热态上料高炉煤气蒸发冷却塔的设计及应用分析

瓦斯泥堵塞冷却塔的情况分析

唐钢１２６０ｍ３高炉煤气洗涤水经过φ２４ｍ格射式沉定池出水温度为４９℃、ＳＳ６１．８ｍｇ／Ｌ、硬度１．７５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ、ｐＨ值７．６，经冷却塔降温后水温４１℃、ＳＳ３１．３ｍｇ／Ｌ、硬度为１．７ｍ－ｍｏｌ／Ｌ、ｐＨ值８．２．根据近两年全国钢铁企业动力竞赛普钢组供排水专业统计的指标进行比较，唐钢高炉煤气洗涤水的浊度居上等水平．该系统自１９８９年９月底投产，经过１５个月的运行，发现冷却塔的喷嘴、配水槽、水泥格网淋水板等均被瓦斯泥堵塞，送到冷却塔上的水从阻力比较小的三个地方呈柱状流下来，冷却塔失去降温…     

方大特钢新2号高炉明特法渣处理自动化系统研究及优化

方大特钢科技股份有限公司新2号1 050 m3高炉采用高炉明特法渣处理工艺,其控制系统主要包括粒化供水泵控制系统、冷却塔冲渣水温控制系统、搅拢控制系统。本文采用数学模型及控制优化曲线对系统进行了研究及优化,重点对吸水井液位、冷却塔冲渣水温度控制、搅拢控制系统进行了数学建模,其中吸水井液位模型弥补了液位计故障时的检测空白,冲渣水温度控制模型和搅拢控制系统模型分别对冲渣水温度控制和渣量计算起到了很好的指导性作用。     

板式换热器在中小高炉炉体冷却中的应用探讨

中小高炉炉体软水冷却采用的空冷器冷却效果随季节变化而波动，夏天时最高进高炉水温达到70℃以上，影响了高炉的安全高产和使用寿命。板式换热器以波纹板为传热面，传热系数高、体积小、拆装清洗方便，换热强度高，换热效果好，根据中小高炉炉体冷却软水系统流量大、温差小等特点，宜选用316或316L不锈钢材质、结构矮胖型、开二备一、3台并联的板式换热器。济钢2^#355m^3高炉采用BR1．IXC(1．0／100)200．2型水-水板式换热器，软化水进高炉温度全年稳定在34～39℃。

对韶钢1号高炉热风炉大修改造进行了总结分析．通过吸取国内外热风炉的先进技术进行合理改造：采用高效能陶瓷燃烧器、Ds旋流格子砖、烟气均匀配气装置、冷风均匀配气装置等技术,改造后在单烧高炉煤气的情况下,送风平均风温大于1100℃．     

水渣冷却塔喷淋装置的改进

天钢2 000 m~3高炉水冲渣系统冷却塔喷淋支管管道过长,压力损失较大,冷却塔粒化回水中的杂质容易造成喷淋管道和对喷喷头堵塞,严重影响配水及冷却效果。对喷喷头在使用过程中内螺纹极易腐蚀,经常出现松动脱落现象,每次清理时必须进行整体更换。对冷却塔喷淋装置进行了改造,缩短喷淋支管长度,加大喷淋支管直径,前端对喷喷头改为自行设计制作的喷头,降低了支管的堵塞情况,延长了使用寿命,节约了大量的检修时间,提高了生产作业率,同时减少了备件费用,取得了较好的使用效果和较高的经济效益。
