为了解决海量医学图像检索效率低的问题,提出一种自定义的LIRe和HBase相结合的方案.首先,将医学图像上传到HDFS;然后,通过自定义LIRe框架分别提取海量医学图像的形状以及纹理特征并将特征向量及图像的绝对路径存储到HBase中.最后,利用MapReduce模型以及图像特征索引工具LIRe方便地对医学图像特征建立索引进行特征匹配实现检索.实验结果证明,自定义的LIRe提高了检索准确性,相比将医学图像以及特征向量均存储在HDFS中,也提高了检索效率.  相似文献

以往依据关键词的检索方法,在对海量图书检索信息进行查询过程中,无法满足海量信息的大批量检索需求,存在查询效率低和误差高的缺陷。因此,设计基于分布式架构的海量图书检索信息的快速查询系统,系统中的各组件通过并行数据库和分布式存储实现交互。该系统的功能模块包括用户管理模块、数据抽取模块、索引创建模块、文本查询模块及索引检索模块。分析了系统各功能模块的设计和实现过程,这些功能模块共同对外提供图书信息的快速查询服务。实验结果表明,所设计系统可实现海量图书检索信息的快速、精确查询,并且具有较高的索引创建和索引检索性能。  相似文献

传统基于内容的图像检索方法通过相似度测量算法获取检索结果,对海量图像存在检索效率低和精度差的弊端,因此设计基于Hadoop分布式的海量图像检索方法,其基于Hadoop云平台对海量数码图像实施分布式运算,采集图像SURF特征,采用K-Means聚类方法将相似图像SURF特征聚集起来,通过TF-IDF数据挖掘技术对图像特征实施量化,进而基于Hadoop平台中的Lucene框架塑造海量图像数据的索引模块和搜索模块,依据用户输入的图像SURF特征塑造海量图像数据索引,完成相似图像的准确检索。实验结果说明,所提图像检索方法检索出的图像质量佳,对海量图像进行检索的效率和精度高。  相似文献

针对海量医学图像存储及检索效率低的问题,该文提出利用Hadoop平台分别实现大量医学图像的分布式存储以及并行处理模式下的基于内容的医学图像检索。利用HIPI图像处理接口将医学图像上传到分布式文件系统(HDFS)中;然后,分别提取图像的形状以及纹理特征,并将其特征向量存储到HDFS中;最后,利用Map Reduce模型实现并行式检索并将图像检索结果按照相似度大小进行排序及显示。实验结果表明,在Hadoop云平台下大量医学图像的存储效率以及检索效率较高,且图像数量越多效率优势越明显。  相似文献

针对传统图像检索的不足,提出一种新的基于内容的图像检索方法。该方法首先构造色彩距离公式,根据色彩距离公式自动判别图片的主色调,然后利用Lucene的索引模块为图片创建索引,利用搜索模块实现图像检索。通过使用24张图片对该方法的有效性进行验证,结果表明:该方法虽然简单,但是检索的准确率较高且易于实现。  相似文献

设计和实现了一种基于内容的海量监控视频的多层次检索系统。该系统首先从监控视频中提取关键帧图像,其次利用行人检测、人脸识别及车辆检测等算法将关键帧中的行人图像、人脸图像和车辆图像等感兴趣目标提取出来,然后提取这些图像的颜色、纹理等特征,利用改进的LIRe(Lucene Image Retrieval)建立分布式的特征库,最终形成了多层次的信息数据库。实验表明,该系统具有较高的检索准确率和较快的检索速率,并支持海量监控视频的检索。  相似文献

图像和视频应用的快速增长,使得根据图像和视频内容进行查询的技术变得越来越重要,人们提出了许多基于像素域或压缩域的图像检索技术,因为多媒体数据库通常具有相当大的数据量,所以基于像素域图像检索技术的计算复杂度相当大,因此,许多文献提出更快的基于压缩域的图像检索技术,本文提出一种改进的基于嵌入式零树小波编码直方图的图像检索技术,特征提取综合考虑图像的颜色,纹理,频率和空间信息,所有的特征可以在压缩过程中自动得到,图像检索的过程就是匹配待检索图像和来自数据库的侯选图像的索引,实验证明这种方法具有好的检索性能。  相似文献

We describe a perceptual approach to generating features for use in indexing and retrieving images from an image database. Salient regions that immediately attract the eye are large color regions that usually dominate an image. Features derived from these will allow search for images that are similar perceptually. We compute color features and Gabor color texture features on regions obtained from a multiscale representation of the image, generated by a multiband smoothing algorithm based on human psychophysical measurements of color appearance. The combined feature vector is then used for indexing all salient regions of an image. For retrieval, those images are selected that contain more similar regions to the query image by using a multipass retrieval and ranking mechanism. Matches are found using the L2 metric. The results demonstrate that the proposed method performs very well.  相似文献

