NaNbO3-Co2O3 co-added PZN-PZT (PZCNNT) ceramics were prepared using conventional solid state reaction. The piezoelectric and dielectric properties were measured. The experimental results show that the addition of 0.3mo1% Co2O3 leads to low dielectric loss (tgδ) in PZCNNT ceramics and the proper addition of NaNbO3 not only improves piezoelectric properties but also decreases intensively dielectric loss and mechanical loss. The optimal ceramic having d33=310 pC/N, kp=0.59, εr=985, tgδ=0.0034, Qm=1380 was obtained.  相似文献

In order to obtain high Qm ceramics,different additives including MnO2,Fe2O3 and K2CO3 were added into the base PZT composition of xPb(Zn0.2Sn0.3Mn0.5)1/3 Nb2/3 O3-(1-x)Pb(Zr0.3Ti0.5)O3.The mechanical quality factor Qm increased while the piezoelectric constant decreased to some degree as MnO2 was added alone,Although apparent decreasing was observed in piezoelectric constanl d33 after MnO2 and Fe2O3 were added simultaneously,the mechanical quality factor Qm was kept at the same level as before,The values of d33 and Qm decreased dramatically as K2CO3 was added in combination with MnO2 and Fe2O3.The structure of grain boundary was damaged and more defects were generated by low valence K adding in this multi-impurified PZT solid.Mn doped sample presented a wide range of sintering temperatare,The properties parameters of Mn doped PZT are listed as follows;piezoelectric constant d33-256pC/N,mechanical quality factor Qm=2079,coupling coefficient Kp=0.53,Coercive field Ec=22.5kV/cm,Cure Temperature Tc=286℃.These parameters shonc that Mn-doped PZT ceramics are suitable for application in high Qm and transmitting materials.  相似文献

A new group of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics,(Bi0.5 Na0.5)1-x(BaaSrb)xTiO3(abbreviated as BNBST[100x-100a/100b],0〈x〈1,a+b=1),was synthesized.The ceramics were prepared by conventional ceramic sintering technique,and the ceramics with density of 95% of the theoretical one can be sintered without the atmosphere control during the sintering process.The results of the X-ray diffraction(XRD) data show that the ceramics possess a single perovskite phase.The measurements of dielectric and piezoelectric properties reveal that the ceramics provide relatively high piezoelectric charge constant d33 and high planar electromechanical coupling factor kp.For the BNBST6-95/5 ceramics,d33 is equal to 170pC/N,and kp is equal to 32.0%.The fabrication technique for these ceramics is conventional and stable.  相似文献

The novel sandwich composites were prepared by sandwiching a polyvinylidene fluoride/Tb- Dy-Fe alloy composite (PVDF/Terfenol-D) between polyvinylidene fluoride/lead zirconate titanate composites (PVDF/PZT). The maximum magnetoelectric effect voltage coefficient, (dE/dn)33max, of the sandwich composites is higher than that of three-phase composites at their own optimal loading level of Terfenol-D. This is attributed to less interface relaxations of strain and better polarization of the sandwich composites. When the volume fraction of Terfenol-D is higher than 0.10, no coupling interaction for three-phase composites could be observed, but (dE/dn)33max of sandwiched composites still reached 20 mV/(cm.Oe). At high magnetic field intensity, the magnetoelectric effect voltage coefficient, (dE/dn)33, of sandwich composites is higher than that of three-phase composites; at low magnetic field intensity, (dE/dn)33 of sandwich composites is lower than that of three-phase composites. At their resonance frequency, the (dE/dn)33max of the sandwich composites and the three phase composites are 150 mV/(cm.Oe) and 42 mV/(cmoOe), respectively. This significant increase of (dE/ dn)33max at resonance frequency confirms the improvement of maximum magnetoelectric effect coefficient via sandwich-structured composites.  相似文献

The structure and electrical properties of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramic doped with 0.5 wt% of MnO were investigated in comparison with those of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramic. It was ascertained that the MnO addition did not cause remarkable change in crystal structure and microstructure. The MnO addition mainly displayed a hard effect on the electrical properties, an increase of coercive field (E) and mechanical quality factor (Qm) together with a decrease of dielectric constant (εr) and piezoelectric constant (d33). An enhancement of electromechanical coupling factor (kp) with the MnO addition was obtained too. An essential relation between the piezoelectric properties and ferroelectric nature of the ceramics was detected. It was found that the piezoelectric properties of the ceramics highly depended on the corporative contribution of remanent polarization (Pt) and coercive field.  相似文献

