马钢2500m^3高炉小粒度烧结矿回收利用生产实践

对马钢2500m^3高炉小粒度烧结矿回收利用生产操作的经验进行了总结分析。通过对小粒度烧结矿粒度的分析及对大型高炉煤气流影响的研究，对原小粒度烧结矿回收系统采取了一系列技改措施，较好地控制了入炉小粒度烧结矿粉末。同时，通过采取合理的布料方式、调整操作制度等措施，不仅消除了使用小粒度烧结矿对高炉煤气流的不利影响，而且使小粒度烧结矿成为调节高炉煤气流的重要手段之一。     

配加扬迪矿烧结工业实验研究

为提高烧结矿强度，改善烧结矿粒度组成，在烧结中配加澳大利亚ＢＨＰ公司生产的扬迪矿，有提高烧结矿产量，改善烧结矿粒度组成的作用。     

改善湘钢二烧烧结矿粒度组成的研究

为改善湘钢二烧烧结矿的粒度组成和提高其强度，对该厂烧结矿的粒度组成进行了现场测试，并就该厂生产条件下适宜的生产参数进行了试验研究。结果表明，提高料层厚度和尽量用焦粉取代煤粉，均有利于提高烧结矿的平均粒度。在碱度为2．0或1．7时，采用不同的燃料配比和混合料水分，均可获得强度及平均粒度较好的烧结矿。     

马钢2500 m3高炉小粒度烧结矿回收利用

通过对原小粒度烧结矿回收系统的改造，小粒度烧结矿满足了马钢2500m^3高炉入炉要求，较好地控制了入炉粉末。通过合理布料，及时调整下部送风制度等措施，较好地解决了小粒度烧结矿对煤气流分布的影响，缓解了高炉原料供应紧张的矛盾，避免了资源浪费。     

提高烧结矿平均粒度的研究

为改善烧结矿平均粒度，通过调查厂内外各烧 放转运点烧结矿的跌落现状，并烧结矿跌落，结合国外研究情况并讨论分析认为，成品烧结矿在厂内外转运过程中的跌落粉碎是导致本厂烧结矿平均粒度偏低的关键原因。     

近年来攀钢烧结工序采用的新技术

为了提高烧结矿强度、改善烧结矿粒度组成，提高烧结矿质量，近年来攀钢烧结工序采用了一些新技术。     

改善包钢烧结矿粒度组成的研究

对包钢烧结矿粒度组成进行了研究。试验结果表明，硼泥对提高包钢烧结矿粒度有较明显的效果；氧化活性剂效果更明显，能改善烧结矿矿物组成，促使铁酸钙生成，使烧结矿中４０￣２５ｍｍ粒级提高了１１．６％，１０￣６ｍｍ粒级降低了２１．６％。     

低硅烧结矿粒度分布的分形特征研究

烧结矿的粒度组成情况是衡量烧结矿质量的一个重要指标。根据分形几何学理论,通过烧结对比实验,探讨了低硅烧结矿粒度分布的分形特征,确立了粒度分布的分形维数与SiO2含量之间的关系,并结合低硅烧结矿的扫描电镜照片,分析了分形维数与低硅烧结矿微观结构的相关性。通过对低硅烧结矿粒度分布的定量描述,为预报及优化烧结矿的粒度组成,并为烧结矿的进一步深入研究提供了新的思路、新的途径。
