基于中间固定、四边自由的微型压电层合板模型,应用应变梯度理论考虑其尺寸效应,借助ABAQUS用户自定义子程序(UEL)模块自定义了一种三维八节点的微型压电单元.利用有限元法热-力-电耦合分析对微型双稳态板压电俘能器进行了仿真研究,发现其在不同的激振频率下存在不同的变形状态,非线性动态分析显示该结构在其一阶固有频率之前也能俘获较多电能,且存在多态转换交替出现的现象.针对该微型双稳态压电俘能器,给出了其最佳的工作频率和最大俘获电压.研究成果对微型压电俘能器的设计分析和性能检测具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

为研究船舶开孔板和加强板结构的振动特性,用1阶剪切变形板理论描述各向同性板的位移场,并采用修正变分原理和区域分解方法建立板的离散动力学模型.每一块子域板的位移和转角分量通过第一类切比雪夫正交多项式展开.针对加强板模型,将该方法获得的结果与已经发表的文献和有限元商用软件计算结果进行对比,验证该方法的收敛性和正确性.基于修正变分法探讨多种开孔和加强板模型的自由振动特性,充分说明该数理模型和半解析方法是一种适合处理复杂板结构问题的数值工具.  相似文献

采用有限元方法研究复合材料层合板结构在线性温度场作用下非线性热振动特性.采用特征值屈曲分析方法,判断了结构在线性温度场作用下的临界屈曲分歧点,计算了结构的一阶弯曲固有频率,分析了铺层角度及铺层层数对结构临界屈曲温度分布和结构固有频率的影响,总结了其对复合材料层合板结构热振动特性影响的一般规律.这些结论对复合材料结构设计、抗热设计有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

On the basis of three-dimensional elasticity, this paper presents a free vibration analysis of cross-ply laminated rectangular plates with clamped boundaries. The analysis is based on a recursive solution suitable for three-dimensional vibration analysis of simply supported plates. Clamped boundary conditions are imposed by suppressing the edge displacements of a number of planes which are parallel to the mid-plane. This is achieved by coupling a number of different vibration modes of the corresponding simply supported plate using a Lagrange multiplier method. A satisfactory solution can be obtained by choosing suitably larger numbers of the coupled vibration modes and the fixed planes across the thickness of the plate. Numerical results are presented to show the convergence of the solution. Results are also obtained for either isotropic or cross-ply laminated plates having different combinations of simply supported and clamped boundaries.  相似文献

Optimal design problems of sandwich plates with soft core and laminated composite face layers, and multilayered composite plates are investigated. The optimal design problems are solved by using the method of the planning of experiments. The optimization procedure is divided into the following stages: choice of control parameters and establishment of the domain of search, elaboration of plans of experiment for the chosen number of reference points, execution of the experiment, determination of simple mathematical models from the experimental data, design of the structure on the basis of the mathematical models discovered, and finally verification experiments at the point of the optimal solution. Vibration and damping analysis is performed by using a sandwich plate finite elements based on a broken line model. Damping properties of the core and face layers of the plate are taken into account in the optimal design. Modal loss factors are computed using the method of complex eigenvalues or the energy method. Frequencies and modal loss factors of the plate are constraints in the optimal design problem. There are also constraints on geometrical parameters and the bending stiffness of the plate. The mass of the plate is the objective function. Design parameters are the thickness of the plate layers. In the points of experiments computer simulation using FEM is carried out. Using this information, simple mathematical models for frequencies and modal loss factors for the plate are determined. These simple mathematical functions are used as constraints in the nonlinear programming problem, which is solved by random search and the penalty function method. Numerical examples of the optimal design of clamped sandwich and simply supported laminated composite plates are presented. A significant improvement of damping properties of a sandwich plate is observed in comparison with a simple plate of equal natural frequencies.  相似文献

研究不同位置四点支承条件下矩形薄板的自由振动特性.首先,在板结构模型的不同位置上引入横向约束弹簧,并设定人工弹簧的刚度值以模拟出四点支承的边界条件.然后,基于二维改进傅里叶级数表示结构的位移容许函数,其中改进部分的正弦附加项可解决以往位移函数在边界上可能存在的求导不连续问题.建立矩形板系统能量对应的泛函,令其取驻值建立线性方程组.最后,求解矩阵特征值问题得到点支承矩形板自由振动频率等参数,给出不同位置四点支承条件下矩形薄板的振动特性.所应用二维改进傅里叶级数法中,位移函数基于改进傅里叶级数展开时的附加项能够提高结果的精度和收敛速度.研究结果为不同位置点支承矩形板的自由振动问题提供一定的参考.  相似文献