The effects of Pb content on crystallographic phase, microstructure, electric-properties of PMSZT piezoelectric ceramics were studied. The crystallographic phase and microstructure of the ceramics were examined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental result shows that the samples consist of a mixture of tetragonal and rhombohedral phases in the range of lead contents x=0.95-1.06, grains grow up homogeneously and the minimum value of Curie temperature was obtained with x-=1.02. With Pb content x〈l.02 or x〉1.02, the Curie temperature moves towards a high temperature. A well-situated electric-properties of ET33/E0 (1660), d33 (344pC/N), Kp (0.684), Qm (2350),tan 3(0.0030) were obtained when lead content x=1.02.  相似文献

Piezoelectric ceramics (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.92Ba0.05TiO3 x%MnCO3(BNBT-Mn, x=0-1.6,mass fraction)were synthesized by conventional solid state reaction. The results show that when the addition of MnCO3 is 0-1.4%, BNBT-Mn ceramics exhibit a single-phase perovskite structure. With the increase of content of MnCO3, piezoelectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor increase rapidly when x is lower than 0.3. Then they both decrease when x is in the range of 0.3 and 1.6. When x=0.3, piezoelectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor reach the maximum value of 160 pC/N and 58.5% respectively, which can improve the temperature stability of BNBT-Mn.  相似文献

Nd^3+ doped lead zirconate titanate (Pb1-3x/2NdxZr0.52Ti0.48O3, PNZT) nanopowders were prepared through a modified sol-gel method. The effects of Nd^3+ doping on the microstructures and properties of PNZT ceramics have been studies. The grain sizes of the perovskite PNZT nanopowders were about 100nm and the lattice distortion of the PNZT increased with the content of Nd^3+ up to 9 mol%. The dopant of Nd^3+ resulted in the decrease of crystal lattice parameter a and the obvious increase of c and c/a, which effectively improved the sintered densification and activity of the PNZT ceramics. Due to lead vacancies caused by the doping of Nd3^+ in the PZT, the piezoelectric constant, electromechanical coupling coefficient and dielectric constant observed were much higher than the monolithic PZT.  相似文献

The precursor infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP) method for preparation of BN/SiO2 composites was used to improve mechanical properties, dielectric properties and feasibility of high temperature dielectric parts with large dimensions and complex shapes. In the processing procedure, the porous BN ceramic matrix was first successfully prepared by compacting the mixed powders of B and BN and then sintering them at a certain temperature under normal pressure of N2. The polycarbosilane(PCS) solution was vacuum infiltrated into porous BN ceramics at the room temperature and then at 800℃ in the air to depolimerize out amorphous SiO2, and sintered further at 1 300℃ in N2 to get BN/SiO2 composites. The microstructure of materials was studied by means of X-ray diffraction and electron probe micro analysis. The thermo-decomposition mechanism of PCS was investigated by a TG-DTA and infrared (IR) spectrum analysis. The flexural strengths were measured by the three-point bending method. The dielectric constant and the loss tangent were measured by the wave-guide method. The results show BN/SiO2 composites were fabricated. The obtained composites posses a flexural strength of 61.96 - 93.31 MPa, the dielectric constant in the range of 3.50 - 3.78 and the order of magnitude of the loss tangent at 10^-3 , which are good for the high tempera turedielectric parts with large size and complex shapes.  相似文献

The microstructures and electrical properties of Bi0.5(Na1-x-yKxLiy)0.5TiO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were studied.These ceramics were prepared by conventional ceramic technique.XRD analysis reveals that the ceramics possess almost pure perovskite phase when y≤0.2.The SEM results show that,with more amounts of Li+,the crystalline grain growing speed is accelerated,and the sintering temperature can effectively be decreased.The measurements of piezoelectric properties indicate that the ceramics with relatively low amount of Li+ and high amount of K+ have comparatively large piezoelectricity.The dielectric measurements show that the ceramics have properties like relaxor ferroelectrics and diffuse phase transition(DPT) at Td and Tc,respectively.The results of ferroelectric measurements reveal the system has relatively higher remanent polarization Pr(27.6 μC/cm2) and lower coercive field Ec(37.5 kV/cm).  相似文献

采用传统陶瓷制备方法,制备出新型无铅压电陶瓷,并对该体系无铅陶瓷的相结构、介电和压电性能进行了研究.结果表明:所研究的组成均能够形成纯钙钛矿(ABO3)型固溶体;随着BaTiO3含量的增加,压电系数d33先增大后减小.同时陶瓷材料的介电常数-温度曲线显示该体系材料具有明显的弛豫铁电体特征.  相似文献

