通过仿真研究了10和40Gb/s RZ-DPSK电预失真(EPD)系统中的自相位调制(SPM)和交叉相位调制(XPM)等非线性效应。EPD系统中的非线性效应比光色散补偿(ODC)中的大,但在不同比特率下非线性效应不同。对800km标准单模光纤(SSMF)传输的仿真的结果表明:单信道传输时受到SPM影响,比特率为10Gb/s的EPD系统的非线性阈值比ODC系统的小6dBm以上,而当比特率为40Gb/s时的EPD系统非线性阈值只比ODC系统小2dBm。波分复用(WDM)系统中受到SPM和XPM的影响,比特率为10Gb/s的EPD系统的非线性阈值比ODC系统的小6dBm,而比特率为40Gb/s时的EPD系统非线性阈值比ODC系统的小2dBm。研究结果表明,当比特率升高时,EPD系统的非线性效应减弱。  相似文献

利用光脉冲在光纤申传播时所遵守的相干非线性薛定谔耦合方程,研究了线偏振光在双折射色散缓变光纤申的传输特性.结果表明,线性双折射、非线性效应和色散的相互作用,使光的偏振状态发生变化,产生交叉相位调制(XPM),从而导致相位匹配参量的四波混频.这一过程不仅在反常色散区产生,在正常色散区也能产生,并且当传输距离发生变化时,也随之发生变化.  相似文献

利用分离信道的分步傅立叶法对信道间距为0.8nm的8路10 Gbit/s波分复用色散补偿系统进行仿真实验,分析了在具有级联光放大器系统中光纤色散和各种非线性效应(自相位调制SPM、交叉相位调制XPM、四波混频FWM)对系统传输的影响。仿真结果表明,在色散补偿WDM通信系统中,SPW对系统传输造成的损伤最大。并且由于非线性效应、传输损耗及噪声的综合影响,应当选取合适的系统输入功率。  相似文献

介绍了交叉相位调制(XPM)效应的概念,数值分析了其对波分复用(WDM)系统中一阶偏振模色散(PMD)补偿性能的影响.文章基于两信道WDM系统PMD效应模型,数值模拟了XPM对一阶PMD补偿性能的影响,对比分析了考虑XPM前后系统的性能.文中给出了采用补偿后考虑XPM以及不考虑XPM时信道的眼图,可以看出XPM在一定程度上降低了眼图的张开度,削弱了一阶PMD补偿效果.  相似文献

首先对相干光OFDMWDM系统理论模型和基本原理进行了研究,然后基于Opt i syst em仿真软件,对相干光OFDMWDM传输系统进行了仿真分析,并研究了该系统的传输性能,发现基于相干检测的光OFDM技术和WDM技术结合,可以有效抑制光纤色散和非线性影响,提高系统的性能。将此系统与传统的NRZ WDM光传输系统进行比较,发现系统性能较NRZ系统有很大的提高。  相似文献

在对光谱相位相干直接电场重构法(SPIDER)硬件和软件进行深入研究的基础上,建立了光谱相位相干直接电场重构法测量系统。测量装置中,利用厚度为50μm的非线性晶体(BBO)来保证测量装置的带宽,并对分束镜进行改进,使之引入色散减小。自行开发了一套基于Labveiw软件的光谱相位相干直接电场重构法测量系统,并能够用于实时测量。其中在还原算法中以脉冲对倍频干涉条纹中的ωτ作为线性快变项,并只对具有干涉条纹部分的频率范围进行还原相位,大大提高了光谱相位相干直接电场重构法测量的精度。用此系统测量了钛宝石激光振荡器的输出脉冲特性,并与干涉自相关比较,证实了测量的准确性。  相似文献

为了研究交叉相位调制(XPM)对非线性光纤环镜微波光子开关的影响.基于耦合非线性薜定谔方程,彩分步傅里叶法建立考虑XPM在内的数值分析平台,获得了MOLM微波光子开关中XPM对微波调制光载波信号和NOLM功率舆函数的影响.数值计算表明:XPM导致调制波波形畸变,信号能量从主瓣泄露;并且随着调制带宽的增大,旁瓣泄露愈加严重.同时由于XPM效应的非互易性,NOLM功率传输函数扭变,在耦合器分光比f∈(0,0.5)区间减少而在f∈(0,0.5)区间增大.  相似文献

