偏心圆齿轮在非匀速运动的传动系统中有广泛的应用,但是,没有人使用过变形偏心圆齿轮。通过使偏心圆齿轮节曲线的极坐标方程的极角按整倍数缩小的方法获得了变形偏心圆齿轮节曲线的极坐标方程。变形偏心圆齿轮节曲线的形状随着偏心率的增大而变扁,随着偏心率的减小而趋向于圆。把两个完全相同的变形偏心圆齿轮分别以不同的安装角固连在同一轴上,使其分别与同轴安装的两个完全相同的非圆齿轮啮合传动。则这两对变形偏心圆非圆齿轮的传动比曲线为两条周期相同的曲线,其相位差为两个变形偏心圆齿轮安装角的差。这两条传动比曲线共有交点数为2×非圆齿轮叶数,相邻交点的距离都相等。根据变形偏心圆非圆齿轮传动的这种特性,把它用于叶片差速泵的驱动系统,使泵的两个叶轮周期性的不等速转动,使其相邻叶片周期性张开、闭合来实现密闭容积变化进而完成排液及吸液过程。 相似文献

A piezoelectric curvilinear arc driver designed for an ultrasonic curvilinear motor is evaluated in this study. A design of piezoelectric curvilinear arc driver is proposed and its governing equations, vibration behaviour and wave propagation are investigated. Then, analysis of forced vibration response or driving characteristics to harmonic excitations in the modal domain is conducted. Finite element modelling and analysis of the arc driver are also discussed. Analytical results of free vibration characteristics are compared favourably with the finite element results. Harmonic analyses of the three finite element models reveal changes of dynamic behaviours of three models and also imply operating frequencies with a significant travelling wave component. Parametric study of mathematical and finite element simulation results suggests that stable travelling waves can be generated to drive a rotor on the proposed curvilinear arc motor system. 相似文献

A piezoelectric element can be used separately as a sensor or an actuator. A self-sensing strategy based on a charge driver can utilize a piezoelectric element as a sensor while actuating. The strategy was proven via experiments on a cantilever vibrator using a piezoelectric plate with both sensing and actuating functions. The amplitude of the vibration was actively damped by a factor exceeding 90%. A piezoelectric actuated prestage driver of hydraulic servo valves for the low-frequency response of electrohydraulic servo
valve electromagnetic prestage driver was presented. The new driver was driven by piezoelectric multilayer actuators. The
displacement of a piezoelectric multilayer actuator was amplified by a flexure-hinged amplifier based on the principles of
triangle amplification. Static and dynamic characteristics were tested on the model machine. The characteristics of good linearity,
high resolution, and high-frequency response were approved. The natural frequency reached 1.201–kHz using finite element analysis,
and the practice measurement result was 1–kHz.

A piezoelectric element is provided for a Coriolis flowmeter having a flow tube adapted to vibrate at a predetermined resonance frequency to determine mass flowrate of a fluid passing there through. The driver includes a strain element, such as an elongated piezoelectric element fastened axially along the wall of the tube. The piezoelectric element is adapted to oscillate in the axial direction along the wall of the tube to generate and/or sense vibration of the tube in response to. The piezoelectric element may be utilized as a driver or, alternately, as a sensor wherein the piezoelectric element is oscillated along with oscillation of tube wall in the axial direction to generate an output signal responsive thereto.
