Eu(3+)-β-二酮、三正辛胺三元配合物的合成与光谱特性 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
合成了铕(Ⅲ)的二苯甲酰甲烷、三正辛胺的三元配合物Eu(3+·(DBM)3·[N(C8H(17))3]2,通过元素分析确定了配合物的组成,并通过红外光谱对配合物进行了表征。结合红外光谱、荧光光谱讨论了配合物的成键特性、配体传能机制以及协同配体N(C8H(17))3引入对激发光谱的影响。荧光光谱表明配合物可吸收247~400nm的宽带紫外光,发射Eu(3+)的5D0→7F2对应的612nm红色荧光。适于用作农膜转光剂。 相似文献

利用水热技术合成了单核和双核酒石酸铜的配合物[Cu(C6H6N4)(C4H4O6)(H2O)]·H2O和[Cu2(C4H4O6)2-(H2O)2]·4H2O,通过X-射线单晶衍射、热重分析、IR和元素分析进行了表征.结果表明,在第一个配合物中R,R-酒石酸和联咪唑均以双齿配位与铜形成单核配合物,分子间通过氢键构筑了无限的三维网状结构.而在第二个配合物中2个S,S-酒石酸分子同时与2个铜离子配位形成环合结构,结构单元间通过"手拉手"相联形成二维的无限层状结构,层间通过氢键相联构成三维无限的网状结构.单核配合物的热稳定性高于双核配合物. 相似文献

应用固相反应法合成了稀土氯化物与邻氨基苯甲酸的配合物。对配合物进行了组成分析及热谱分析,确定了配合物组成为[RE(LH)2(L)C12]·6H2O(RE:Nd,Eu,Tb;LH:C6H4(NH2)COOH;L:C6H4(NH2)COO-)。通过IR光谱、紫外光谱及摩尔电导的测定推测了配位情况。溶解性实验表明配合物可溶于乙醇,但不溶于水。荧光光谱实验表明,固相反应合成的Tb3+配合物有较好的荧光性能。粒径测量表明:固相合成的配合物[Nd(LH)2(L)Cl2]·6H2O达到纳米级水平。 相似文献

合成了2种三齿多吡啶钴(Ⅱ)配合物,用元素分析、IR等对它们进行了表征,用循环伏安法、电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱等方法研究了配合物与CT DNA的相互作用以及配合物对pBR322DNA的断裂作用.结果表明,配合物[Co(PhTPY)2]2+与DNA的作用属中等强度的部分插入,配合物[Co(H2 Bzimpy)2]2+与DNA的作用属静电作用.凝胶电泳实验表明,用310 nm光辐射15 min,配合物[Co(PhTPY)2]2+可选择性地断裂pBR322DNA为开环缺口性和线型DNA,配合物[Co(H2 Bzimpy)2]2+对DNA的断裂没有选择性. 相似文献

合成了一种新的锌(Ⅱ)-色氨酸-邻菲咯啉配合物[Zn(Trp)(phen)2]Cl·7H2O(Ⅰ)(Trp为L-色氨酸离子,phen为邻菲咯啉)。通过元素分析、红外光谱及热重一差热分析对其进行了结构表征。采用电子吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法及琼脂糖凝胶电泳法考察了其与DNA的作用,研究了配合物对斑马鱼胚胎的生物毒性,并与2种已知结构的锌-邻菲咯啉配合物[zn(phen)2]Cl2·5H2O(Ⅱ)和[zn(phen)]Cl2(Ⅲ)进行了比较。结果表明,配合物与鲑鱼精DNA作用大小顺序为配合物Ⅰ〉配合物Ⅱ〉配合物Ⅲ.但作用方式不同;在抗坏血酸存在下,配合物Ⅰ对pBR322DNA的切割作用最强;配合物对斑马鱼胚胎毒性作用大小顺序为配合物Ⅱ〉配合物I〉配合物Ⅲ。 相似文献

以Cu(phen)2Cl2为前体,采用水热合成方法,辅以均苯四甲酸酐合成了2个超分子配合物[Cu(phen)2Cl]+.[C10H5O8]-和[Cu(phen)2Cl]+.0.5[C10H4O8]2-。采用单晶X-射线衍射、X-粉末衍射、FT-IR对这2个配合物的晶体结构和组成进行了表征。单晶衍射结果表明,2个配合物均为三斜晶系,P-1空间群。在2个配合物中,金属Cu的配位数都由前体中的6转变为5,由原来前体中的畸变的八面体结构转变成畸变的三角双锥结构。配合物(2)通过游离的均苯四甲酸配体之间的氢键作用和phen配体之间的π-π堆积作用形成了3D超分子结构,而配合物(3)则只是通过phen配体之间的π-π堆积作用形成3D超分子结构。 相似文献

