变风量系统(Variable Air Volume)是利用改变送入室内的风量来实现对室内温度调节的全空气空调系统,它的送风状态保持不变。采用数学软件Matlab中的Simulink对单风道变风量宁调系统进行仿真模拟,介绍了建立房间模型并使用Simulink创建窜内环境、控制风阀、PID调节器模块的过程,得到室内温度变化曲线。  相似文献

针对常规PID变风量空调系统存在的大滞后、多参量、非线性、时变波动、以及难以建立精确的数学模型等缺点,将模糊控制技术与常规PID技术相结合形成具有自适应自整定调节能力的VAV变风量模糊PID控制空调系统,建立了VAV变风量空调系统模糊PID控制模型,以VAV末端调风阀门开度和房间湿度作为控制对象,利用M ATLAB进行了建模仿真实验。实验表明,模糊PID控制技术可以有效提高空调系统的动静态调节性能和系统稳态调节准确度,从而使空调系统模糊PID控制器的综合调节性能有了很大改善,具有非常良好的调节控制效果。  相似文献

变风量空调系统由于节能高效的优点受到了国内外的广泛关注,而其又具有多变量、非线性、强耦合等特点,为了优化系统提高稳定性,提出了一种基于自适应遗传算法的解耦控制策略。该策略采用机理分析和系统辨识的方法并结合实验数据建立被控对象耦合特性的数学模型;通过一种类前馈的补偿方法,设计了变风量空调系统解耦补偿器的传递函数矩阵;根据系统控制性能指标的要求,设计了变风量空调系统4个控制回路的PID控制器,并使用自适应遗传算法对PID控制算法的控制参数进行了整定。继而对实际系统中4个耦合回路进行仿真分析,实验结果表明类前馈解耦有效地提高了控制系统的稳定性和鲁棒性。  相似文献

A cycle simulation program is developed and its predictions are compared with the test bed measurements of a direct injection (DI) diesel engine. It is based on the mass and energy conservation equations with phenomenological models for diesel combustion. Two modeling approaches for combustion have been tested; a multi-zone model by Hiroyasu et al (1976) and the other one coupled with an in-cylinder flow model. The results of the two combustion models are compared with the measured imep, pressure trace and NOx and soot emissions over a range of the engine loads and speeds. A parametric study is performed for the fuel injection timing and pressure, the swirl ratio, and the squish area. The calculation results agree with the measured data, and with intuitive understanding of the general operating characteristics of a DI diesel engine.  相似文献

In this paper, a simulation program for the analysis of operations in a manufacturing system is presented. The simulation program is integrated using a control algorithm and a relational data model implemented on the ORACLE RDBMS into a scheduling control system. The control algorithm considers the on-line use of alternative machines tools and/or alternative control strategies in order to optimize a given criterion, which in the present case corresponds to the total delay of jobs in the shop. A series of variables, such as the average machine utilization, were chosen to be the output. A sequential optimization approach, where the dynamically calculated average delay per job is assumed to represent the system state up to the current decision stage, is used for the control algorithm. An application of the scheduling control system to the manufacturing of a piston pump is also presented. The on-line utilization of variable routings and strategies was investigated, demonstrating the overall performance of the algorithm, namely a reduction of the total processing time up to 30%.  相似文献

针对往复压缩机在气量调节工况下因多系统耦合、多参数关联导致工作模型复杂,对压缩机动态特性分析难度大的问题,本文提出了针对气量调节系统与压缩机的多系统联合仿真的建模方法,首先建立独立的调节系统各模块工作模型,利用不同模型对接端口完成子系统模型之间的数据交互,融合压缩机工作模型构建了变负荷工况下往复压缩机工作特性分析模型,将仿真数据与实测数据进行对比,证明了多系统联合仿真与传统仿真方式相比,能够更准确地表达变负荷工况下压缩机的动态特性。  相似文献

Monte Carlo modeling of electron-solid interactions requires a detailed and accurate supply of experimental data on which to base its physics and against which to test its predictions. To meet this need, a collection of data—comprising measurements of secondary and backscattered electron yields, electron stopping powers, and x-ray ionization cross sections, as a function of energy—has been assembled from published sources. The quality and quantity of the compilation varies widely, with little or no data being available for the majority of elements in the periodic table, while results for complex materials of current technologic interest are also almost nonexistent. To meet the needs of Monte Carlo simulation in areas such as dimensional metrology or microanalysis, a program of systematic measurements is required.  相似文献

With the growth and acceptance of interactive computer graphics, contemporary robotic research trends are focusing on the development of robot simulation packages. This paper describes a new microcomputer interactive package for the analysis and simulation of industrial robots. The package represents an extension of the state-of-the-art developments in the technology of industrial robots. The novel features are derived from the use of the microcomputer for analysis and simulation. The package includes all aspects of the kinematic analysis of the six general geometric structures of industrial robots.MICRAS is a package of microcomputer interactive codes for robot analysis and simulation. The program WORKSPACE is used for obtaining the value and plot of the workspace of two- and three-link revolute-jointed arms. DIRKIN is a program that generates the forward solution for any robot with up to six degrees of freedom. The data input section provides the robot geometric parameters and joint angles interactively. The program REVKIN is constructed to give the inverse solution of the six major kinematic structures of robots and display all possible configurations for each robot. COJOINT is a program that implements coordinated joint motion of a robot with defined range of motion of each joint. The modules with prefix CAT constitute the program for the simulation of robot movements for a specified cartesian path of the end effector. Finally, DIRDIF is a program for the differential kinematic analysis of robots.  相似文献

采用有限元分析手段对复杂航天筒体结构件的纵向和环向焊缝温度场和应力场进行模拟。航天筒体焊接采用变极性等离子弧焊工艺,根据变极性等离子弧焊工艺特点使用面高斯热源和圆柱热源的组合热源模型作为变极性等离子弧焊的热源。采用ANSYS软件中ANSYS参数化设计语言(ANSYS parametric design language, APDL)编写程序,实现变极性等离子弧焊接热源在筒体结构上加载和移动,完成四道纵缝和两道环缝的焊接热力过程仿真。通过对模拟结果分析,解释复杂筒体焊接应力应变的演变过程。发现在焊接过程中纵缝两端有明显的应力-应变释放,交叉部位的变形直接影响到结构整体的尺寸精度。  相似文献
