35, the OPC/limestone mixture appears much more efficient. In the OPC/fly ash mixture, jet mill grinding also accelerates the rate of hydration and strength development.  相似文献

系统地介绍了自主开发的复杂可视化仿真平台的构成及其主要核心技术,例如共享内存设计、多编译器嵌入、多进程多任务设计等,并且还介绍了第三方图形开发平台VG以及OPC通信技术.以水位三冲量调节系统为例进行了对象建模与控制,通过OPC通信协议,实现Matlab设计的方案对仿真平台对象模型的控制.该单级三冲量控制得到了较好的控制效果,验证了本平台的功能有效性,同时也为大型复杂热力系统的仿真建模提供了一种新的低成本、高效率的设计思路.  相似文献

The capstan control system of a high performance digital tape drive starts and stops tape with accelerations of about 500 g's. A microprocessor based control system is now being implemented on STC's 4500 Tape Systems to attain accurate tape speed control with little high frequency variation. Improvements made possible by the processor include controlling rate of change of motor current and drastically reducing start current when a "GO" command is received during a decelerate operation to avoid exciting a torsional resonance. Other improvements are mode-controlled digital error integration for long term accuracy and stop-lock stability enhancement by digital-gain switching.  相似文献

Conduction calorimetry was applied to an investigation of the early hydration of ordinary Portland cement (OPC)/high alumina cement (HAC) pastes. Three different rate of heat-evolution profiles were observed, depending on the HAC/OPC ratio. Relevant processes affecting heat development include ettringite formation, HAC and OPC hydration. Results from SEM examination and X-ray diffraction studies are also presented. An acceleration of OPC hydration was observed in pastes containing less than 12.5% HAC. A similar acceleration effect on HAC hydration was also obtained with the addition of OPC. A large amount of ettringite was formed and OPC hydration delayed in the pastes containing 15%–30% HAC. The latter could be one of the factors attributed to poor strength development in these HAC/OPC systems. Early hydration mechanisms of OPC/HAC systems are also discussed. This study presents experimental results in an attempt to explain why photocatalytic cementitious materials prepared with white cement (WC) had superior photocatalytic NOx removal performance than those prepared with ordinary Portland cement (OPC). The UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS) of dry WC and OPC demonstrated that OPC had a stronger light absorption ability. And electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) analysis revealed that OPC incurred higher charge transfer resistance on the inter-surface of OPC and TiO2. Moreover, the OPC/P25 dry mixtures displayed a relatively lower photoluminescence (PL) intensity at 420 nm. The addition of iron oxide (Fe2O3) in WC caused a decrease in NOx removal, a boost in light absorption, an increase in the resistance of charge transfer, and a reduction in PL intensity. Collectively, the relatively poor performance of OPC/P25 mixtures in photocatalytic NOx removal is due to a combination of stronger light absorption and lower charge separation caused by OPC.  相似文献
