针对反应烧结碳化硅(RB-SiC)的磨削工艺参数及其磨削机理进行研究。着重分析了磨削工艺参数对反应烧结碳化硅材料的表面粗糙度Ra、磨削效率和显微硬度以及磨削后陶瓷表面形貌的影响并确定最佳磨削工艺参数。最佳磨削条件为磨削深度0.47μm/s、工作台速度2.5r/min和光磨时间5min。磨削后碳化硅Ra最低(Ra〈100nm),加工硬化变质层较小,表面完整性较好。同时对反应烧结碳化硅的磨削机理进行研究,确定其是以脆性断裂为主的材料去除方式,其形式包括晶粒去除、材料剥落、脆性断裂等。 相似文献

采用金刚石砂轮对(RBSiC)进行磨削, 系统研究了表面形貌、残余应力和弯曲强度等磨削特征. 结果显示, 材料主要以脆性断裂去除, 局部区域为塑性切除. 随着轴向进给增大, 表面粗糙度(Ra)增加, 为降低Ra可进行适当光刀. 随着轴向进给增加, 磨削区的冷却效果被削弱, 使磨削残余压应力值下降. 与0.9 μm/s相比, 用1.35 μm/s磨削后试样的表面损伤程度增加. 工作台转速2.1 r/min、轴向进给0.9 μm/s并光刀1 min是保证高加工效率并获得较好质量表面的最优参数. 相似文献

碳纤维复合材料属于典型的难加工材料。为了改善超声辅助磨削加工碳纤维复合材料的表面质量,选取表面粗糙度(Ra)与磨削力(Fz)作为研究对象,主轴转速(A)、进给速度(B)、磨削深度(C)、工具粒度(D)这几个关键的工艺参数作为优化变量进行超声辅助磨削试验。结合响应面分析法,建立能够较好反映各优化变量对Ra和Fz的预测回归模型。通过方差分析和建立的响应面3D图,得出各参数及其交互作用对响应变量影响的显著性及其影响规律。借助Design Expert软件优化后得到在考虑这些交互作用下的最优工艺参数组合为:A=4500 r/min,B=8 mm/min,C=0.1 mm,D=275 um。 相似文献

建立有限元模型对C/SiC复合材料单颗金刚石磨粒平面磨削加工过程进行数值模拟,结合Abaqus有限元分析软件建立材料本构模型,仿真分析单颗粒平面磨削过程中不同砂轮转速和磨削深度对磨削力、工件表面形貌的影响规律。结果表明,随着砂轮转速的提高,法向及切向磨削力变小,表面质量提高,亚表面裂纹变小;随着磨削深度的增加,法向及切向磨削力变大,表面质量变差,亚表面裂纹变深。该研究为陶瓷基复合材料磨削加工机理的研究及磨削工艺参数优化,提供了高效的方法和理论依据。 相似文献

For their unique properties, titanium alloys have found wide application in high-tech engineering. But these alloys are difficult to machine and to grind for their high chemical reactivity and poor thermal properties, which aggravate the grinding zone temperature and its detrimental effects. The objective of this article is a comparison of the grindability of Ti-6Al-4V regarding cubic boron nitride (CBN) and diamond brazed type monolayered grinding wheels under the influence of different environments. In grinding this alloy, cryogenic cooling did not help visibly for both CBN and diamond, but the application of oil and also of alkaline coolant significantly gave the best results. 相似文献

Grinding burn occurs during the grinding process of hardened steel surfaces if a local heat impact is high enough to generate local tempered or even re-hardened zones. Different NDT methods are applied to detect grinding burn. This lecture shares experiences and results of manufacturing and assessment of reference blocks with defined artificial defects generated by laser treatment for grinding burn detection. The reference blocks can be used for electromagnetic testing methods as well as for surface temper etching (STE). These blocks are used for calibration of the test equipment, especially to verify the sensitivity before testing real parts. In addition, reference blocks are applied in certain intervals within the process in order to guarantee testing reliability. 相似文献

This paper presents the methods and experimental results for grinding toroidal and cylindrical surfaces made of silicon carbide using diamond grinding wheels and an inexpensive CNC machining center. The mirrors were successfully obtained by automatic grinding operations with good shape accuracy, mirror surface finish, and low roughness heights. The time consumed in the process is very short. Industrial manufacture of lenses usually involves three operations — grinding without dressing, lapping, and polishing. In the laboratory studies, however, mirrors and lenses have been manufactured only with grinding process, because of 100% ductile-mode material removal in grinding with dressing. These processes were individually evaluated for surface roughness and surface integrity using surface roughness testers and a scanning electron microscope. 相似文献
