输焦系统3^#皮带机改造

通过对输焦系统3^#皮带机进行改造，使其提高了焦炭输送能力，满足了1^#、2^#皮带机和0^#皮带机同时向3^#皮带机供料的要求。     

降低3^#、4^#、5^#炉炼焦耗热量技术措施的分析

本文主要介绍了重钢3^#、4^#、5^#焦炉在不影响焦炭质量的前提下，通过降低配合煤水分、炉顶空间温度和废气温度，采用适当的焦饼中心温度及空气过剩系数，加强基础管理，严格控制出炉时间等措施。2006年炼焦耗热量降低到2488．5KJ／kg煤。     

宣钢8^#高炉1^#汽轮计算机监控系统设计

在宣钢8^#高炉1^#汽轮机改造中，监控系统采用大众586工控机，实现了防喘振和防逆流自动控制，并能在线检测60点热工参数，显示各种参数和工艺流程画面。自投运以来，运行状况良好。     

武钢4^#、5^#高炉烟煤喷吹设施设计简介

主要对我院设计的武汉钢铁（集团）公司4^#、5^#高炉烟煤喷吹设施的工艺流程，设计特点及喷吹烟煤安全防爆措施等进行了介绍。

马钢新1^#和2^#焦炉地面除尘系统投用初期效果不佳,经过分析和改造,取得了良好效果,达到了设计要求。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
