基于描述光束传播的菲涅耳-基尔霍夫衍射积分理论,运用快速傅里叶变换算法仿真了非稳腔DF激光的三维近场、远场光强分布。仿真结果显示:非稳腔的近场输出光斑形状为中心对称的空心圆环,远场输出光斑为具有中心亮斑的多级衍射环;大M数将导致近场光斑能量集中,大的Neq值将引起远场发散角变大。运用该算法研究了腔镜倾斜对近场光强分布的影响:腔镜倾斜使光束近场分布变差,倾斜角越大,光强的非对称分布越明显。开展了非链式DF激光器非稳腔实验研究,实验得到的近场、远场光强分布及腔镜失调下的近场光斑变化情况与数值模拟结果一致,实验测量的远场发散角为1.2 mrad。文中的仿真结果可为DF激光器腔镜失调诊断及调节提供依据。 相似文献

使用三层平板波导理论分析了半导体量子阱激光器远场分布。针对大功率激光器讨论了极窄和模式扩展波导结构方法减小垂直方向远场发散角,得到了极窄波导结构量子阱激光器远场分布的简化模型,获得了垂直发散角的理论值,垂直方向远场发散角减小为28.6°;使用传输矩阵方法模拟了模式扩展波导结构量子阱激光器的近场光斑及远场分布,垂直方向远场发散角减小为16°。实验测试了极窄和模式扩展波导结构量子阱激光器的垂直发散角,理论结果与实验测试获得的发散角基本一致,实现了降低发散角的要求,获得了小发散角量子阱激光器。 相似文献

部分端面抽运的板条激光器是一种新型固体激光器.配合混合腔可以实现在大功率下保持高光束质量的激光振荡输出。谐振腔的腔镜倾斜是影响激光器输出特性的重要因素,快速傅里叶方法是一种快捷有效的计算方法,利用此方法模拟了腔镜倾斜对近场相位分布和远场光强分布的影响,并分析了光束质量的变化。理论分析表明,腔镜的小角度倾斜对近场相位影响较大,但对远场光强空间分布影响不大;随着倾斜角度不断增大,远场发散角和光束腰宽度也增大,光束质量虽然存在恶化的趋势,但光束质量因子肝值仍然较小,离轴非稳腔仍能保持高光束质量的输出。 相似文献

研究半导体激光器(LD)的光束特性,并对其远场图像是近场图像的傅里叶变换进行了分析和推导。半导体激光器输出光束的方向性很差,发散角大致为10°-40°,并且在快轴和慢轴两个方向上相差较大,使得半导体激光器发射的激光束的束斑呈椭圆状,这对长距离传输很不利,因此本文还研究了光束的准直技术。 相似文献

A general scheme for the determination of vital operating characteristics of semiconductor lasers from low intensity photoluminescence spectra is outlined and demonstrated. We describe a comprehensive model that allows us to determine properties of the running device like gain spectra, peak gain wavelengths, bandwidths or differential gains, as well as inhomogeneous broadening and actual carrier densities of PL-signals. Compositional changes in the n-clad layer within the channel region of channel substrate planar (CSP) type semiconductor lasers have been observed. As a consequence, a large optical cavity (LOC) or an enhanced substrate loss (ESL) version of the CSP geometry may result, both of which may have significantly different characteristics from those of a conventional CSP laser. The dynamics of filamentations in broad-area semiconductor lasers with short optical feedback were numerically studied. Regular pulse packages similar to those observed in narrow-stripe edge-emitting semiconductor lasers were found as the feedback reflectivity is increased. However, the regular pulse packages consisted of a periodic envelope of the external cavity frequency and fine pulse trains of periodic filaments, which is different from the regular pulse packages observed in narrow-stripe edge-emitting semiconductor lasers. From the analysis for spatio-temporal near-field patterns, we found periodic undulations of the spatial and temporal filament sizes as the external mirror reflectivity was changed. We also investigated filtered optical feedback, where a part of the emitted beam is fed back into the laser cavity. The time-averaged near-field pattern was found to have a strong dependence on the feedback level in the case of spatial filtered optical feedback. 相似文献

天线的远场对于研究天线辐射特性具有重大意义,近场测量技术因其能够避免直接测量远场而得到广泛应用,该技术采用近远场变换获得远场,然而,检验该远场的准确性也是很重要的.为了解决此类问题,文中以球面近场测量为例,提供了一种解决方案.该方案主要探讨了球面波模式展开理论,该理论是实现球面近远场变换算法的关键,其将待测天线在空间建立的场展开成球面波函数之和,天线的加权系数既包含了远场信息也包含了近场信息.因此,不仅能够利用近场测量信息获得远场辐射特性,同样能够利用远场辐射特性反推得到近场处电场,这样就能检验由近远场变换算法得到的远场是否准确.文中首先推算得到了近远场变换公式,随后进一步推算得到远近场变换的公式,最后将本文算法计算结果与FEKO测量结果进行比较,二者吻合良好,从而证实了本文两种算法的有效性. 相似文献
