研究了热轧精轧入口导卫高度检测装置的角度编码器、磁尺两种检测装置的检测精度及其优缺点,并通过实验对磁尺的铰接式与垂直式的两种方案进行比较,得出垂直式磁尺检测装置是导卫高度控制的最佳选择。本方案消除了数据传输滞后、检测精度低劣、以及铰接方案的双映射等缺陷,使导卫高度控制的精度达到0.1 mm,异常带卷长度也由120 m,同步下降到0.3 m,从而达到了改进的预期目标。  相似文献

由于导卫装置采用传统连接方式与轧机紧固一体,因传动链长、固定支点多,在生产中经常出现松动、卡死等现象,诱发轧制事故.为此,采用以进口导卫中线为基准、用孔型找正、实现轧制线统一的改进思路,设计了与轧机本体分离的固定导卫装置.应用表明,改进的导卫装置承受约180万次的冲击无变形,且调整灵活,换槽时间仅为3min.  相似文献

This paper evaluates the behavior and performance of laminated circular elastomeric bearings and compares them to those of square and rectangular bearings. The study included an experimental evaluation and a nationwide survey of state Department of Transportations on the use and performance of circular bearings and bearings in general in their states. The experimental investigation studied the bearings' behavior in compression, compression and rotation, and compression and shear. Results from this limited study showed that the three bearings have similar stress-strain behavior in compression and they are in agreement with the AASHTO LRFD guide stress–strain curves. In compression and rotation, the AASHTO LRFD substructure moments are slightly less than the measured values for circular bearings and rectangular bearings rotated about their strong axis for a compressive stress of 10.3?MPa (1.5?ksi) and slightly higher than those of rectangular bearings rotated about their weak axis. In compression and shear, the shear stiffness of circular and square bearings is in agreement with theoretical values within the range of design displacements. Results from the survey showed that many states are using circular bearings and more states would consider using them, however no maintenance or monitoring data were available on their short-term and long-term performance.  相似文献

Pumps are widely used to lift water into canals, and usually spill directly into the canal. Upstream pipe fittings frequently produce a distorted flow profile that is detrimental to the proper installation and operation of common pipe meters. Thus, meter calibration may be necessary when the pipe length upstream of the meter is less than recommended. Meter calibrations under field conditions can be difficult and expensive. A simple pitot tube system that can be clamped to the outlet of the pump discharge pipe was built and tested for measuring and calibrating pump discharges under field conditions. It is used to detect the velocity at several points across the pipe diameter; distorted profiles can be measured. Using this information, the meter technician can determine whether a correction in the meter coefficient will suffice and if flow conditioning equipment is working effectively. The system can be constructed using common shop techniques and standard small pipe fittings. Most previous pitot systems required special ports in the pipe or used special concentric tube constructions that are difficult to build.  相似文献

Abstract

Powder materials are widely used in journal bearings since they provide a good tribological performance with journal bearings. These bearings are self-lubricated and can be used in places where no lubricating is possible. In this study, tribological and mechanical properties of copper based CuSn10, ferrous based Fe–graphite and copper+ferrous based CuSnFe–graphite bearings manufactured by powder metallurgy method have been determined and compared. Wear tests were carried out at 20 N load and 1500 rev min?1 every 30 min for 2·5 h using radial journal bearing wear test rig. Hardness, tensile, compressive, bending and radial fracture mechanical tests of these bearing materials were carried out. As a result, tribological and mechanical properties improved in CuSnFe–C bearings.  相似文献
