由工频市电供电的离线式恒流LED驱动电路的发展趋势是集成化、模块化、小型化、轻量化及高性能和可靠性。 在IEC1000—3—2等标准中,只对25W以上的C类(即照明)设备的工频输入电流谐波规定了限制要求。后来的标准,如IEC61000—3—2和欧盟EN61000—3—2等,对25W及25W以下的照明电路的工频输入谐波电流也进行考核。因此,离线式AC—DC恒流LED照明电源应满足IEC61000—3—2谐波电流限制要求(例如三次谐波≤29.7%,五次谐波≤10%等)。与此同时,离线式LED照明电源还要满足能源之星固态照明在商业环境下功率因数不低于0.9的要求,在电磁干扰方面满足EN55015B和EN55022B的限制,并且要具有高能效。  相似文献

This work presents a review of power-factor-correction (PFC) circuits for low- and medium-power single-phase power supplies. The main idea is not just to show the state of the art of this topic but to select the most interesting topologies for each application depending on the power level, the input voltage range, and the output voltage. Since IEC 61000-3-2 regulations came into force, many new topologies have been presented trying to obtain a cost-effective solution to reduce the input current harmonic content. Each one of them has its application range due to the inherent characteristics of the topology. Obviously, not every converter is useful for the same application. This is especially perceptible in PFC circuits due to the large amount of different solutions. Hence, this paper tries to show the most appropriate topologies for each application, being the input power and the IEC 61000-3-2 Class some of the main parameters to select it. The scope of the paper is focused on single-phase power supplies belonging to IEC 61000-3-2 Class A and Class D with an input power level below 4 kW.  相似文献

The latest additions to the EMC Directives, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3 (effective from 1 January 2001), are aimed at limiting the growing problem of equipment-generated distortion on electricity supply networks. For the present, the standards are targeted solely at equipment manufacturers; however in time they will also affect regional electricity supply companies and electricity consumers. A related measure, UK Engineering Recommendation G5/4, which also became effective on 1 January 2001 addressed the more general issue of allowable harmonic limits on electricity distribution networks. This paper presents a new current programmed control (CPC) technique for a cascaded two-switch buck-boost converter suitable as a low-cost power factor correction (PFC) rectifier in a variable speed motor drive. This new CPC technique, which is an extension of the conventional CPC method, enables the variable output dc voltage, and is therefore suitable in a pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) motor drive or as a universal input-power supply. The CPC method is very simple and requires only a constant-current reference without any changes in the transition between boost and buck operating mode, and the line current is practically unaffected by the topology-mode shift. Simulations and experimental results verify the presented control technique. Compliance with IEC-61000-3-2 class A is achieved. The experimental setup is based on a commercial CPC integrated circuit (IC) for dc-dc converters. This new control technique enables a simple low-cost control circuit for the two-switch buck-boost converter, which complies with IEC-61000-3-2, and the PFC circuit has inherent in-rush and overcurrent protection.  相似文献

The test requirements of the second edition of the European generic immunity standard for residential, commercial and light industry environments (EN50082-1: 1997), differ substantially from those of the first edition (EN50082-1: 1992). In the first edition, the frequency range for radiated immunity testing was 27 MHz to 500 MHz. The second edition extends the frequency range to cover 150 kHz to 80 MHz (for conducted immunity) and 80 MHz to 1000 MHz (for radiated immunity). It also specifies that all RF tests feature amplitude modulation with 1 kHz at a depth of 80% in accordance with EN 61000-4-3 (radiated) and EN 61000-4-6 (conducted). Many product types that formerly complied with the radiated immunity test requirements are failing to comply with the amplitude modulation tests specified in the new edition. As a consequence, wise design engineers will want to re-examine their existing product designs, while reflecting carefully on specific areas on their new product development projects. When low output voltage and EN61000-3-2 compliance are put together, not too many options can be used, especially if the power range is between 300-600 W. This paper presents one of the best solutions to comply with both specifications at the same time: the use of a single-stage topology to comply with the low-frequency harmonic limits combined with a half-bridge converter with complementary control, which is a very good option to obtain low output voltages with high efficiency.  相似文献
