兴起于制造业的供应链管理思想在建筑行业得到了推广和应用,作为建筑业信息技术革命的BIM技术正在快速发展,基于BIM的建筑供应链管理研究不但具有理论意义,而且具有实践价值。建筑供应链比一般供应链复杂,BIM技术在我国尚处于不成熟应用阶段,整体信息化水平低,物流系统也较为落后。基于BIM的建筑供应链是未来的发展趋势,BIM技术是实现建筑供应链敏捷化和绿色化的有效手段。基于BIM的建筑供应链管理需要推进BIM的采用,建立一体化信息支撑体系,利用IT治理机制保证供应链目标实现,推行准时制物流和创新库存管理战略。  相似文献

科学测度信息共享在建筑供应链决策中的价值,对提高承包商的运作绩效具有重要意义。借鉴传统供应链信息共享价值分析的研究思路,结合建筑供应链管理实践,建立建筑供应链信息共享价值测度模型。以总承包商和材料设备供应商组成的供应链为例,建立供应商是否同总承包商共享供货信息对总承包商的服务水平和库存成本的影响的信息共享价值测度模型;以钢筋的采购管理为例,对该模型进行模拟分析。结果表明:共享信息可以提高总承包商的服务水平,降低总库存成本;供应商服务水平越低、供货提前期越大,信息共享对总承包服务水平和总库存成本的影响越大。  相似文献

在我国项目管理领域推行建筑供应链管理是一种必然趋势。建筑信息模型(BIM)是数字技术在建筑业中直接表达,信息是项目管理中的重要资源,信息流对建筑供应链管理有着特别重要的意义。文章从BIM 和建筑供应链的研究现状出发,提出了将BIM 应用于建筑供应链信息流管理的设想,并设计了基于BIM 的建筑供应链的信息流模型基本架构,进而研究了如何解决建筑供应链参与方的不同数据接口间的信息交换问题,以及基于BIM 的建筑供应链信息流模型在信息共享方面所具有的优势。  相似文献

装配式混凝土建筑正在中国大力推广。和传统现浇施工相比,装配式施工的表现不仅取决于现场施工活动,还受到 装配式构件供应链的影响。因此,在制定施工计划时,需要将装配式构件的供应链模式和施工活动共同进行考量。然而,以 往关于装配式施工的研究中很少考虑供应链模式,这使得目前还缺乏能够同时为供应链模式和施工活动进行优化的决策方 法。为此,提出基于离散事件模拟和粒子群优化算法的模拟—优化方法,来优化装配式混凝土建筑施工中的供应链模式和施 工参数,以达到最优的施工表现,包括施工工期、成本和温室气体排放。将该方法应用于深圳的装配式混凝土建筑案例,应 用结果说明模拟—优化方法能够快速并有效地优化施工表现,为以后的相关研究提供了参考。  相似文献

当前建筑行业存在盈利水平低、建设成本高、管理模式落后等问题,信息共享是解决这些问题的有效途径,但是还缺乏对建筑供应链信息共享进行科学合理评价的方法。因此,本文将成熟度概念引入建筑供应链信息共享领域,并将建筑供应链信息共享程度划分为5个等级,用于度量其信息共享程度。再构建建筑供应链信息共享成熟度的综合评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析来确定相关指标权重,并利用模糊综合评价法进行评价。最后以某公司为实例,进行相关评价,验证本文的思路及方法。为实施科学合理的建筑供应链信息共享评价提供了借鉴和理论依据。  相似文献

