The product development of integrated sensor interface circuits for automotive applications requires various additional features accounting for the harsh environment in automotive applications. Unlike in a pure prototype development yield is key to achieve the required automotive quality targets of zero ppm. The paper first describes the general automotive requirements like electro-static discharge (ESD) and reverse polarity protection. Then the design flow from specification until start of production for an industrial product development is outlined. Finally, the requirements for automotive circuits qualification based upon the international standard AEC Q-100 are described. Furthermore, the automotive test requirement and additional measures such as the dynamic part average testing and statistical bin analysis are discussed to achieve at zero ppm quality. 气体传感器样机。测试结果表明,该传感器在0~5000 ppm范围内
的测量精度优于±1%F.S.,响应时间(T90)为29 s。这种传感器的光源部分
采用电调制方式,舍弃了传统的红外气体传感器光源部分的机
械斩波结构,进而减小了传感器的体积,提高了稳定性。因此,该传感器

基于钢筋混凝土中钢筋锈蚀膨胀和光纤布拉格光 栅(FBG)应变测量原理,设计了一种新型的FBG金属腐蚀传感器。传感器由FBG腐蚀测量传 感器、FBG温度补偿传感器和带有通槽、凹槽、 通孔的钢筋件组成。FBG腐蚀测量传感器用于测量钢筋锈蚀引起的应变,FBG温度补偿传感器 用于消除温 度交叉敏感特性。钢筋件的通槽用环氧树脂填充后,把腐蚀测量传感器的FBG紧密缠绕在钢 筋件的表面, 并固定在环氧树脂固定点上。温度补偿传感器的FBG经过增敏处理后布置在通孔中。推导了 钢筋锈蚀率与FBG波长的理论计算公式;制作了用水泥砂浆封装的FBG金属 腐蚀传感器;最后在制作的混凝土试件上进行加速腐蚀实验,考核传感器的性能。实验结果 表明,设计的FBG 金属腐蚀传感器能够直接测量钢筋的锈蚀程度,并且具有较大的量程,可实现钢筋 混凝土结构中钢筋的 轻微锈蚀和较严重锈蚀情况监测,适用于建筑、桥梁和隧道等领域钢筋混凝土结构中钢 筋锈蚀的结构健康监测。 相似文献

This paper analyzes the task-oriented design method of six-axis force sensor and proposes the task model of the sensor. The task mathematical model of the sensor is established based on the idea of task ellipsoid. The models of force ellipsoid and moment ellipsoid are also established. The relational expression between the task model and ellipsoid model of sensor is obtained. Then, a fully pre-stressed dual-layer parallel six-axis wrist force sensor is proposed, whose static mathematical model is also established. The sensor task model for assembly work is proposed and the analytical expression between the sensor structure parameters and task model is deduced. According to the assembly work, the sensor structure is designed specifically, and the specific structure sizes of the sensor are obtained. Then the new sensor prototype manufactured for peg-in-hole assembly is processed. The calibration experiment and peg-in-hole assembly experiment on the prototype are completed and each performance index is well examined by the experiment results. The experiment results also lay the foundation for the practical application of six-axis force sensor. 相似文献

针对机器磨损状态监测要求,设计了一种油液磨粒在线监测静电传感器,并给出了静电传感器的结构模型.采用有限元法对传感器静电场进行数值求解,得到了传感器的灵敏度空间分布,并对影响传感器灵敏度的主要因素进行了仿真研究,对静电传感器的频率响应特性进行了分析.在此基础上,提出了油液磨粒在线监测静电传感器结构尺寸优化设计方法.最后,构建了油液磨粒静电监测实验系统,进行磨损监测实验研究.实验结果表明,静电传感器可有效监测到荷电颗粒物和油液磨粒,本系统适用于油液磨粒在线监测. 相似文献

This paper presents an infrastructure and its function of an intelligent sensor based on a frequency output sensor and Fieldbus. The intelligent sensor embeds the extra functionality into a sensor/instrument, given the availability of internal computing power and digital communications. An approach to designing the intelligent sensor based on Fieldbus is presented. With the approach, the functionality of self-calibration, self-compensation, self-validation and comprehensive communication of the sensor is described. An intelligent sensor applying computing algorithms for separating sensor data errors and predicting sensor status is introduced. An algorithm for blind source separation is introduced.