A novel scale-free network model based on clique (complete subgraph of random size) growth and preferential attachment was proposed. The simulations of this model were carried out. And the necessity of two evolving mechanisms of the model was verified. According to the mean-field theory, the degree distribution of this model was analyzed and computed. The degree distribution function of vertices of the generating network P(d) is 2m 2 m 1−3 (dm 1 + 1)−3, where m and m 1 denote the number of the new adding edges and the vertex number of the cliques respectively, d is the degree of the vertex, while one of cliques P(k) is 2m 2 k −3, where k is the degree of the clique. The simulated and analytical results show that both the degree distributions of vertices and cliques follow the scale-free power-law distribution. The scale-free property of this model disappears in the absence of any one of the evolving mechanisms. Moreover, the randomicity of this model increases with the increment of the vertex number of the cliques. A series of 0-3 composties of the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and BaTiO3 was prepared,BaTiO3 was modified with titanate coupling agent .The dielectric properties and the interfacial interaction of composites by different preparation methods were examined and compared,The result shows that the relaive dielectric constant ε of the composite prepared in solution has a maximum value at about 70% weight fraction of BaTiO3 and the dielectric loss tanδ increases rapidly when the fraction exceeds 70%, For the composite preared in melt, the relative dielectric constant ε almost raches a maximum value at about 60% weght fraction of BaTiO3 and the dielectric loss is comparatively lower,The deielectric proerties of composites ore improved by using a coupling aent.  相似文献

BaTi4O9-doped Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST) composite ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction and their structure, dielectric nonlinear characteristics and microwave dielectric properties were investigated. The secondary phase of the orthorhombic structure Ba4Ti13O30 is formed among BST composite ceramics with the increase of BaTi4O9. At the same time, a duplex or bimodal grains size distribution shows fine grains in a coarse grain matrix. The degree of frequency dispersion of dielectric permittivity below T m is increased initially and then decreased with respect to BaTi4O9. As the BaTi4O9 content increases, the tunability of composite ceramics decreases, while the Q value increases. Interestingly, 70 wt% BaTi4O9-doped BST has a tunability ∼4.0% (under 30 kV/cm biasing) versus a permittivity ∼68 and quality factor ∼134.1 (at ∼3.2 GHz). The silica fiber reinforced silica and boron nitride-based composites (SiO2f/SiO2-BN) were prepared firstly via the sol-gel method and then the urea route, and the effects of oxidation treatment on the component, structure, mechanical and dielectric properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the oxidation treatment at 450 °C will not impair the structure of boron nitride, and carbon is the main impurity with the excessive urea. The density of SiO2f/SiO2-BN composites is 1.81 g/cm3, and the flexural strength and elastic modulus are 113.9 MPa and 36.5 GPa, respectively. After oxidation treatment, the density varies to 1.80 g/cm3, and the flexural strength and elastic modulus are decreased to 58.9 MPa and 9.4 GPa, respectively. The mechanical properties of the composites are severely damaged, but they still exhibit a good toughness. The composites show excellent dielectric properties with the dielectric constant and loss tangent being 3.22 and 0.003 9, respectively, which indicates that the oxidation treatment is ineffective to improve the dielectric properties of SiO2f/SiO2-BN composites.  相似文献

在工业氮气(N2)气氛条件下制备了锂掺杂铌酸钾钠/铜(NKLN/Cu)压电复合材料,研究了铜含量对复合材料的相结构、密度、电学性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料由NKLN陶瓷相和Cu金属颗粒两相组成,不同Cu含量复合材料的相对密度均达到95%以上。复合材料的介电常数随Cu含量的增加而急剧增加,压电常数和机电耦合系数随Cu含量的增加而减小,当Cu的体积分数达到20%时,NKLN/Cu复合材料的介电性能和压电性能均难以测量。NKLN/Cu复合材料的显微硬度随Cu含量的增加而降低,断裂韧性值随Cu含量的增加而升高,从铌酸钾钠陶瓷的1.01 MPa逐渐增至Cu的体积分数为40%时的2.81 MPa。  相似文献

The influence of four kinds of Schiff bases on a strain of Escherichia coli was studied by microcalorimetry. Differences in their capabilities of suppressing the metabolism of this bacterium were observed. The results show that the extent and duration of the inhibitory effect on the metabolism as judged from the multiplication rate constant, k, varies with different Schiff bases.The multiplication rate constant k, of Escherichia coli (in log phase) in the presence of Mo-salicylioaldehyde-thiadizole, Mo-piperonaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone and Mo-3-methoxy-salicylicaldehyde-thiadizole decreases with the increase of concentrations of compounds c, and the relationships between k and c, maximum heat production rate Pm and c, peak time of growth curves tp and c are of linearity. For Mo-6-nitro-pieronalde-thiosemicarbazone, the multiplication rate constant is constant irrespective of variation in concentration. The sequence of antibiotic activity of Schiff base is: Mo-salicylioaldehyde-thiadizole>Mo-3-methoxy-salicylicaldehyde-thiadizole>Mo-piperonaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone> 6-nitro-pieronalde-thiosemicarbazone.  相似文献