In order to improve the retrieval performance of images, this paper proposes an efficient approach for extracting and retrieving color images. The block diagram of our proposed approach to content-based image retrieval (CBIR) is given firstly, and then we introduce three image feature extracting arithmetic including color histogram, edge histogram and edge direction histogram, the histogram Euclidean distance, cosine distance and histogram intersection are used to measure the image level similarity. On the basis of using color and texture features separately, a new method for image retrieval using combined features is proposed. With the test for an image database including 766 general-purpose images and comparison and analysis of performance evaluation for features and similarity measures, our proposed retrieval approach demonstrates a promising performance. Experiment shows that combined features are superior to every single one of the three features in retrieval.  相似文献

PicToSeek: combining color and shape invariant features for imageretrieval   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We aim at combining color and shape invariants for indexing and retrieving images. To this end, color models are proposed independent of the object geometry, object pose, and illumination. From these color models, color invariant edges are derived from which shape invariant features are computed. Computational methods are described to combine the color and shape invariants into a unified high-dimensional invariant feature set for discriminatory object retrieval. Experiments have been conducted on a database consisting of 500 images taken from multicolored man-made objects in real world scenes. From the theoretical and experimental results it is concluded that object retrieval based on composite color and shape invariant features provides excellent retrieval accuracy. Object retrieval based on color invariants provides very high retrieval accuracy whereas object retrieval based entirely on shape invariants yields poor discriminative power. Furthermore, the image retrieval scheme is highly robust to partial occlusion, object clutter and a change in the object's pose. Finally, the image retrieval scheme is integrated into the PicToSeek system on-line at http://www.wins.uva.nl/research/isis/PicToSeek/ for searching images on the World Wide Web.  相似文献

The well-known SIFT is capable of extracting distinctive features for image retrieval. However, its matching is time consuming and slows down the entire process. In the SIFT matching, the Euclidean distance is used to measure the similarity of two features, which is expensive because it involves taking square root. Moreover, the scale of the image database is usually too large to adopt linear search for image retrieval. To improve the SIFT matching, this paper proposes a fast image retrieval scheme transforms the SIFT features to binary representations. The complexity of the distance calculation is reduced to bit-wise operation and the retrieval time is greatly decreased. Moreover, the proposed scheme utilizes hashing for retrieving similar images according to the binarized features and further speeds up the retrieval process. The experiment results show the proposed scheme can retrieve images efficiently with only a little sacrifice of accuracy as compared to SIFT.  相似文献

现在许多图像采用JPEG格式存储,检索这些图像通常要先解压缩,然后提取基于像素域的特征矢量进行图像检索。己有文献提出直接在DCT域进行图像检索的方法,这样可以降低检索的时间复杂度。本文提出对JPEG图像的DCT系数利用多分辨率小波变换的形式进行重组,对整个数据库中所有图像的DCT系数重组得到的若干子带,分别建立子带能量直方图,而后采用Morton顺序建立每幅图像的索引,并采用变形B树结构组织图像数据库用于图像检索。  相似文献

A content-based image retrieval mechanism to support complex similarity queries is presented. The image content is defined by three kinds of features: quantifiable features describing the visual information, nonquantifiable features describing the semantic information, and keywords describing more abstract semantic information. In correspondence with these feature sets, we construct three types of indexes: visual indexes, semantic indexes, and keyword indexes. Index structures are elaborated to provide effective and efficient retrieval of images based on their contents. The underlying index structure used for all indexes is the HG-tree. In addition to the HG-tree, the signature file and hashing technique are also employed to index keywords and semantic features. The proposed indexing scheme combines and extends the HG-tree, the signature file, and the hashing scheme to support complex similarity queries. We also propose a new evaluation strategy to process the complex similarity queries. Experiments have been carried out on large image collections to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed retrieval mechanism.  相似文献

Our interest in the global information sharing process is motivated by the advances in communication and computation technologies, the marriage between the two technologies, and the almost limitless amount of information available on the network. Within the scope of the global information sharing process, when a user's request (potentially mobile) is directed to public data, broadcasting has been suggested as an effective mechanism to access data. The effectiveness of the schemes to retrieve public data is determined by their ability to reduce the access latency and power consumed by the mobile unit. Various indexing techniques can be used to further improve the effectiveness of retrieving broadcast data.This paper addresses the application of object indexing in parallel broadcast channels. In addition, to further reduce access latency, it proposes several scheduling schemes to order accesses to the data objects on parallel channels. The proposed schemes are simulated, and analyzed. Our simulation results indicate that the employment of indexing scheme and proper scheduling of object retrieval along the parallel channels drastically reduces both the access latency and power consumption at the mobile unit.  相似文献
