GIS设备广泛应用于电力系统中,其局部放电缺陷将危及设备与电网的安全稳定运行。在此背景下,提出一种高分辨率的便携式GIS局部放电检测装置,该装置基于嵌入式平台开发,采用模块化设计,包括信号调理、FPGA信号采集和DSP信号处理发送三部分。通过采用FPGA进行信号采集,实现脉冲信号的较高分辨率。同时,将DSP和以太网控制器相结合,实现了监测数据的高速以太网传输。该方案对提高监测系统的脉冲分辨性能、降低成本,有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)的学习性能和泛化能力在很大程度上取决于参数的合理设置. 将支持向量机的参数选择问题转化为优化问题,以模型预测均方根误差为评价函数,提出一种引入混沌变异操作的改进分布估计算法(estimation of distributionalgorithm,EDA),并将其用于优化求解ε-支持向量机的参数:惩罚因子、不敏感损失系数以及高斯径向基核函数的宽度. 由于改进EDA利用混沌运动的随机性和遍历性等特点在解空间内进行优化搜索,能够较好解决传统EDA易于陷入局部极小的缺陷. Chebyshev混沌时间序列预测仿真结果表明:改进EDA是选取SVM参数的有效方法.  相似文献

Most of the bauxite resources in China are kaolinite-diaspore bauxite of middle to low grade, with a fine dissemination, and are difficultly separated. Direct flotation de-silication has been shown to be an effective method for de-silication of diaspore. In this study the effect of different factors, including pulp temperature, density, pH value, depressant, and collector dosage, on direct flotation of diaspore were investigated by laboratory experiments. The optimum conditions were identified and the flotation performance was improved. The results show that under optimum conditions (a pulp temperature around 40 °C, a pulp density from 30% to 33%, a pH value from 9.0 to 10.0, an air flow rate of 0.5 m3/(m2 min), a dispersant level from 35 to 70 g/t, and a collector level around 1000 g/t) an Al/Si ratio of 6.97 is obtained starting from an initial Al/Si ratio of about 4.71. The recovery of Al2O3 under these conditions was 86.94%.  相似文献

With the addition of urea as an inhibitor, four groups of reducing dioxin emission experiments in sintering pot were conducted. The results show that, adding 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.5% (mass fraction) urea, the emission concentrations of dioxin are 0.287, 0.258 and 0.217 ng-TEQ/m3, respectively. The dioxin emission rates drop substantially compared to 0.777 ng-TEQ/m3 free of urea. With an increase of the urea content, the concentration of SO2 emission reduces sharply. (NH4)2SO4, formed by the reaction of SO2 and NH3, goes into the dust and part of NH3 is released before reaction with the emission of exhaust gas. The NO x emission presents an increasing trend because the reaction of NH3 and O2 at high temperature produces NO x . Based on the consideration of factors such as the effect of reducing dioxin emission, and the chemical composition of exhaust gas, 0.05% is the optimum adding content of urea.  相似文献

During the ultra large scale integration (ULSI) process, the surface roughness of the polished silicon wafer plays an important role in the quality and rate of production of devices. In this work, the effects of oxidizer, surfactant, polyurethane pad and slurry additives on the surface roughness and topography of chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP) for silicon have been investigated. A standard atomic force microscopy (AFM) test method for the atomic scale smooth surface was proposed and used to measure the polished silicon surfaces. Finally, compared with the theoretical calculated R a value of 0.0276 nm, a near-perfect silicon surface with the surface roughness at an atomic scale (0.5 Å) was achieved based on an optimized CMP process.  相似文献

The effects of EGR and ignition timing on engine emissions and combustion were studied through an experiment carried out on an air-guided GDI engine. The test results showed that the ignition timing significantly affected the GDI engine emissions, that the NO x emissions significantly reduced when the ignition timing was retarded, and that NO x emissions decreased with the EGR level increasement. A higher EGR rate could reduce CO emissions while the CO emissions were less affected by the ignition timing. The HC emissions decreased at a lower EGR rate. At 2500 r/min, an appropriate EGR rate could cut down CO emissions. The exhaust gas temperature could significantly decrease with improving the EGR rate, and the exhaust gas temperature at 2500 r/min was clearly higher than that at 1850 r/min. The nucleation mode particles increased clearly, the accumulation mode particle number decreased gradually with the increase of EGR rate, and the typical particle size of nucleation mode particle was in the range of 10–25 nm.  相似文献
