有机功能分子在开发新型光电子材料和光动力疗法(PDT)光敏剂方面是一个重要的研究热点;竹红菌甲素(HA)分子属于激发态质子转移(ESIPT)型分子,具有丰富的激发态特性,且反应速度快,在新型激光染料和新型光电器件方面有一定的应用前景。观察了竹红菌甲素分子的激射现象,其发射激光的范围在620~800 nm;并利用激射效应的特点为强激光条件下的质子转移提供了进一步的依据。利用瞬态光栅技术研究了竹红菌甲素的电子激发态特性,把其瞬态光栅的超快过程归结为竹红菌甲素质子转移形成的过渡态TS*的衰减,并得出过渡态TS*瞬态光栅的寿命为10.5 ps。 相似文献

A new approach to the synthesis of arithmetic circuits to minimise leakage power consumption under circuit timing constraint is presented. This is believed to be the first work that addresses the minimisation of leakage power consumption in RTL synthesis of arithmetic circuits. The leakage optimisation is based on the use of dual-threshold voltage (V/sub t/) technology. The proposed approach is performed in two phases: (i) a timing-driven synthesis and placement technique is applied to an arithmetic expression using FA/HA cells with high-V/sub t/ (i.e. slower but lower leakage power than that of low-V/sub t/) to produce a synthesis and placement result with least leakage power consumption; (ii) a technique of minimally replacing the FA/HA cells with high-V/sub t/ from the result in (i) by FA/HA cells with low-V/sub t/ (i.e. more leakage power but faster than that of high-V/sub t/) to meet the timing constraint of the circuit is applied. Experiments using a set of benchmark designs have shown the approach is quite effective, producing designs with on average 34.6% less leakage power over the conventional method without increasing circuit delay. 相似文献

Current hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogel systems often cause cytotoxicity to encapsulated cells and lack the adhesive property required for effective localization of transplanted cells in vivo. In addition, the injection of hydrogel into certain organs (e.g., liver, heart) induces tissue damage and hemorrhage. In this study, we describe a bioinspired, tissue‐adhesive hydrogel that overcomes the limitations of current HA hydrogels through its improved biocompatibility and potential for minimally invasive cell transplantation. HA functionalized with an adhesive catecholamine motif of mussel foot protein forms HA‐catechol (HA‐CA) hydrogel via oxidative crosslinking. HA‐CA hydrogel increases viability, reduces apoptosis, and enhances the function of two types of cells (human adipose‐derived stem cells and hepatocytes) compared with a typical HA hydrogel crosslinked by photopolymerization. Due to the strong tissue adhesiveness of the HA‐CA hydrogel, cells are easily and efficiently transplanted onto various tissues (e.g., liver and heart) without the need for injection. Stem cell therapy using the HA‐CA hydrogel increases angiogenesis in vivo, leading to improved treatment of ischemic diseases. HA‐CA hydrogel also improved hepatic functions of transplanted hepatocytes in vivo. This study employed a co-precipitation method to synthesize copper-modified hydroxyapatite (HA) powders, where Cu(2+) ions had entered the structure of HA and occupied Ca(1) sites in the columns parallel to the c-axis. Through a hydrothermal treatment, hollow HA/copper (Cu(2)O and/or Cu) microspheres with core-shell structures were prepared in solutions containing glucose, sodium carbonate and sodium citrate. When prolonging the reduction time, Cu(2+) ions dissolved from copper-modified HA were reduced by glucose initially to Cu(+) ions and then to Cu atoms, which would precipitate as copper on the surface of HA. The formation of microspheres with hollow structures was explained by the Kirkendall effect which states that diffusion behaviors of ions were different for HA and copper precipitations. Hybrid HA/copper powders might find their applications in gas sensors, catalysts, electrodes and so on. 相似文献
