分析了各向异性衬底上的高温超导微带天线特性.选取两种典型的高温超导各向异性介质--GaNdAlO3和SrLaAlO4作为高温超导微带天线的衬底,采用各向异性媒质中的谱域矩量法,对微带天线的输入阻抗和辐射效率进行了计算.计算和分析结果表明,高温超导衬底的各向异性特性会影响高温超导微带天线的性能,而且这种影响因衬底而异,同时,衬底特性随温度的变化也将影响天线的性能. 相似文献

基于数值仿真计算和微波网络理论,提出了一种多层介质中频率选择表面(FSS)等效电路的分析方法.该方法物理过程直观,计算量小,适用于二维任意形状FSS等效电路的精确求解.以方形贴片型FSS为例验证了等效电路模型的准确性,并分析了多层介质对其等效电路参数的影响规律.最后,基于滤波器理论与FSS等效电路模型设计了双层带通型FSS,计算结果表明全波仿真结果与理论计算结果基本一致,为多层FSS的综合设计提供了一种精确设计方法. 相似文献

为实现中、远红外大气窗口的双波段低红外透过率,设计了由2层不同尺寸圆环单元构成的双屏红外频率选择表面(FSS),仿真结果表明该FSS在3~5?m和8~12?m波段形成两个平均透过率低于5%的阻带。对FSS表面电流分析的结果说明,谐振单元表面感应出的对称分布电流使散射总场增强,形成增强型反射,而不同尺寸的谐振单元具有不同的谐振波长,两层谐振单元共同作用形成了两个阻带。研究了入射角以及介质层属性(厚度、介电常数和损耗角正切)对FSS传输特性的影响,结果表明FSS在两个大气窗口内具有良好的角度稳定性,介质层介电常数对FSS的传输特性有较大影响。 相似文献

A method for the computation of S-parameters associated with a rectangular waveguide with a rectangular dielectric obstacle is presented. The method uses the Method of Lines and discretization of the dielectric permittivity to treat the dielectric discontinuity along the discretization direction. In this way, the Method of Lines can be applied to analyze waveguide discontinuity with dielectric inhomogenousity along the discretization direction. 随着大功率电子对抗技术的不断发展,频率选择表面(FSS)结构的功率耐受问题成为亟待解决的技术难题,而国内外鲜有相关报道。本文主要针对此问题展开了理论和仿真分析,并通过典型样件的试验结果对分析结果进行了验证。首先通过将电磁场理论和经典传热学理论相结合,对带有FSS 结构和纯介质结构典型样件的功率耐受问题进行了理论建模和分析。然后,在多物理场仿真环境下对FSS 加载夹层结构和纯介质夹层结构的典型样件在微波照射效应下的温升效应进行了建模和功率耐受性能计算。最后,制作了符合理论模型的FSS 结构和纯介质结构典型样件,在微波暗室内对其功率耐受性能进行了实测验证。结果表明,在相同介质厚度的情况下,带有FSS 结构的典型样件在同等强度的微波激励下会产生更高的温升。 相似文献

利用基于矩量法的电磁分析软件Ansoft Designer研究了一种新的旋绕型双方环频率选择表面(new convoluted double square loop frequency selective surface,简称NCDSL FSS)的传输性能.结果表明,该结构对入射电磁波的入射角、极化方式等不灵敏,比经典CDSL FSS受栅瓣影响小;通过调节其凹槽深度,两频带间隔可围绕单元尺寸、阵列周期均相同的传统同心双方环频率选择表面(double square loop frequency selective surface,简称DSL FSS)的频带间隔双向调节,这是CDSL FSS无法做到的;而且NCDSL FSS高频谐振点处的-0.5 dB相对反射带宽也总是比CDSL FSS和DSL FSS的大.因此该结构是一种简单且性能较优的频率选择器件. 相似文献

针对现如今频率选择表面(FSS)普遍基于平板进行理论研究的现状,提出了一种基于HFSS-Matlab创建曲面频率选择表面的方法。设计了平板频选单元及A夹层平板天线罩,并进行了仿真分析;采用该方法将准周期排列的曲面频选单元附于A 夹层正切卵形介质天线罩表面。为了验证曲面频选的性能,选用宽波束的平面螺旋天线作为激励,对曲面频选天线罩天线系统进行了联合仿真,并分析了加载曲面频选结构对天线罩电性能的影响。结果表明,所设计的曲面频选结构与平板FSS结构电磁性能基本保持一致,实现了曲面FSS 频率选择的功能,在传输段内不仅能够满足天线罩电性能设计指标要求,而且能有效降低天线带内强镜面反射(RCS),对曲面频选天线罩的实际工程应用具有指导意义。 相似文献

A simple closed-form approximate solution is given to the problem of transmission of a low-frequency electromagnetic wave through a frequency selective surface (FSS). FSS are periodic metal plates (or their complimentary apertures) sandwiched between dielectric slabs. At low frequencies, the induced currents on the metal plates may be approximated by a known function with a constant coefficient to be determined by the boundary conditions. Based on such a "one-mode" approximation, we derive a closed-form solution for the scattered field for FSS with multiple narrow rectangular slots, with a single wide rectangular aperture, and a circular aperture. When compared with the available exact solutions, we find that the one-mode approximation is valid when the perioda of the FSS is such thata/lambda is small enough that no grating lobe appears, e.g.,a < lambda for normal incidence. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Two diverse applications of FSS as bandpass and bandstop filters with wideband and sharp band edge characteristics are investigated in this paper. The proposed design comprised of a tapered tripole element in aperture and patch type printed on either side of a dielectric material to act as bandpass and bandstop filters respectively. The structures are ultrathin in design; structures comprise two metallic layers, isolated by single thin substrates with a thickness of 0.027λ. In the case of bandpass, the structure shows a relative bandwidth (?1 dB) of 8.87% with insertion loss better than 0.2 dB at normal incidence. Whereas, in the case of bandstop, it shows 24.36% (?10 dB). Further, the parametric analysis is performed for obtaining optimal performance. Both structures in the proposed form have spectacular application in bandpass filtering (slot FSS) and electromagnetic shielding (patch FSS). Further, two design techniques are presented namely dielectric encapsulation and substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) based FSS structures to develop a periodic structure to cater the high power handling in microwave sources. Finally, a fabricated prototype along with experimental verification proves the validity of simulated results. 相似文献

A frequency selective surface (FSS) which exploits the dielectric anisotropy of liquid crystals to generate an electronically tunable bandpass filter response at D Band (110-170 GHz) is presented. The device consists of two printed arrays of slot elements which are separated by a 130-mum thick layer of liquid crystals. A 3% shift in the filter passband occurs when the substrate permittivity is increased by applying a control signal of 10 V. Measured results show that the insertion loss increases from -3.7 dB to -10.4 dB at resonance (134 GHz), thus demonstrating the potential to create a FSS which can be switched between a transmitting and a reflecting structure. 相似文献
