设计和分析了V波段E面波导短截线带通滤波器。利用E面波导短截线带阻滤波器的通带-阻带特性与矩形波导的高通特性相结合,将波导短截线带阻滤波器嵌入WR-15矩形波导中,设计具有高阻带抑制性能、过渡边带陡峭、宽阻带范围的V波段宽带带通滤波器。采用"场"、"路"相结合的方法设计的带通滤波器,仿真与测试结果吻合较好,验证了该设计方法的有效性。经测试实现了18%的1 dB带宽,在50.0~57.8 GHz通带内插入损耗≤1 dB,阻带频率58.9 GHz处抑制为43.6 dBc。 相似文献

本文给出了一种精确的边界轮廓模匹配法(BCMM),用于矩形波导中任意形状的H面和E面不连续性,接头和障碍物的模态散射矩阵的有效计算。对于非均匀的普通轮廓的波导区域,场被展开成一组完备的柱面波函数。全波展开允许直接精确的包括诸如组合H面和E面弯头的串联结构。该方法的有效性被精确设计的有用波导元件所证明,这些元件迄今还不能用模匹配法设计,如有圆柱形补偿棒的H面T形接头,任意角度斜接的H面和E面弯头,圆形耦合柱的滤波器,带有四角的E面滤波器,180°环形电桥结构,边耦合的TE_(311)/TE_(113)双模滤波器。该理论由测量结果所验证是正确的。 相似文献

研究了在矩形波导E平面填充的一维周期或准周期左右手材料光子晶体中电磁波的色散特性。采用传输矩阵法推导出一种适用于任意一维光子晶体E面填充矩形波导的2×22×2阶特征矩阵。定量分析了周期光子晶体中单元结构的重复次数、光子晶体的排列方式(周期,斐波那契,Thue-Morse和Octonacci排列)、及左手/右手材料介电常数等变量的改变对纵剖面电模式(LSE)色散特性的影响。结果表明,在矩形波导E面填充一维左右手材料光子晶体可以实现带隙特性,并且带隙的宽度和频谱位置受到左右手材料的介电特性及光子晶体排列方式的影响。该结构支持2个通带,一个是高于基模截止频率的正向波传播频带;另一个是显著低于基模截止频率的后向波传播频带。因此,在矩形波导E面填充左右手材料光子晶体为小型化波导和小型化滤波器的设计提供了新的思路。 相似文献

In this paper, a bandpass filter with all-metal insert, an inductive strip in the E-plane of a waveguide is analyzed by a prototype filter and the scattering matrix of the strip is calculated by electromagnetic fields theory theoretically. By means of matrix combining technique, the scattering matrix of a bandpass filter of this type is obtained. And a rigourous error function is used to optimize the CAD program by Powell's method and make the experimental results agree well with the theory design at V-band. 相似文献

本文采用模式展开方法,导出了波导E面金属片滤波器的散射参量,进而编写了滤波器优化设计程序,设计、制造和测试了一个长三厘米滤波器,实验结果和理论结果符合得很好。本文方法考虑了高次模式通过谐振腔发生的耦合,设计的滤波器特性比较理想,在频率的低端和高端阻带衰减都较大,所以比采用变分原理导出等效网络参数然后进行综合设计的方法优越。 相似文献

A rigorous field theory method is described for the computer-aided design (CAD) of magnetically tunable E-plane metal-insert filters, where the waveguide sections are symmetrically loaded with ferrite slabs, and for large-gap finlines filters on a ferrite substrate. The design method is based on field expansion in suitably normalized eigenmodes which yields directly the modal scattering matrix of all discontinuities. The theory includes both higher-order mode interaction and the finite thickness of the metal inserts. Optimized data are given for magnetically tunable Ku-band metal insert and finline filter examples. The metal-insert type achieves a tuning range of its operating midband from about 14.1 to 15.7 GHz. An equivalent circuit theory design of a class of rectangular waveguide E-plane T-junction diplexer with E-plane all-metal insert filters is presented. Element values of equivalent circuit models of E-plane T-junction proposed in [1] are computed and approximated. The parameters of the filters designed by [2] are also given. By use of the network combining technique, the scattering matrix of the diplexer is obtained and optimized according to the diplexer specification with a novel objective function. This paper presents a novel E-plane rectangular-waveguide filter with three metal irises in Ka bard. Comparing with the conventional E-plane waveguide filter with single iris, a great improvment has been made in stop-band of a band pass filter, and wider pass band compare to normal double metal irises waveguide filter. An analysis is given by mode match method and the conservation of complex power technique [1]. A Ku-band high-power lowpass filter with spurious passband suppression up to 40 GHz is proposed in rectangular waveguide technology. The new design consists of a conventional E-plane corrugated lowpass filter cascaded with a quasi-periodic structure tuned to reject the undesired spurious passbands.
