Storyboarding is presented as an efficient technique that provides proposal managers and writers with a disciplined, yet flexible, framework for planning, developing, and reviewing proposal text incrementally and sequentially. The technique facilitates intragroup communication so that all team members are aware of the message being developed to sell an approach to a customer's problem. It is suggested that a major benefit of storyboarding to proposal teams is that it encourages consistency which, in turn, ensures that the proposal complies with the customer's requirements and the bidder's strategy

It is shown that the state of the art in proposal preparation makes available a wide array of techniques and devices to help make the proposal compliant, clear, convincing, and appealing. The techniques discussed are modular format, topical outlining, topic thesis sentences, required figures for topics, graphics oriented (GO) charts, figure enrichment, expanded figure titles, phrased topic titles, action topic titles, key issues visuals and lead topics, topic level storyboards, group wall review of storyboards, proposal manager's win strategy worksheets and customer's requirements worksheets, section level win strategy worksheets, compliance control system and worksheets, and early red team reviewing. In particular, the Sequential Topical Organization of Proposals (STOP) system, which introduced the modular format and topical storyboarding, is described     

Power Injection System for Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Generation Systems Based on Two Collaborative Voltage Source Inverters

This paper presents a new topology for the power injection system that is based on the parallel association of two voltage source inverters. One operates using a quasi-square voltage waveform strategy, and the other operates with a pulsewidth-modulation (PWM)-based strategy. The aims of this topology are to inject the power from the photovoltaic generation system using the quasi-square inverter and to control the current quality using the PWM inverter. The proposal optimizes the system design, permitting the reduction of system losses and an increase of the energy injected into the grid.

一种面向功耗免死锁三维全动态3DNoC路由算法

 随着近年来三维片上网络(3D NoC)技术的提出及不断发展,功耗问题已成为3D NoC设计中面临的严峻挑战之一.本文为3D NoC提出一种面向功耗免死锁三维全动态路由算法TFRA (Three-dimensional Full-adaptive Routing Algorithm).其以传统二维NoC奇偶拐弯模型为基础,将三维路由空间划分为8个象限,针对每个象限制定相应的路由策略,从而实现免死锁.采用SystemC系统级建模语言搭建的3D NoC仿真平台进行验证,结果显示TFRA算法在功耗性能指标方面较现有的三维路由算法有大幅提升.     

An Efficient Two‐Step Paging Strategy Using Base Station Paging Agents in Mobile Communication Networks

An effective paging strategy is essential for improving the utility of radio channels. This paper proposes a two‐step paging strategy which involves using base station paging agents to page a single cell at each paging. An analytical model is used to evaluate the performance of the proposed strategy. The proposed strategy is compared with the traditional simultaneous paging strategy and a recent proposal using the base station paging agents. The numerical results showed that the proposed strategy proficiently reduces paging cost on radio channels compared with other paging strategies.

协商是多agent系统中联盟形成的重要手段,很少有对协商初始提议的讨论.提出了一种基于个体历史行为确定协商起点的方法,根据agent在历史任务中的各维能力贡献率,计算其在当前任务中的期望获利因子,并据此给出协商时的初始提议,在此基础上设计了一种联盟形成策略,试验表明了该方法的有效性.     

New radio networks for tactical communication

A packet-switched radio system designed and developed for the Norwegian Army is presented. In particular, the development of an overall network concept, the network and access protocols, and the routing strategy are examined. Network synchronization and radio process protocols are discussed, and simulation results are given. A radio design allowing integration of electronic countermeasures (ECM) protected data and voice channels is presented