Along with the development of the supply chain for the construction industry, as one of the key operations within the supply chain, an efficient RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) delivering process becomes important to both of the RMC batch plant and the construction sites. However, it is almost infeasible for the RMC batch plant manger to quickly develop an efficient and balanced schedule of dispatching RMC trucks when various construction sites call for delivering in the same short period of time. Several studies have shown that an efficient dispatching schedule could improve the productivity for both of the batch plant and the construction sites. However, the results from those studies are not efficient enough for practical use. Therefore, it is necessary to build a more efficient model that optimizes the schedule of dispatching RMC trucks. This paper first analyzes RMC delivering process and then develops a systematic model based on several supply chain management (SCM) concepts. In addition, the fast messy genetic algorithms (fmGA) and the CYCLONE simulation technique are incorporated to find the optimal dispatching schedule which minimizes the total waiting duration of RMC trucks at construction sites without breaking off the operations of casting concrete. A user-friendly computer program is also built to help the batch plant manager streamline the dispatching process. Results show that this new systematic approach along with the implemented computer program can quickly generate efficient and balanced schedules of dispatching RMC trucks.  相似文献

Measuring the value of information sharing (VIS) in different inventory policies can help general contractor to improve materials and equipments management in construction supply chain. The models for measuring the VIS under (s, S) and Periodic Review (PR) inventory policies are established. A method to compare the VIS is given in a two-level construction supply chain, which aims to measure the impacts of supply quantity information of materials on general contractor's service level and total inventory cost under different inventory policies. A numerical example is proposed to explore the gap of VIS between (s, S) and PR inventory policies in a rebar supply chain. The results show that general contractor's service level in (s, S) inventory is higher than PR's and total inventory cost in (s, S) inventory is lower than PR's in the case of no information sharing. In the case of information sharing, general contractor's service level in PR inventory policy is higher than (s, S) policy; however, it is implemented by the increase of total inventory cost. This research provides valuable information to help general contractor to make correct decision on inventory management in supply chain at firm-level.  相似文献

本文根据建筑供应链的特征,通过分析建筑供应链的运作流程,提出了建筑供应链的拓扑结构,为建筑供应链提供了新的解释.对照Markham等人提出的基于网络的需求链集成策略,给出了四种基于网络的建筑供应链集成策略,并以宜昌长江公路大桥为案例,分析认为建筑供应链采用基于网络的供应集成策略,要比采用理想的基于网络的供应链管理集成策略可获得更好的绩效.  相似文献

Supply chain coordination has become a critical success factor for supply chain management (SCM) and effectively improving the performance of organizations in various industries. Coordination refers to the integration of different parts of an organization or different organizations in supply chain to accomplish a collective set of tasks and to achieve mutual benefits. This paper defines the concepts of construction supply chain (CSC) and construction supply chain management, especially regards construction supply chain management as the coordination of interorganizations decision making in construction supply chain and the integration of key construction business processes and key members involved in construction supply chain. Much research and practice indicate that there still are many problems in construction, most of which are supply chain problems. The research analyzes the problems in construction supply chain. In order to resolve these problems and improving the performance of construction, an agent-based framework for construction supply chain coordination is designed based on the agent technology and multiattribute negotiation and multiattribute utility theory (MAUT). The framework, which integrates the construction organizations in construction supply chain and multiattribute negotiation model into a multiagent system (MAS), provides a solution for supply chain coordination in construction through multiattribute negotiation mechanism on the Internet. Finally, the prototype of the framework is developed and tentatively run based on an imaginary construction project. The trial run reveals the feasibility to implement the agent-based framework for coordination in construction.  相似文献

Construction companies apply different logics to create value. Some companies are organized according to one primary logic, while others are based on multiple logics. Different value creating logics have different cost and value drivers according to the type of activities involved and the interdependencies between them. Where multiple logics coexist, the different cost and value drivers may generate tensions. The purpose of the paper is to study how construction companies maintain a balance between multiple logics and how they handle tensions between them through a case study from the Norwegian construction industry. Both project management and supply chain management perspectives have been used to explain construction practice. By applying a ‘value configuration analysis’, it is clear how value creation is achieved in construction practice by balancing the needs of both the project and the supply chain. Both intra‐ and inter‐organizational interactions are vital in creating value across different logics. The contribution of the study lies in applying this framework to the construction area by adding knowledge about the underlying principles of different logics, including the tensions between them. Furthermore, the case study illustrates how these may be handled in order to create value in construction.  相似文献
