The paper describes 3D numerical Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) model and approximate sector approach for viscous turbulent flow through flow path of one stage axial supercharge gas turbine of marine diesel engine. Computational data are tested by comparison with experimental data. The back step flow path opening and tip clearance jet are taken into account. This approach could be applied for variety of turbine theory and design tasks: for offer optimal design in order to minimize kinetic energy stage losses; for solution of partial supply problem; for analysis of flow pattern in near extraction stages; for estimation of rotational frequency variable forces on blades; for sector vane adjustment (with thin leading edges mainly), for direct flow modeling in the turbine etc. The development of this work could be seen in the direction of unsteady stage model application.  相似文献

By introducing an internal structure parameter, the characteristic curve of a new combined system consisting of a semiconductor thermoelectric cooler and a semiconductor thermoelectric generator is obtained. The maximum coefficient of performance and rate of refrigeration of the system and the corresponding values of other important parameters are calculated. Moreover, the optimal operating region of the system and the optimal range of the internal structure parameter of thermoelectric devices are determined. The results obtained here may provide theoretical guidance for the optimal design and operation of such a new combined system.  相似文献

Wind turbine design procedures usually involve the adoption of the blade element – momentum theory. Nevertheless, its use is limited by the lack of extended database regarding the aerodynamic coefficients for most used airfoils. In the present work, an extended database generation procedure for symmetric profiles is discussed and validated with the aim of adopting numerical optimization methods for vertical-axis wind turbine design.Evolutionary algorithms are thereby utilized to provide optimal configurations for different design objectives. The pure performance and the annual energy production are here considered in order to show the capabilities of the numerical code. A relevant increase in performance is achieved for all the obtained results, showing that the numerical optimization can be successfully adopted in vertical-axis wind turbine design procedures.  相似文献

针对目前风力机大厚度翼型设计参数空间有限、优化设计过程中气动力预测不准等问题,利用B样条函数表征通用翼型廓线,编制程序集成耦合翼型设计模块、任意翼型自适应网格模块、CFD流场计算模块、遗传算法优化模块,提出了基于CFD技术与遗传算法的风力机叶片大厚度翼型优化设计方法,并对比分析优化新翼型与DU97-W-300翼型的几何特性与气动性能。结果表明,优化方法设计的新翼型在主要攻角范围内具有较高的气动性能,在雷诺数为3.0×106的情况下,其升力系数、升阻比分别提高了13.555%、38.588%。该翼型优化设计方法为风力机大厚度通用翼型的设计与应用提供参考。  相似文献

本文在将液压配气机构简化为集中参数动力学模型的基础上,提出了适用于此类机构的一种新的凸轮型线——PFB_2凸轮,并给出此型凸轮的优化设计和解法。计算实例表明,优化设计的凸轮型线优于常规设计的凸轮型线。  相似文献

This paper addresses the optimal design of cooling systems for reducing the temperatures of hot aqueous effluent streams to satisfy the discharge temperature regulation. A superstructure that involves all options of stream bypassing, splitting and mixing along with a cooling tower for effluent thermal treatment is proposed. The optimization of this superstructure is formulated as a Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) problem whose objective is to minimize the total annual cost, which accounts for the capital cost of the cooling tower and the operating costs due to power consumption of the water pump and tower fan. A detailed model for the cooling tower based on the Merkel’s method is used. The solution to this problem provides simultaneously the optimal operating conditions and design parameters of the cooling tower as well as the optimal cooling system configuration. Three cases of study are used to show the application of the proposed approach.  相似文献
