现行的一般压力表计量检定规程为JJG52-2013《弹性元件式一般压力表、压力真空表和真空表检定规程》,该规程的引用文件有GB/T1226-2010《一般压力表》。而GB/T1226-2010已经进行了修订,现行的最新版本为GB/T1226-2017《一般压力表》,GB/T1226-2017对部分条款进行了修订,其中包括检测方法等的修订。另外,现行一般压力表的型式评价大纲的参照文件包含GB/T1226-2010和JJG52-2013,现行国家标准的修订部分与计量检定规程和型式评价大纲均有相关条款相对应。本文依据最新的一般压力表国家标准GB/T1226-2017,结合自己在压力表计量检定中的一些工作实际,对一般压力表的计量检定规程和型式评价大纲的修订提出一些自己的想法,与大家一起探讨。

中散包装与危险品包装生命周期评价比较研究

对中散包装与危险品包装生命周期进行了评价研究。利用Simapro 软件对2 种固体危险货物包装形式———一般包装(瓦楞纸箱)和中型散装容器(纤维板箱IBC)进行了生命周期分析,并将结果进行了对比。可以看出中型散装容器与一般包装相比优势明显,在分析所涉及的11 个环境类别的影响上均小于一般包装,其中,差距最大的为臭氧层耗竭损害,仅为一般包装的60%,最小的为酸化/ 富营养化,为一般包装的90%。结果显示IBC 优势明显,在大量货物运输的过程中,若2 种包装类型均能达到运输效果,应选取对环境影响较小的IBC 进行运输。     

Software change decision support: a proposed framework and case study

Software change is a common and continuous process. It must be controlled in a rigorous way to avoid software quality degradation. Despite the existence of a number of research studies on software change control, software professionals often rely on their experience and intuition to decide whether to accept or reject software change requests. The research reported on here suggests a framework for software change decision support. The first part of the framework is a conceptual model which contains a comprehensive list of software attributes that a software change might affect. The literature has been surveyed in order to construct this conceptual model. The second part of the framework provides a formulation of the software change decision as a fuzzy multiple attribute group decision problem. Software analysts are required to linguistically assess the impact of every change implementation solution on every attribute. Then, the provided solution algorithm for the fuzzy multiple attribute decision problem has to be executed in order to come out with a ranking of the different implementation solutions. An implementation of the framework has been validated through a limited industrial application. This experiment proved that the proposed solution has an interesting potential.

从自动测试系统通用性的角度出发,阐述了ATS软件通用性的实现及关键技术.利用MFC在组件技术的基础上完成了飞机电源系统通用参数测试软件功能组件开发,同时结合GL Studio完成了图形控件的设计和开发.借助于LabWindows/CVI,给出了通用测试软件集成的详细说明和方法步骤.

Conduction mechanism in the low-temperature phase of KAlO<Subscript>2</Subscript>

The crystal structure of the low-temperature phase of KAlO₂ has been studied by neutron diffraction, and its structural parameters have been refined with FullProf software. The TOPOS software package has been used to construct an ionic conduction map and analyze possible potassium ion migration paths. A geometric analysis in conjunction with a qualitative analysis of migration energies lends support to the assumption that low-temperature KAlO₂ has one-dimensional potassium ion conduction.

A new automatic system for calibrating the solid state DC voltage reference standards at NIS,Egypt

A new automatic system for calibrating the solid state DC voltage reference standards (Zener Diode reference standards) has been established at National Institute for Standards (NIS), Egypt to disseminate the unit of volt in the country. Besides, this system has been implemented as a coherent structure that, from the national DC voltage reference standards, can disseminate the traceability of all the instruments under calibration. The system consists of a set of programmable instruments and proper software. The software of the system has been built using the Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW) graphical language. The system hardware is configurable by the operator on the basis of the specific calibration to be performed and it allows large number and different models of Zener diodes to be act either as reference units or as units under calibration. The design and the implementation of the system software have been discussed in details. Furthermore, the system validation has been carried out for the measurement repeatability and the results compatibility in both automatic and manual modes.