A novel family of tetraaza macrocyclic Cu(II) complexes [CuLX(2)] (where L = N(4) donor macrocyclic ligands) and (X = Cl(-), NO(3) (-)) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic moments, IR, EPR, mass, electronic spectra and thermal studies. The magnetic moments and electronic spectral studies suggest square planar geometry for [Cu(DBACDT)]Cl(2) and [Cu(DBACDT)](NO(3))(2) complexes and distorted octahedral geometry to the rest of the ten complexes. The biological activity of all these complexes against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria was compared with the activity of existing commercial antibacterial compounds like Linezolid and Cefaclor. Six complexes out of twelve were found to be most potent against both gram-positive as well as gram-negative bacteria due to the presence of thio group in the coordinated ligands. 相似文献

The solution behaviour of the square-planar gold(III) complex [Au(dien)Cl]Cl(2) (dien = 1,5- diamino-3-azapentane) was investigated by (13)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy. We have found that (1)H NMR spectra of [Au(dien)Cl] Cl(2) are characterised by exchange behaviour over the whole pH range, and some exchange effects are also seen in (13)C NMR spectra of the deprotonated hydroxo derivative of the complex in alkaline solution. An exchange rate of > 378 s(-1) was determined from (1)H NMR spectra at pH *(2) (coalescence temperature (40)C degrees ). In slightly acidic solutions of the complex, (1)H chemical shifts are in accordance with the known deprotonation of the central amine group of the complexed diethylenetriamine ligand. In (13)C NMR spectra, two separate sets of resonances are observed for the chloro and the hydroxo complex of gold(III) diethylenetriamine. The hydroxo complex [Au(dien-H)OH(+) shows exchange effects in (13)C NMR spectra. Variable temperature studies show the carbon atoms next to the central secondary amine to be inequivalent and each present in two different environments that are in intermediate to fast exchange on the NMR time-scale. 相似文献

Some Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) complexes of antibacterial drug cephradine have been prepared and characterized by their physical, spectral and analytical data. Cephradine acts as bidentate and the complexes have compositions, [M(L)(2)X(2)] where [M = Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II), L = cephradine and X = Cl(2)] showing octahedral geometry, and [M(L)(2)] where [M = Cu(II), L = cephradine] showing square planar geometry. In order to evaluate the effect of metal ions upon chelation, eephradine and its complexes have been screened for their antibacterial activity against bacterial strains, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 相似文献

The Zn(2+), Cd(2+), Hg(2+), Co(2+) and Ni(2+) ions produce zwitterionic type complexes with the ligands (L), 2-(alpha-hydroxy-benzyl)thiamine=HBT and 2-(alpha-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-methyl)thiamine = HCMT, of the type MLCl(3). The ligands are in the S conformation, the metals are bound to N(1), of the pyrimidine moiety of thiamine and the complexes have a trigonally distorted tetrahedral structure, as the crystal structure of the complex Zn(HCMT)Cl(3) (orthorombic, a=14.4 b=14.1 c=17.4 beta=105.6(O) V=3392A(3) R=13.8%), the one and two dimensional (1)H nmr spectra of the Zn(2+), Cd(2+) and Hg(2+) complexes and the electronic spectra of the Co(2+) and Ni(2+) complexes show. A brief review of the previous techniques (structure of the Hg(HBT)Cl(3) complex, IR-Raman spectra, (13)C nmr in solution and solid state etc) used to characterize these complexes, is also given here and the proper conclusions drawn. 相似文献

探索了硒二唑金属配合物的固相合成方法,以2,1,3-苯并[c]硒二唑(PS)为配体,与过渡金属盐MCl2(M=Co,Ni,Cu,Zn和Cd)通过固相反应合成了配合物M(PS)Cl2(M=Co,Ni)和M(PS)2Cl2(M=Cu,Zn和Cd),通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)、元素分析(EA)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱(FS)和电导率等对配合物进行了表征。荧光光谱分析结果表明:配体PS在液相和固相中均没有荧光,但是与CoCl2和CdCl2配位后形成的配合物有强的荧光。 相似文献
