用硫酸钙和硫酸铝作凝聚剂、PAM作絮凝剂对同一选煤废水(CPW)做混凝试验,测定电动电位和澄清水的SS。通过试验数据和试验现象的分析认为Ca2+和Al3+的作用机理不同。Ca2+是和煤粒表面通过化学键发生化学吸附,即在双电层内产生定位离子吸附,既改变了煤粒的表面电位,又改变了电动电位。考电位随cah浓度的增大而降低,但降幅不大。Ca2+被沉淀物带走的较少,澄清水中含有大量可循环利用的Ca2+。必须保证废水体系中Ca2+浓度足够高才能使Ca2+具有足够强的与其他离子(如Al3+、H+、Na+、K+)的竞争性。Ca2+能降低PAM的利用效率。  相似文献

通过太阳光照射试验和碘钨灯模拟太阳光照射试验,获得了“环氧底漆+环氧中间漆+太阳热反射辐射双组分丙烯酸涂料”和“环氧底漆+环氧中间漆+阻隔型水性隔热涂料”所形成的复合隔热涂层试验数据;设备外表面的隔热涂层通过了耐盐雾、耐酸碱、耐湿热、光泽等性能检测,可以实现产品对涂层体系隔热、防腐蚀、装饰的技术要求。探索出实施复合隔热涂层的工艺过程和操作方法,为车载式安检设备的生产积累了经验。  相似文献

以泥炭和水溶性酚醛树脂为原料,制备酚醛-腐植酸树脂吸附剂,研究了酚醛-腐植酸树脂吸附剂对Cd^2+的吸附和解吸性能,讨论了溶液pH值、吸附时间对吸附性能的影响。试验结果表明:酚醛-腐植酸树脂对Cd^2+具有良好的吸附和解吸特性,并且吸附试验数据大致符合Freundlich吸附等温模型。  相似文献

为确定滑动构造区弱粘结围岩巷道扩修的合理方案,优化巷道支护参数,控制巷道变形,采取数值模拟的手段对支护参数进行分析,通过分析比较U29+2 m锚杆+注浆、U29+3 m锚杆+注浆、U36+4 m+注浆锚杆3种复合支护方案,得出U29+3 m锚杆+注浆支护方案既满足巷道支护要求,又比较经济合理,采取此种支护方式进行工业性试验,通过巷道扩修后表面位移观测数据可知,该支护方式满足滑动构造应力下巷道支护强度要求,有推广应用价值。  相似文献

以花生壳为吸附物质,研究了吸附pH值,吸附时间对3种不同产地花生壳吸附水溶液中Pb^2+的影响,同时进行解吸研究。研究结果表明:在25℃,Pb^2+的质量浓度为30mg/L条件下得出最佳吸附pH值为4.5.吸附平衡时间为30min。花生壳对Ph^2+的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,Freundlich模型能很好的拟合等温吸附试验数据。吸附后的花生壳在600℃灼烧灰化回收,Pb^2+的回收率达到93%以上。  相似文献

用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收测定方法,对橡胶中铁含量进行了试验研究:测量条件选择、共存元素干扰试验、消除干扰试验、测量方法拟订和测量误差统计。消除干扰用0.4%CaCO3+0.4?+0.33%AbO3+0.25%ZnO+0.05%Co。该方法的灵敏度0.17×10-6g/mLFe2O3,相对误差为±3.66%,标准方差±0.0040%。  相似文献

研究了成型塑料管材的两种牌号的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)6300M和2480的耐环境应力开裂(ESCR)性能。研究中采用的测试方法为一般弯曲试片法、在管上取样的弯曲试片法和恒定压应变法-压缩环法。根据两种材料测试结果及与其他牌号HDPE测试数据比较,对他们的ESCR进行评价,并讨论和解释了HDPE结构参数,ESCR与韧性形变和脆性断裂之间的联系。  相似文献

The effects of blow-molding process variables on the environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles were studied. Experimental design was employed to test the effect of die temperature, mold temperature, molding time, and drop time. Bottles blown at each condition were tested using the internal pressure ESCR test. Through the use of regression analysis, the effect of each variable was quantified. Increasing die temperature, mold temperature, or molding time decreased ESCR. However, increasing drop time increased ESCR.  相似文献

Abstract

Low density polyethylene (LDPE)/ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and LDPE/poly(ethylene-co-vinylacetate) (EVA) blends were tested and compared with respect to their environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) using the Bell telephone test. The time to failure in the ESCR test improved with increasing UHMWPE and EVA content, and considerable improvements were produced when an UHMWPE weight fraction of 0.4 and EVA weight fraction of 0.03 were used. Thermal and morphological studies were conducted, and a relationship between morphological features and composition was established. Furthermore, the failed specimens were further characterised by scanning electron microscopy and fractographic methodology to investigate the failure mechanism for ESCR samples.  相似文献

Environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) is a commonly used test to characterize cracking failure of high‐density polyethylene in applications such as wires, cables, blow molded containers, and other rigid packaging applications. From a resin design standpoint, it is important to understand the mechanism of environmental stress cracking especially in the case of materials with significantly different ESCR values. Currently, two standard ESCR tests, ASTM D1693 and ASTM F2136, are commonly accepted to measure environmental stress crack resistance of HDPE. An accurate observation of ESC is important to understand the fracture mechanism of samples. In this study, the ESCR performance of six HDPE samples was determined per ASTM D1693. The failed specimens were further characterized by scanning electron microscopy and fractographic methodology to investigate the failure mechanism. HDPE resins with low ESCR values had crack surfaces characterized by shorter and fewer fibrils. A new empirical model to predict polymer ESCR using tie chain concentration with different integration range, and water vapor transmission rate, to characterize detergent diffusion in the crack, was developed. The proposed empirical parameter improves the prediction of ESCR. The ability to predict ESCR performance from resin properties is a beneficial tool for new product development. POLYM. ENG. The effects of melt cooling rate on the morphology and environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) of a commercial‐grade high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) were investigated by DSC, WAXS, Raman spectroscopy, DMTA, microhardness, and standard Bell test. The results showed exclusion of short chain branches from the crystallites leading to their perfection by decrease in the melt cooling rate. Accordingly, samples' ESCR increased because of the aforementioned crystal thickening. In addition, quantitative evaluation of crystal strength was performed for the first time by microhardness technique. Crystal strength or the required energy for plastic deformation of unit area of the crystals, Δ?c, complemented crystal thickening hypothesis. The product of Δh and average crystal thickness, ?c, was also proportional with storage modulus of the samples at ESCR test temperature. The evaluation of the results using the recently proposed model based on the analogy of crack growth through amorphous phase of semicrystalline polymers in harsh environments with crack growth at adhesive polymer–substrate interfaces showed reasonably good correlation. Finally, the comparison of literature and current research data based on the new model delineated new directions for phenomenon generalization. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