建立了双参数弹性地基上的正交异性矩形薄板自由振动位移函数微分方程,并得到其一般解.这可用以精确地求解板在任意边界条件下的自由振动问题.以四边固定的正方形板为例进行了分析,计算过程简单,便于实际应用.亦适用于求解单参数弹性地基和各向同性板情形。  相似文献

The free transverse vibration characteristics of rectangular plates, including the effect of transverse shear deformation and rotary inertia, are presented. A method based on the variational procedure in conjunction with the finite difference technique is used to determine the natural frequencies and mode shapes. The convergence characteristics of the present method are studied by varying the thickness parameter and running a comparison with the classical thin plate solutions. The effects of the thickness parameter and taper thickness ratio on the vibration characteristics are studied. The predictions are presented for the simply supported and clamped plates and they are compared with existing solutions based on the thin plate theory.  相似文献

对于中厚板或层合板而言,横向剪切变形的影响是显著的,采用三阶剪切变形理论比采用经典薄板理论和一阶剪切变形理论能更好的满足精度的要求,而且能更好地描述板的剪切变形和剪应力沿厚度方向的分布情况.本文用解析的方法研究了简支、自由和固定三种边界条件的任意组合下三阶剪切变形板的自由振动问题.首先应用哈密顿原理建立自由振动方程,再通过引入中间变量使得原来耦合的自由振动方程得到解耦和简化,基于分离变量法,利用边界条件得到基函数的表达式,利用Rayleigh-Ritz法,求得三阶剪切变形板在任意边界条件下的固有频率和振型.本文得到的结果可以为厚板在工程中的应用提供理论依据,具有较高的工程实际应用价值.  相似文献

目前系列化接骨板在材料节约和应力分散上不合理。为快捷设计出理想的接骨板,利用平均化骨骼模型,提出通过语义参数编辑优化设计接骨板的方法。首先,为系列化接骨板在数量与尺寸上的分布合理,构建了一种带权值的平均化骨骼模型;然后,基于平均化骨骼模型设计出具有通用性的参数化接骨板,便于后期编辑修改与优化;最后,利用有限元分析,用基于二分策略调整厚度参数来优化接骨板,在满足应力条件下使接骨板材料尽可能少。实验结果显示,对三叶型接骨板和股骨远端Ⅲ型接骨板优化后体积分别减小2.7%和12.2%,最大应力分别减小56.9%和24.4%,表明所提方法能够节省接骨板材料,分散接骨板应力,是一种有效的接骨板优化设计方法。  相似文献

研究了在四边简支的边界条件下,正交各向异性矩形叠层板在横向简谐激励作用下的非线性主共振及其稳定性问题.在给出了正交各向异性叠层板的振动微分方程的基础上,利用伽辽金法导出了相应的达芬型非线性强迫振动方程.应用平均法对主共振问题进行求解,得到了系统在稳态运动下的幅频响应方程.基于李雅普诺夫稳定性理论,得到了解的稳定性判定条件.作为算例,分别给出了不同条件下,系统运动的幅频响应曲线图、振幅-激励幅值响应曲线图和动相平面图,并对解的稳定性进行了分析,讨论了各参数对系统非线性振动特性的影响.  相似文献

The effect of nonlinear elasticity on the free vibration behavior of elastic plates has been evaluated by employing continuum mechanics model. The second-order non-linear stress–strain relationship has been considered and the Kirchhoff’s hypothesis has been applied on the elastic plate. The large deformation during vibration has also been considered. By using the Hamilton principle, the governing equations of the free vibration of the plate under different boundary condition have been obtained. In order to get the explicit solutions of the governing equations, the Galerkin’s method and the harmonic balance method have been utilized. The relationship between the vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude has been discussed and the vibration frequencies of different shaped plate have been compared. It is perceived that the nonlinear elasticity has a distinct effect on the free vibration of the plate.

