研制了一台热损失补偿型石墨量热计,用于测量置于~(60)Coγ射线束或电子束内石墨中的吸收剂量。量热计由中心核(吸收体)、外套、屏和介质组成。中心核和外套的热容相等,它们中的热敏电阻的灵敏度和阻值也相同。电校准期间,从中心流失到外套的大部分热量被自动地加到中心核的热量上。本装置的测量范围约为(0.1—10)Gy/min,在1Gy/min处的合成不确定应为±0.3%。与电离室的测量值作了比较,对非准直和准直~(60)Coγ射线束分别在1%和0.3%以内一致。给出了在DHJ-25型电子回旋加速器的高能X射线和电子束内测量石墨中吸收剂量的初步结果。在量热计的屏和介质中采用两级控温,显著提高了装置的稳定性。 相似文献

The graphite calorimeter of the Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying (BEV-Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen) was established in the 1980s as the primary standard for the absorbed dose to water for (60)Co gamma ray beams. To maintain the primary standard at an international level the graphite calorimeter and its corresponding components had to undergo a refurbishment and modernisation process. The correction factors of the graphite calorimeter were re-evaluated with Monte Carlo and experimental methods to obtain improved values. These are the correction for the effect of the gaps (1.0061), the scaling correction (0.9998), the correction for the difference in air attenuation (0.9971) and the corrections for the effective measurement depths in the graphite phantom for the graphite calorimeter (0.9886) and the CC01-105 ionisation chamber (0.9913). Consequently, it was necessary to change the reference value for the absorbed dose rate to water of the (60)Co teletherapy unit used for the calibration of secondary standard dosemeters. 相似文献

为实现加速器光子水吸收剂量绝对测量,研制了水量热计系统,在此基础上取得国际互认并建立加速器光子水吸收剂量基准,进一步提高了我国放疗剂量量值传递能力。通过水浴与半导体制冷系统二级控温,将量热计水模体的温度漂移控制在0.5μ℃/s。利用惠斯通交流电桥测量辐射所致的热敏探针阻值变化,逐次校准热敏探针和交流电桥,实现了医用加速器光子水吸收剂量的绝对测量,合成标准不确定度为0.30%。参加了国际计量局加速器光子水吸收剂量关键比对,复现的6MV和10MV光子水吸收剂量值与比对参考值之比分别为0.9917和0.9949,在不确定度允许的范围内一致。 相似文献

A compact and transportable water calorimeter has been developed and extensively tested in the intensive, collimated neutron field of the PTB. It has been applied for absorbed dose to water measurements in the neutron therapy field of the University of Essen, in the proton therapy fields of the HMI in Berlin and at the iThemba therapy centre near Cape Town, South Africa, as well as in the (12)C-beam of the therapy facility at GSI in Darmstadt, Germany. Absolute dosimetry with relative standard uncertainties of less than 1.8% was achieved in all radiation fields. The results obtained using the water calorimeter are compared with the ionisation chamber measurements in the same radiation fields. The heat defect for the water in the calorimeter core was determined separately in independent measurements by irradiation with different charged particle beams covering a wide range of linear energy transfer. 相似文献

研究了应用锥形量热法测量聚合物复合材料燃烧的热释放速率时,填料的分解热效应对测量结果的影响。定量研究表明,对于氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁等阻燃填料,当填料的质量分数超过60%时,填料分解时强烈吸热的特性对于应用锥形量热法测量聚合物基复合材料的热释放速率有明显影响,并且还因聚合物而异。在定量研究的基础上,提出了一种利用分解焓对锥形量热仪测定的有效燃烧热值进行校正,然后再换算成热释放速率的简单方法,并给出了校正后的结果同实测值的比较。 相似文献

With the diversification of natural gas origins and variations in natural gas compositions, the accurate measurement of the calorific value of natural gas has become a very important issue for the gas industry and standardization. Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science is developing a standard gas calorimeter based on the isoperibolic technique. This work describes the details of the experimental apparatus and procedures of the developed gas calorimeter along with the measurement results for the superior calorific value of methane at \(25\,^{\circ }\hbox {C}\). A burner made of stainless steel was used for the first time in this type of calorimeter, and the potential application of a metal burner to a gas calorimeter was investigated. Eight measurements were performed, and the deviation from international standards was 0.16 %. The deviation was mainly caused by the measurement of the burned methane gas. The measurement results show that the metal burner may potentially be employed in a gas calorimeter. 相似文献

采用多次真空灌注方法将石蜡吸附到多孔的泡沫石墨中,制备出了泡沫石墨/石蜡复合相变储热材料。利用Hot Disk热常数分析仪和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对该复合材料的热性能进行了测试,结果表明,石蜡充分吸附到泡沫石墨的蜂窝状微孔中,泡沫石墨的填充极大地强化了相变材料的导热能力。研究了将该复合材料用作墙体围护结构时的隔热和调温性能,并与普通轻质墙体材料作围护结构进行了对比,结果表明,复合相变储热材料能够有效地利用昼夜温差进行储热放热,有效地阻止了热量进入室内,可明显降低室内温度波动和最大值,提高人体舒适度,具有较好的调温隔热效果。 相似文献
