以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了应用于水性涂料体系的SiO2包覆改性铝粉,通过X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和析氢试验对改性铝粉的表面形貌、成分和在水性涂料中的稳定性进行表征,通过长期贮存试验和电化学测量技术考察了含铝粉涂层的贮存稳定性和耐蚀性。结果表明:改性铝粉表面形成了致密的SiO2保护膜,而球状铝粉的包覆效果要好于片状铝粉。经50℃析氢试验100 h后,1 000目和2 000目的改性球状铝粉的析氢量较改性前下降了99%以上。以改性球状铝粉制备的水性涂料放置6个月后状态良好,其涂层与含未包覆铝粉的涂层相比具有更好的耐蚀性。 相似文献

以硅树脂为成膜物,制备出一种具有很好耐热性和耐蚀性,可以在500 ℃下保护金属的耐高温防腐蚀涂料,并对滑石粉、铝粉和云母粉在有机硅耐高温涂料中的作用机理以及对涂料性能的影响进行了讨论.结果表明,当铝粉的加入量为15%~30%、云母粉的加入量为15%~25%、滑石粉的加入量为10%~20%时,制得的涂料可常温固化,涂层具有最佳的机械性能及耐高温性能.当漆膜厚度达到50 μm ,涂层可耐500 ℃高温,并具有良好的防腐蚀性能.浸润过的防沉剂能提高涂料的贮存稳定性,加入量0.2%. 相似文献

为了解决装备核心零部件因磨损、消除腐蚀等带来的尺寸超差问题,制作超音速火焰喷涂316L不锈钢涂层性能试样,对试样涂层的形貌、硬度、耐蚀性开展试验检测研究。结果表明,涂层具有与25Cr3MoA接近的硬度和比30CrMnSiNi2A更好的耐蚀性能。由此,提出采用超音速火焰喷涂316L不锈钢涂层进行零件尺寸修复,制定了可行的修理方案和技术路线,确定了修理工序和参数,形成了相关技术文件,用于指导零件尺寸修复,并在油泵轴和肩轴两类零件上成功应用和装机验证,其性能良好,质量安全。 相似文献

Epoxy/polyamide coatings were loaded with different mixtures of strontium aluminum polyphosphate (SAPP) and zinc aluminum phosphate (ZPA) pigments. Moreover, a coating containing zinc phosphate (ZP) was prepared as a reference sample. The coatings were applied on St-37 steel substrates and then were exposed to 3.5 wt% NaCl solution up to 35 days. The corrosion inhibition properties of the pigments extracts were studied on bare steel samples by a potentiodynamic polarization technique after 24 h immersion. The morphological properties and corrosion resistance of the coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), optical microscope, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and salt spray tests. 相似文献

A variety of metallic and oxide coatings were deposited under various conditions on 1020 mild steel substrate by conventional plasma spraying. The coating thickness, microhardness, cohesion and adhesion failure loads, friction coefficient, and abrasive wear resistance were evaluated. The coatings were classified as follows, in order of decreasing microhardness and wear resistance: alumina, chromia, 316 stainless steel, Ni-5% Al, elemental aluminum and aluminum-polyester. Wear resistance increased with increasing microhardness and decreasing friction coefficient. The microhardness and wear resistance of high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) diamond jet (DJ)-sprayed aluminum were found to be superior to those of plasma-sprayed aluminum. Plasma or flame-sprayed metallic coatings adhered well to the substrate. The cohesion, adhesion, microhardness, and wear resistance of alumina coatings exceeded those of equally thick chromia coatings. 相似文献

采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺在35钢基体上制备了WC-10Ni涂层和WC-12Co涂层,研究了镍、钴这两种粘结剂对WC涂层的显微硬度、摩擦系数和抗磨粒磨损性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜观察涂层磨损前后的表面形貌,探讨了WC涂层的磨粒磨损机理。结果表明,以HVOF方法制备的2种WC涂层均有较高的显微硬度,WC-10Ni涂层和WC-12Co涂层与SiC砂纸摩擦副之间的干摩擦系数相差不大。2种涂层在低载荷下均有较好的抗磨粒磨损性能,但在较高载荷下WC-12Co涂层的抗磨性明显优于WC-10Ni涂层。2种涂层的磨粒磨损形式主要为均匀磨耗磨损,磨损机理以微切削和微剥落为主。WC-12Co涂层的磨损表面损伤较轻微,综合性能优于WC-10Ni涂层。 相似文献

Drying studies on a protective coating formed by spontaneous polymerization on aluminum are described. The polymer coating studied here was formed from styrene, n-phenyl maleimide (NPMI), bismaleimide (BMI), and 2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyl acetoacetate (MEA). The coating successfully changed into an adherent film through drying in the presence of a coalescing solvent. Drying at a high temperature (> 170°C) enhanced the performance of the coating in terms of corrosion resistance and adhesion. It was found that the drying process involved removal of surface water on the substrate followed by formation of a dense protective layer associated with thermal crosslinking of g -diketone functional groups in the coating. The reaction mechanism, glass transition temperature, adhesion strength to aluminum, and corrosion resistance of these coatings are reported. The resultant coatings show excellent adhesion strength in a torsional test and very good resistance under the ASTM B-117 accelerated salt fog test. 相似文献
