为了解皮肤生理参数、皮肤菌群随着年龄增长的变化规律,于2021年7~8月,在上海某社区随机筛选符合条件的310名18~60岁健康女性受试者,采用非创伤性皮肤检测方法测试多项皮肤生理参数,并采用16S rRNA高通量测序分析面部皮肤菌群。结果显示,随着年龄增加,皮脂含量和经皮水分散失(TEWL)减少,而皮肤角质层含水量受年龄影响,不同年龄段呈现不同的变化规律。肤色(ITA°)随年龄增长越来越深,皮肤弹性随年龄呈下降趋势,特别是25岁之后显著下降(P<0.001)。随着年龄的增加,Shannon指数整体呈现上升趋势,说明面部皮肤细菌的物种多样性增加。物种组成分析表明,在门水平上,放线菌门(Actinobacteria)总体呈下降趋势,而变形菌门(Proteobacteria)总体呈上升趋势,相应地在属水平上,丙酸杆菌属(Cutibacterium)的丰度明显下降,而链球菌属(Streptococcus)和棒状杆菌属(Pseudomonas)的丰度总体呈上升趋势。Spearman相关性分析表明,皮肤生理参数和皮肤细菌丰度之间存在紧密关联,年龄是影响皮肤生理参数和菌群丰度变化的重要因素。... 相似文献

以无规共聚聚丙烯(PP?R)管材为研究对象,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试了PP?R管材的氧化诱导时间(OIT),并研究了测试部位、样品直径、样品厚度以及取样方式等测试条件对OIT测试结果的影响。结果表明,从垂直管壁方向取芯层直径为6 mm、厚度为650 μm的试样进行测试时,OIT测试结果相对可靠。 相似文献

文章探索了测试高浓度有机废水中总有机碳(TOC)的测定方法.高浓度有机废水经过15倍稀释后测定TOC,获得了线性方程:COD(mg/L)=4.9524TOC(mg/L) 220.24,R=0.993,相关性良好,表明测试具有比较高的精确度.TOC指标衡量废水的污染程度比COD具有更多更好的优越性,预测今后几年在我国高浓度有机废水处理行业中将会得到越来越多的应用. 相似文献

利用皮肤水分测试仪和皮肤水分流失测试仪,考察了添加低、高分子量及不同质量分数聚天冬氨酸钠(PASP)的保湿化妆品作用于人体皮肤后的水分含量和经表皮水分散失情况。结果表明,高分子量PASP对皮肤的保湿效果较好、锁水效果显著,高分子量PASP在质量分数为0.8%时,使皮肤水分含量的增长率达到0.5%以上,对皮肤的保湿效果与透明质酸相当。使用皮肤弹性测试仪对新鲜猪皮进行了体外透皮实验,测试了使用PASP前后猪皮弹性状况的变化,表明PASP具有提高皮肤弹性的效果。PASP代替目前广泛使用的透明质酸作为化妆品中的保湿剂具有良好的发展前景。 相似文献

采用随机双盲和半脸对照的方式对市售具有代表性的6款面贴膜的感官、功效和安全性进行研究和评价感官评价结果表明消费者喜欢膜布较薄、膜布颜色透明、贴合度好、贴上后舒适透气、大小适合、揭掉后吸收速度较快、用后皮肤滋润光滑的面贴膜.功效测试结果表明消费者使用6款面膜15 min和35 min后皮肤角质层水分含量明显增加、皮肤弹性略有升高、皮肤黑色素含量略有降低.安全性测试发现6款面膜均有皮肤刺痛、眼部刺激、皮肤发热或瘙痒等不良反应症状(不适症状)出现,表明安全性方面均存在一定的隐患和改善的余地.根据消费者的喜好和需求,开发出更加温和有效的产品是今后研发的方向. 相似文献

The first part of this paper analyses the influence of the molecular weight and concentration of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and of kaolin concentration on rheology of the coating colours and on paper properties coated with ultra lightweight coatings (ULWC). In the second part, relationships between the rheological characteristics of the coating colour formulations and coated paper surface quality was also studied.New indexes on paper roughness at micro-scale are presented (RZI and SRI). In general, they show good correlation with sheet gloss. A new gloss index (SGI) is presented, accounting for the contribution of gloss from machine direction (MD) and cross direction (CD). Porosimetry was used to access microstructural characteristics in order to correlate them with light scattering and gloss properties. The former property is closely related to Hg intrusion volume of the coated layer while gloss is related to surface porosity with pore diameters in the range of 7–15 μm as measured by Hg intrusion volume. 相似文献

