电场辐射发射强度(RE102)指标是隔离驱动器电磁兼容试验过程中的考核指标,辐射发射强度的强弱直接影响电磁兼容试验的成败,进而影响整个任务的成败。针对电场辐射发射强度展开理论研究,并分析引起指标超标的辐射发射源头。采用一种有效降低辐射发射强度的关键技术,对比了采用关键技术前后的电磁兼容试验数据,验证了理论研究的屏蔽效果与试验测试结果相符合,屏蔽措施有效降低了辐射发射强度。通过工程应用,满足系统辐射发射指标要求。 相似文献

首先,分析了雷达发射电源输入整流滤波电路的特点;然后,对比分析了铝电解电容与薄膜电容在发射电源输入整流滤波电路中应用的优缺点;最后,通过实验对比了两种电容器在电路中的性能参数。实验部分通过完全替代和部分替代两种方式研究了薄膜电容替换铝电解电容后对发射电源输入整流滤波电路的影响,并分析了这两种方案与传统的铝电解电容的优缺点。实验结果表明:在发射电源输入整流滤波电路中,相比于铝电解电容,薄膜电容具有耐高压、损耗小、寿命长等特点。 相似文献

This paper describes the conception and analysis of a unidirectional hybrid three-phase rectifier suitable for medium- and high-power applications. The rectifier is composed of a single-switch diode bridge boost-type rectifier in parallel with a pulsewidth modulation (PWM) three-phase unidirectional boost rectifier. The objective is to obtain a structure capable of providing sinusoidal input currents with low harmonic distortion and dc output voltage regulation. The diode rectifier operates at low frequency and has a higher output power rating. Therefore, the PWM unidirectional rectifier is designed to operate with a small power rating and at a high switching frequency. The total harmonic distortion of the proposed structure varies between 0% and 32%, depending only on the amount of power processed by the PWM three-phase unidirectional rectifier. The rectifier topology conception, principle of operation, control scheme, and simulation and experimental results of a 20-kW laboratory prototype are also presented in this paper. 相似文献

为解决电流型脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)整流器在高开关频率下硬切换时的开关损耗问题,提出了一种电流型零电压开关节能整流器,其辅助谐振电路位于直流环节,且与直流母线并联,只有1个辅助开关.在换流过程中,主开关能实现零电压切换,辅助开关能实现零电流切换,而且当整流器采用多电平PWM控制策略时,辅助电路在每个开关周期只需工作1次.分析了谐振换流过程,仿真结果表明特征仿真波形符合理论分析,开关器件切换时处于软开关状态,整流器能平稳运行.该电流型零电压开关节能整流器可以在高开关频率和大功率的应用场合实现高效率运行. 相似文献

The paper presents the implementation of a DSP-based controller for three-phase, space-vector modulated converters. The implementation is illustrated for the control of a 2 kW, ZVS matrix power converter-based three-phase PWM rectifier. The controller features very high data processing speed (converter switching frequency of 100 kHz), and provides high-quality, low-distortion power converter input currents and output voltages. This paper proposed an isolated bridgeless AC–DC power factor correction (PFC) converter using a LC resonant voltage doubler rectifier. The proposed converter is based on isolated conventional single-ended primary inductance converter (SEPIC) PFC converter. The conduction loss of rectification is reduced than a conventional one because the proposed converter is designed to eliminate a full-bridge rectifier at an input stage. Moreover, for zero-current switching (ZCS) operation and low voltage stresses of output diodes, the secondary of the proposed converter is designed as voltage doubler with a LC resonant tank. Additionally, an input–output electrical isolation is provided for safety standard. In conclusion, high power factor is achieved and efficiency is improved. The operational principles, steady-state analysis and design equations of the proposed converter are described in detail. Experimental results from a 60 W prototype at a constant switching frequency 100 kHz are presented to verify the performance of the proposed converter. 相似文献
