为测算钢锭浇注过程中钢锭模的热应力场和裂纹趋势,建立了双因次数学计算机模型。运用数学模型首先计算了钢锭凝固过程中和脱锭之后钢锭模横截面的瞬时温度分布,其次计算了钢锭模的综合弹性—塑性热应力和形变。为了计算应力和形变,数学模型采用了通过实验测出的应力—应变关系,其数据则是在钢锭模内壁取样、在21—955℃温度范围内测定其张力和压力而取得的。为考察钢锭模裂纹趋势,将计算出的应力值与该温度下铸铁的实际破裂应力作了比较。测算目的在于弄清标准钢锭模和经改进的钢锭模何者得以减轻模重而不致增加裂纹趋势。 将数学模型运用于不同尺寸的板坯和方坯上大下小钢锭模的结果表明:减轻模重不但是可行的而且还能使热应力和裂纹趋势有某种程度的降低。在工厂进行的若干个轻型钢锭模的试验支持了数学模型计算的结果。轻型钢锭模和标准钢锭模的性能相同,从这两种钢锭模所取得的裂纹数据与数学模型测算的结果完全相符。在首次工厂实验之后又对六个上大下小钢锭模(重16~70吨)进行减重14%~20%的设计以在三座工厂中试验。最后将这六种钢锭模改为轻型设计,预计每年可节约铸铁10,000吨以上,并促进其他上大下小钢锭模和上小下大瓶口式钢锭模的设计轻型化。 相似文献

新型保温剂——碳化稻壳保温钢锭帽口试验新工艺,代替现行的蛀石、发热剂保温钢锭帽口的工艺,改善了钢锭帽口保温效果,改善了轴承钢和弹簧钢的钢锭中心增碳,提高了成材率,比使用发热剂降低了成本。试验发现:应降低保护渣中含碳量,还应改进帽口设计,增加钢锭帽头的实心高度,好进一步提高钢的成材率和解决钢锭中心增碳问题。经试验认为碳化稻壳是目前最佳的钢锭帽口保温剂。 相似文献

The solidification of 4. 4 t cold work tool steel ingot type X210Cr12 was simulated by Magma software. By the reduction of ingot height, solidification modeling and pouring of a new 3 t ingot were performed and decreasing the porosity formation potential in 3 t ingot in comparison with 4. 4 t ingot on the basis of Niyama criterion was observed which was in good accordance with experimental data. In order to produce sound ingot, a new 2. 8 t ingot mould was designed which includes some parameteric changes in mould such as mould slope, slenderness ratio, mould concavity radius, fillet radius of mould internal corners and feeding diameter to ingot upper diameter ratio. Furthermore, the effects of insulating between kokil and feeding ring and also insulating the outer surface of feeding ring as well as insulating the outer surface of one third of kokil upper part on centerline porosity formation were investigated in both 2. 8 and 4. 4 t ingots. The results show that the ingot which was produced in new designed 2. 8 t mould has a better Niyama pattern and the centerline porosities were eliminated. 相似文献

摘要:通过自行设计的带电磁搅拌的电渣重熔炉,以304奥氏体不锈钢为研究对象,详细分析外加磁场对电渣锭夹杂物数量、大小以及类型的影响。采用氧氮氢分析仪检测氧、氮气体含量,采用扫描电镜观察夹杂物的形貌、组成,并采用ASPEX分析夹杂物的尺寸变化。结果表明,无论是否外加磁场,电渣锭中的氧含量都有所增加,从自耗电极中氧质量分数由23.7×10-6最高增至64.70×10-6;而相比于自耗电极,氮含量略微降低,其质量分数从675.5×10-6降低至659.33×10-6;无论是否加入磁场,电渣锭中的夹杂物种类并无变化,主要由Al2O3、MnS-Al2O3、Al-Si-O、Al-Ca-O、Al-Si-Ca-O、Al-Mg-O及其他夹杂物组成;在施加磁场后,电渣锭中的大颗粒夹杂物数量有所减少。外加磁场强度较小时并不能有效去除夹杂物,反而会增加夹杂物的数量,当磁感应强度为10mT时,夹杂物数量相比于未加磁场时增加了4260%,但是最大尺寸有所减小。 相似文献

Based the self designed electroslag remelting furnace with electromagnetic stirring, the effect of external magnetic field on the number, size and type of inclusions in 304 stainless steel electroslag ingot was analyzed in detail. The content of oxygen and nitrogen in electroslag ingot was analyzed by ONH analyzer, and the morphology and element distribution of inclusions were observed by SEM. Finally, the ASPEX was used to analyse the size, number and type of inclusions. The results show that the oxygen content in electroslag ingot increases from 23.7×10-6 in consumable electrode to 64.70×10-6 whether magnetic field is applied or not, and the oxygen content increases to 67.4×10-6 at most from 23.7×10-6 in the electrode. But the nitrogen content in electroslag ingot decreased slightly to 659.3×10-6 from 675.5×10-6 in the electrode. The magnetic field has almost no effect on the type of inclusions, which mainly includes Al2O3, MnS-Al2O3, Al-Si-O, Al-Ca-O, Al-Si-Ca-O, Al-Mg-O and other inclusions. After the magnetic field is applied, the amount of large inclusions in electroslag ingot decreases, but the total number of inclusions increases when the magnetic induction intensity is small. When the magnetic induction intensity is 10 mT, the number of inclusions increases by 42.60%, but the maximum size of the inclusions decreases. 相似文献