The repetitive exposure of skin to ultraviolet B (UVB) preferentially elicits wrinkling while ultraviolet A (UVA) predominantly elicits sagging. In chronically UVB or UVA-exposed rat skin there is a similar tortuous deformation of elastic fibers together with decreased skin elasticity, whose magnitudes are greater in UVB-exposed skin than in UVA-exposed skin. Comparison of skin elasticity with the activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in the dermis of ovariectomized rats after UVB or UVA irradiation demonstrates that skin elasticity is more significantly decreased in ovariectomized rats than in sham-operated rats, which is accompanied by a reciprocal increase in elastase activity but not in the activities of collagenases I or IV. Clinical studies using animal skin and human facial skin demonstrated that topical treatment with a specific inhibitor or an inhibitory extract of skin fibroblast-derived elastase distinctly attenuates UVB and sunlight-induced formation of wrinkling. Our results strongly indicated that the upregulated activity of skin fibroblast-derived elastase plays a pivotal role in wrinkling and/or sagging of the skin via the impairment of elastic fiber configuration and the subsequent loss of skin elasticity. 相似文献

Polyamide 6,6 (PA66) composites with 30% glass fiber (GF) were blended with a semiaromatic liquid crystalline copolyester (Rodrun 5000 (R5)) up to 40% R5 by injection molding. The composites showed two amorphous phases. Interchange reactions took place between the two polymers, leading to good interfacial adhesion. The addition of 20% R5 was enough to counteract the viscosity increase provided by the GF. The synergistic increases in the modulus of elasticity were attributed to the increase in the skin thickness at increasing R5 content. The tensile strength of the composites remained constant on LCP addition, despite the lower tensile strength of R5 compared with that of PA66/GF. 通过让受试者分别在前臂内侧皮肤(6h短效试验组)和面部皮肤(30d长效试验组)上使用含混合植物油和白油的膏霜样品,考察了混合植物油和白油对皮肤水分含量、经表皮失水率(TEWL)、摩擦力、弹性的短期和长期影响以及对皮肤皱纹的长期影响。结果显示,混合植物油在短期和长期内均能有效提高皮肤水分含量和降低水分流失,长期使用能有效提高皮肤弹性和降低皮肤皱纹面积、皱纹长度、皱纹深度;白油在短期和长期内也能一定程度提高皮肤水分含量和减少水分流失,长期使用对皮肤皱纹深度有降低作用,效果均不及植物油。涂抹后6小时,植物油能降低皮肤摩擦力,白油能提高皮肤摩擦力,长期使用两种油脂均能提高皮肤摩擦力。 相似文献

Pecan shells are the byproduct of the processing of pecans for human consumption. The potential use of these shells for bioenergy and other value-added applications requires information on the physical and flow properties. These properties are needed for the design of storage, processing and handling equipment. The effects of particle size and moisture content on bulk density, particle density, tap density, compressibility, angle of repose, cohesion, angle of internal friction and flowability were quantified in this study. Equilibrium moisture relations for the shells were also determined at temperatures ranging from 10 to 50 °C. The densities (bulk, particle and tap) significantly decreased and compressibility significantly increased with increases in particle size and moisture content. Increasing the moisture content reduced its flowability from free flowing (flow index of 15.77) at a moisture content of 4.2% (w.b.) to cohesive (flow index 3.14) at a moisture content of 24.6% (w.b.). The cohesive strength of pecan shells also increased with particle size (0.58 to 1.14 kPa) and with moisture content (0.36 to 1.69 kPa). An average angle of internal friction of 41.28° was obtained and was not significantly affected by moisture content and particle size. The angles of repose of pecan shells varied from 33.1 degrees to 46.3 degrees. The equilibrium moisture relation curves for the shells were sigmoidal in shape and showed that pecan shells should be stored at moisture contents of less than 18.03% (w.b.) to minimize microbial activity. The equilibrium moisture relation curves were best predicted by the modified Henderson equation. 相似文献