为了有效降低铺板与圆柱壳体耦合结构中因铺板振动而引起的壳体振动,提出了以格栅夹层板作为一种铺板结构.以格栅夹层板安装于带有端板的圆柱壳体上作为研究模型,采用有限元软件对格栅夹层板的抑振性能展开了仿真分析,讨论了格栅结构参数对其抑振效果的影响,并实验验证了格栅夹层板的抑振效果.仿真和实验结果一致表明:格栅夹层板能有效降低圆柱壳体的振动响应,尤其是在中高频段抑振效果显著;格栅的结构参数对抑振效果影响规律比较复杂,格栅夹层的上层面板采用阻尼较大的材料利于提高其抑振效果.  相似文献

为解决类似车牌和失真车牌的定位难题,提出一种基于分类器投票的车牌定位方法。方法从两个方面提升车牌定位精度:首先,针对类似车牌和失真车牌的图像特点,提出两种新的车牌图像描述子,针对性地提升两类车牌的定位效果;其次,使用多种描述子分别训练SVM分类器,采用分类器投票融合的方式决定最终分类结果,进一步提升定位准确度。实验结果表明:(1)相比传统的小波和LBP车牌图像描述子,所提算法有效地提高了失真车牌的定位精度,降低了类似车牌的识别错误率。(2)构建的投票融合分类器方法使车牌图像的分类错误率从单个描述子最优的3.05%下降到了0.8%。  相似文献

A general approach for minimizing radiated acoustic power of a baffled plate excited by broad band harmonic excitation is given. The steps involve a finite element discretization for expressing acoustic power and vibration analysis, analytical design sensitivity analysis, and the use of gradient-based optimization algorithms. Acoustic power expressions are derived from the Rayleigh integral for plates. A general methodology is developed for computing design sensitivities using analytical expressions. Results show that analytical sensitivity analysis is important from both computational time and accuracy considerations. Applications of the optimization strategy to rectangular plates and an engine cover plate are presented. Thicknesses are chosen as design variables.  相似文献

针对Z型折叠机翼这种复杂多体结构,运用多种不同的方法得到了结构的前4阶振动模态.将Z型折叠机翼假设为由三块碳纤维复合材料板组成,两板之间均以刚性铰链相连接.其中内翼左侧是固定端,并与机身相连接;中间翼以对边简支形式连接在内外翼之间;外翼的外端是自由端.在第一个铰链上施加驱动力矩M1为机翼提供折叠角速度,使中间翼进行转动;同时施加力矩M2于第二个铰链处,使外翼与内翼始终保持平行.本文首先利用Hamilton原理与von Karman大变形理论建立Z型折叠机翼的动力学模型,然后通过ANSYS软件设置合理的边界条件进行模态分析与谐响应分析,其次根据ANSYS模拟的Z型折叠机翼的振动形式,假设合适的模态函数,通过结构边界条件和系统动力学方程求出来的边界条件,求出三个板的横向振动模态函数,最后通过Maple验证得出的模态函数与ANSYS模拟的振动形式相符合.该研究不仅是Z型机翼的受迫振动响应分析的前提,而且对于Z型机翼的设计与实验也具有参考价值.  相似文献

Dynamic stiffness elements for plates are developed using first order shear deformation theory to carry out exact free vibration analysis of plate assemblies. The analysis has been facilitated by the application of Hamiltonian mechanics and symbolic computation. The Wittrick–Williams algorithm has been used as the solution technique. Results have been extensively validated using published literature for both uniform and non-uniform plates. Some finite element results are also provided. The accuracy and computational efficiency of the method are demonstrated. In the final part of the investigation, significant plate parameters are varied and their subsequent effects on the free vibration characteristics are studied.  相似文献

This paper presents a general procedure for calculating the free vibration of stiffened skew plates by the Rayleigh-Ritz method with B-spline functions as coordinate functions. The stiffened skew plates are modelled as the skew plate with a number of stiffening beams.The results are compared with existing values based on other numerical methods. Vibration characteristics of stiffened skew plates are also studied with changing the arrangements of stiffening beams, the stiffness parameters of beams, skew angle and aspect ratio.  相似文献

This paper investigates the optimal locations of rigid point supports to maximize the fundamental frequency of free vibration of plates. The computational method uses the Rayleigh-Ritz method for the vibration analysis and the simplex method of Nelder and Mead for the optimization search of support locations. Optimal results have been obtained for various common shapes of plates with a few point supports. The results show that the frequency of the plate is sensitive to the locations of the point supports. Moreover, these new optimal results provide useful information to designers seeking to exploit the position of point supports in their plate designs. It has been found that multiple solutions are a common feature of this plate optimization problem.  相似文献
