汽轮机(DST-201)止推轴温TE-12811A/B持续上涨,已达报警值120℃。轴温偏高,加速润滑油的氧化并在轴瓦表面形成热漆膜。为有效预防漆膜的形成并去除系统中的软性污染物,向润滑油加注溶解度增强油。加注增强油后,止推轴瓦温度TE-12811A/B比加注前下降了5℃。通过采取更换止推轴轴瓦,将轴瓦材质升级为铜铬合金,提高了轴瓦承载能力,增加轴瓦的导热效率,降低了轴瓦温度,从根本上解决轴瓦温度波动、偏高问题。  相似文献

根据能量梯级利用原理,提出一种将水蓄热与相变材料蓄热结合在一起的复合蓄热热回收空调系统,即在空调机组冷凝器上串联一个相变蓄热器和一个水蓄热器,从压缩机出来的高温高压制冷剂过热蒸汽首先经过相变蓄热器,使品位较高的过热以潜热的形式储存于相变材料中。再经过水蓄热器,将部分温度较低的相变热储存于水中。实验表明,该系统能有效地回收19.6%的冷凝热,其中在空调关闭后通入较小流量的冷水即可制取温度在40℃以上的生活热水;在空调运行的条件下,通入较大流量的冷水可连续制取温度在40℃以上的生活热水。该系统达到了节约能源、满足生活热水需求一举两得的目的。  相似文献

New results are reported on the superheating behaviour of ultra high modulus polyethylenes which have been restrained from shrinkage during the melting programme. Very high dagrees of superheating were observed, which were somewhat dependent on the polymer molecular weight. It is considered that the ultra high modulus polyethylenes do not contain extended chain crystalline material, and that the superheating effects are associated with the presence of a molecular network which can be prevented from relaxing by mechanical restraint.  相似文献

When fibrillation occurs during peeling, the normal stress in the adhesive may gradually reduce to zero at the peel front. The shear stress also reduces to zero. Classical beam-spring (or beam-on-elastic-foundation) models do not yield solutions that have these properties. With the use of a beam-on-foundation model combined with a cohesive zone in the neighborhood of the peel front, these properties can be satisfied. In order to obtain analytical solutions, peel tests are considered in which the backing has a small slope and is linearly elastic in the adhered region, and the traction law is assumed to be piecewise linear. Cases are considered with only normal stresses in the adhesive (mode I), only shear stresses (mode II), and both stresses coupled (mixed-mode behavior). Analytical solutions are obtained for displacements of the backing, forces in the backing, and stresses between the adhesive and the backing.  相似文献

A mathematical analysis is performed to obtain relations for the radius of curvature and flexural moments for initially stretched bimaterial strips in which at least one of the materials exhibits viscoelastic behavior. One practical application of this analysis is for pressure sensitive tapes. Consequently, the radius of curvature and flexural moment relations are obtained as functions of backing and adhesive thicknesses and moduli for typical pressure sensitive tapes. The analysis shows that the flexural moment decreases as the backing thickness and/or backing modulus increase. Furthermore, the flexural moment decreases as the adhesive thickness and/or adhesive modulus decreases.  相似文献

We investigated experimentally the effect of the anode backing layers consisting of carbon papers with different thicknesses and different polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) contents on the cell performance of a direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC). The membrane electrode assemblies were prepared using the decal method such that the effect of different anode backing layers could be studied with the same anode catalyst layer, the same membrane and the same cathode. We found that a too thin anode backing layer resulted in lower cell voltages in the entire current density region, whereas a too thick backing layer led to a lower limiting current density. The reduced cell performance as a result of thinning the backing layer may be attributed mainly to the increased under-rib mass transport polarization as a result of weaker under-rib convection in a thinner backing layer. The experimental results also showed that the use of a PTFE-treated backing layer resulted in a lower limiting current density, attributing primarily to the increased mass transfer resistance as a result of the PTFE treatment.  相似文献