In this paper, we have proposed a high‐performance transmission system of 32 channels based on dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) through an optical fiber link consisting of 110 km per span. To check the influence of nonlinear effects, we have considered phase modulation (SPM), cross‐phase modulation (XPM), four‐wave mixing (FWM), stimulated Raman scattering (SRS), and self‐steepening (SS) which limits the performance of optical communication systems. In the proposed system, each channel is modulated at 200 Gbps of dual‐polarization quadrature phase shift keying (DP‐QPSK) format, with a 50‐GHz grid yield whole data rate of 6.4 Tbps. The results have proved that the nonlinear phenomena degrade the performance of proposed optical fiber communication systems, and XPM has the most dominant effect, followed by SS, SRS, and SPM. We measure the cross talk in a wavelength-division-multiplexed (WDM) system arising from cross-phase modulation (XPM) in an L-band erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA). This effect has the potential of becoming the dominant nonlinear crosstalk mechanism in L-band WDM systems using standard fiber. The performance degradation of differential quadrature phase-shift keying (DQPSK) wavelength-division-multiplexed (WDM) systems due to self-phase modulation (SPM)- and cross-phase modulation (XPM)-induced nonlinear phase noise is evaluated in this letter. The XPM-induced nonlinear phase noise is approximated as Gaussian distribution and summed together with the SPM-induced nonlinear phase noise. We demonstrate that 10-Gb/s systems, whose walkoff length is larger than 40-Gb/s systems', are more sensitive to XPM-induced nonlinear phase noise than 40-Gb/s systems. Furthermore, DQPSK WDM systems show lower tolerance to both SPM- and XPM-induced nonlinear phase noise than differential phase-shift keying WDM systems.  相似文献

In the simulation of Intensity Modulation-Direct Detection WDM Systems,when the dispersion and nonlinear effects play equally important roles,the intensity fluctuation caused by cross-phase modulation may be overestimated as a result of the improper step size. Therefore,the step size in numerical simulation should be selected to suppress false XPM intensity modulation (keep it much less than signal power). According to this criterion, the step size is variable along the fiber. For a WDM system,the step size depends on the channel separation. Different type of transmission fiber has different step size. In the split-step Fourier method,this criterion can reduce simulation time,and when the step size is bigger than 100 meters,the simulation accuracy can also be improved.  相似文献

在线性密集被分复用(DWDM)的具有非线性效应的喇曼增益光纤通信系统中,建立和求解任意信号通过具有自相位调制(SPM),交叉相位调制(XPM)效应、群速色散(CVD)、受激喇曼散射效应(SRS)的信道时的传播特性方程,依据一定的系统条件,得到更加全面的理论结果。重点讨论了对光信号进行在线放大,构成分布式放大的基本规律和光纤非线性效应对线性波分复用光纤通信系统有一定的补偿作用,有些结论与其他文献报导的实验分析结果和数值解结果相同。  相似文献

Cross-phase modulation (XPM) and self-phase modulation (SPM) induced nonlinear crosstalk has been studied analytically for coherent DPSK and OOK signal in NRZ- and RZ-modulation format for WDM system employing distributed Raman amplifier. The study shows that 40 Gb/s RZ-DPSK signal with 33.3% duty cycle experiences minimum XPM and SPM induced crosstalk. The results also reveal that minimum crosstalk was induced in backward pumped DRA among the three pumping schemes i.e. forward, backward and bi-directional. Results assume importance for minimizing deleterious XPM and SPM effects in optical communication system.  相似文献

提高跟踪准确度是雷达发展的重要方向之一,本文通过建立的雷达跟踪模型,从批处理的角度,将多个状态矢量联合进行处理,并改进了量测方程,给出了一种使用序列批处理Kalman滤波(SBKF)以提高雷达跟踪准确度的新手段。通过仿真实验看出,相比传统扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)算法,序列批处理Kalman滤波的结果更接近真实值,有更好的收敛性,能得到更加稳定的滤波结果,有效地抑制了量测方程非线性化和野值带来的影响。  相似文献
