低功耗且易安装的微型传感器在传统药房等现代存储环境中具有较为广泛的使用价值,本设计提出了一种无线微型环境传感器的设计,传感器包括倒F型天线ANT、温湿度传感器、压力传感器、数据处理及无线收发芯片和电源电路等模块组成,具有便携性与能耗性能较好的特点,无线信号传输也避免了传统设计线路铺设的缺陷。 相似文献

采用三维全波电磁场模拟软件HFSS作为分析工具,对八边形差分对称结构电感和单端结构电感进行对比研究,提出利用多层金属并联布线、渐变线宽和图案接地屏蔽(PGS)等结构与差分对称结构集成来提高片上电感性能的设计方案.此方案能与标准硅基CMOS工艺兼容.仿真结果表明,该方案能有效提高集成电感的Q值. 相似文献

针对高温恶劣环境下对压力参数的测试需求,以单晶蓝宝石为原材料,对无线无源蓝宝石高温压力传感器进行了设计、工艺加工及性能测试,以压力膜片敏感原理为主要根据,结合不同的信号传输与提取方式。首先对 LC谐振式的无线无源蓝宝石高温压力传感器进行了设计,然后通过蓝宝石刻蚀、蓝宝石减薄、直接键合等3个关键工艺实现了蓝宝石密封压力腔的制备,利用丝网印刷工艺实现了电容极板、电感线圈与基底的金属化集成,最后通过搭建的高温-压力复合测试系统对制备的无线无源蓝宝石高温压力传感器进行了高温环境下的性能测试。测试结果表明:制备的高温压力传感器能够实现600℃高 温环境下20kPa~600kPa范围内的压力测试,600℃ 下传感器的灵敏度与零点温度漂移系数可做到10.36kHz/kPa和0.0276MHz/ ℃。 相似文献

提出一种基于阵列传输结构的无线传感器网络安全定位算法(USA)。该算法主要解决水下无线传感器网络(UWSN)面临的一些安全威胁问题。以提高无线传感器网络安全性,特别是位置信息的安全性为设计目标。利用节点协作形成的阵列作为天线阵列进行相互通信,在不增加额外硬件成本的同时,还获得阵列天线给无线传感器网络带来的优势,如减小多径效应、提高接收端的信噪比、增加系统容量等。USA算法基于这种阵列结构使网络得到很高安全特性,特别是,对Wormhole攻击具有非常好的抵御性能。仿真实验证明该算法的有效性。 相似文献

基于复合左右手传输线技术研究设计超小型的天线,通过对复合左右手传输线结构的适当调整获得一个零阶谐振天线,此时天线的工作频率不再依赖于天线的几何尺寸,而只与构成左手传输线的电感与电容相关,从而可大大降低天线的几何尺寸。文中基于复合左右手传输线设计了一款小型天线,使其可以工作在ISM频段,能够满足无线局域网(2.4~2.4835GHz)的要求。 相似文献

A novel flat-plate antenna, obtained by cutting an inverted-L slit in a narrow metal plate or by stamping from a metal sheet, for wireless local area network (WLAN) operation in the 2.4 GHz band (2400-2484 MHz) is presented. This paper presents a wireless smart sensor (WSS) with a thermoelectric sensor, a wireless transmitter and a small spiral antenna on a single package. To transmit a sensor signal, the wireless transmitter was designed to consist of an amplifier, a modulator, an oscillator, a buffer stage and an antenna. The wireless transmitter used dual pulse position modulation for low-power transmission. The fabricated transmitter has a sampling frequency of 2.6 kHz and an output carrier wave frequency of 300 MHz band due to the higher far field radiation of the transmitted signals from inside the body. The small size spiral antenna on the chip was fabricated for the transmission of carrier waves. The antenna has a bandwidth of 270-360 MHz for VSWR<2 and a gain of −40 dBi. The fabricated sensor, transmitter and spiral antenna were packaged with bond-wire on a single package. The WSS consumed a power of about 16.9 mW at the supply power of 5 V. The electric field strength of the WSS was measured to be 64.6 dB μV/m at a distance of 3 m. The wireless operation of the fabricated WSS was confirmed by demonstrating that the sensor signal was modulated by the transmitter and that the modulated sensor data was transmitted through the small size spiral antenna. 相似文献

为了减少工作在L波段的机载天线对高于其工作频率范围来波的散射,设计了一种非谐振单元组成的多层级联结构阵列.它是在十字网栅电感层基础上,通过螺旋曲折线的形式有效延长电流路径,加大电感层的感性效应,这种折线螺旋能够控制单元尺寸,还能抑制高阶模和栅瓣的出现.采用修改电容层金属图案的方法,将贴片单元变为谐振型的方环单元,并将这种带阻型方环单元的传输极点置于阵列干涉点处,可以有效抑制由阵列干涉造成的窄传输峰,从而减少高频电磁波散射的影响,达到减小电磁散射对飞机雷达散射截面的影响,从而实现表面频率选择.采用高频电磁场仿真软件对上述设计的物理模型和等效电路模型进行了仿真,并对结构尺寸进行了优化设计.通过实验对设计样品进行了测试和分析,结果表明上述设计能够达到频率选择的目的. 相似文献

Radio frequency identification (RFID) tags with printed antennas are lower in cost but have lower performance than those with metal antennas. Printed antennas can replace metal ones if the performance is increased without raising cost. The performance of printed antennas can be increased if the series resistance in the antennas is lowered. The resistance is dependent on the line thickness and the resistivity of the conductive ink. Printed antennas with different line thicknesses were fabricated to investigate the effect of compaction and thickness on the resistance. The resistance of the printed antenna coils decreased by more than 40% after compaction, while the inductance and the parasitic capacitance were unchanged. RFIDs with compacted printed antennas were found to have significantly increased read range. RFIDs with thick printed antennas were fabricated and tested. These RFIDs were shown to have read ranges comparable to the RFIDs with copper wire antennas. Moreover, a geometry-independent plateau for the read range was found. The presence of a plateau is valuable for thick-line printed antenna since the plateau will enable the usage of low precision printing techniques to lower tag fabrication cost. 相似文献

针对当前无线监测网络节点存在无线通信距离小、数据传输周期短等问题,设计并实现了一种基于0.18 μm CMOS工艺的智能传感器网络节点.该无线传感器网络节点由无线传感器模块、CC2430处理器模块、无线通信模块以及电源模块构成.其中,CC2430处理器模块采用0.18 μm CMOS工艺控制电流损耗和模式变换时间,提高电源的运行周期,并采用0.18 μm CMOS工艺中低噪声放大器和UQ下变频对天线采集的射频信号进行操作,获取2.4 GHz的数据扩频,增强CC2420的无线通信抗干扰性能.设计了无线传感器网络节点中的SHTIO温湿度传感器、MS5534B集成压阻式压力传感器和ADXL202E双轴加速度传感器,并给出节点软件的结构和主程序流程.实验检测结果表明,设计的无线传感器网络具备较优的运行性能,丢包率较低,通信距离与运行周期明显优于传统方法. 相似文献

We describe wireless readout of 3 different species of passive surface acoustic wave (SAW) identification tags. and sensors which all are connected to a small antenna for reception of the interrogation signal and transmission of the delayed sensor response.
- Following the ringing out of SAW resonators using a phase locked loop (PLL) over several microseconds, their resonance-(?Eigne”-)frequencies are determined.
- The time between some response impulses in a SAW delay line, caused by acoustical reflectors in different distances, accurately is measured by 3 different signal integrating methods.
- Amplitude variations of the response impulse, due to variations of a capacitance externally connected to the SAW delay line are evaluated.
