在解决射频识别(RFID)标签天线设计中阻抗计算速度慢的问题的过程中,针对其中较为复杂的阻抗耦合情况,该文提出一种基于多项式的弯折偶极子RFID标签天线阻抗预测方法.首先使用基于天线尺寸的阻抗变换与线性化假设建立模型假设;然后在具体的天线结构中收集数据并进行相关性分析与回归拟合验证假设正确性;最后实验验证使用该方法进行的阻抗预测相对于计算机仿真的准确性、高效性与普适性.试验结果表明,使用该方法替代计算机进行弯折偶极子RFID标签天线阻抗计算时,其预测阻抗相对于计算机仿真结果在保持较高预测准确率的同时极大地缩短了阻抗计算时间,同时该方法在中国应用频段上针对不同弯折次数的弯折偶极子RFID标签天线仍然适用.  相似文献

提出了利用微带天线的宽带输入阻抗模型进行有源集成天线的设计方法以预测有源集成天线(AIA)的辐射特性和谐波特性.谐波平衡法被用于得到AIA的谐波特性和阻抗模型的端口电压.然后端口电压作为激励源计算天线特性.实验结果显示该方法可以简单有效进行有源集成天线设计.  相似文献

研究介绍了一种偏向辐射的介质谐振器天线设计方法.基于探针馈电圆柱形介质谐振器天线,在偏离馈电一侧对介质谐振器进行穿孔,并进行金属孔化.通过分析优化穿孔的大小与位置,实现了圆柱形介质谐振器天线的偏向辐射.仿真与实验吻合较好,结果表明:天线的10 dB相对阻抗带宽为7%,覆盖频率范围6.3~6.7 GHz,在阻抗带宽内,偏向辐射角度稳定在36°~37°,天线增益为6.0~7.2 dBi.  相似文献

提出了一款基于0. 13μm SiGe BiCMOS工艺设计、加工的340 GHz在片背腔贴片天线.辐射贴片位于AM金属层,带状线馈线置于LY金属层并通过连接AM金属层和LY金属层的金属化通孔对辐射贴片馈电.通过设计连接AM金属层和M1金属层的金属化通孔形成谐振腔体展宽了天线阻抗带宽、提升了天线辐射性能.天线的仿真阻抗带宽(S11≤-10 d B)为9. 2 GHz(335. 6~344. 8 GHz).天线在340 GHz处的仿真增益为3. 2 d Bi.天线的整体尺寸为0. 5×0. 56 mm~2.  相似文献

提出了一种利用多种形式的辐射贴片阵元组成的复合式阵列天线。阵元采用了多种形式的馈电方法。部分阵元和馈电微带线直接连接馈电,其他阵元和馈电微带线采用电磁耦合进行馈电。通过优化辐射贴片的形状、对应的馈电方法、辐射贴片连接端的阻抗调节块、阵列单元之间的阻抗调节段,在宽频带内不但获得了良好的阻抗特性,也实现了期望的赋形辐射方向图。测试结果表明,该阵列天线高度小于中心频率的0.06个波长,相对阻抗带宽(驻波比小于1.45)和辐射带宽分别超过23%和17%。  相似文献

该文介绍了一种具有部分极化转换与部分反射功能的超表面结构,并将其应用到具有宽带高增益性能的圆极化法布里-珀罗(Fabry-Perot, F-P)谐振腔天线设计中。所设计的超表面在反射地板存在时能够表现出反射型部分极化转换功能从而用于F-P天线的圆极化源设计,而当反射地板被移除时其具有部分反射功能因而能够作为F-P天线的部分反射表面。通过在部分极化转换表面上方放置矩形贴片并加载寄生贴片与部分反射表面,辐射源贴片的线极化辐射能够被转变为高增益圆极化辐射,并且天线的阻抗带宽与轴比带宽均得到加强。所设计的天线经过仿真、加工与测试,测试结果表明其阻抗与轴比带宽分别为6.8~8.4 GHz (21.3%)和6.8~8.3 GHz (19.9%),峰值增益达10.5 dBi。  相似文献

A variational formulation is developed for the impedance of a finite cylindrical antenna embedded in a dielectric cylinder, which is surrounded by a magnetoionic medium (cold electron plasma) with the static magnetic field impressed in a direction parallel to the antenna axis. Closed form expressions are obtained in the limit of low frequencies, and for short antennas in a uniaxial medium. The impedance of a short antenna is nearly the same as for an assumed triangular current distribution, except that further resonances are observed in the vicinity of the gyro frequency, where the antenna becomes electrically long. These resonances may be shifted to frequencies exceeding the gyro frequency in the presence of an insulating layer around the antenna. For very thin insulating layers the wave number of the variationally approximated current distribution is to the first order equal tosqrt{epsilon_{1}} k_{0}(epsilon_{1}is the leading diagonal element of the permittivity matrix), where the gyro frequency may be both smaller or larger than the plasma frequency. However, this approximation does not apply to current distributions along the insulated antenna. The present calculations are also compared with earlier work on antenna impedances.  相似文献

Numerical computation results of fat layer effects on the microwave near field radiation to the abdomen of a three-dimensional (3-D) full-scale human body model are presented. The human body is modeled as a 3-D homogeneous muscle phantom with a fat layer covering the abdomen part. The dipole wire-antenna located proximate to the abdomen is used as the microwave radiation source at 915 MHz. This is to study the effects on hyperthermia heating by using the microwave applicator (at 915 MHz) or the near-field exposure from the proximate handset antenna to the human body at ISM band wireless communication band (902-928 MHz). Coupled integral equations (CIE) and the method of moments (MoM) are employed to numerically compute electromagnetic (EM) energy deposition specific absorption rate (SAR) from the radio frequency (RF) antenna applicator into the proximate fat layer covered abdomen. The antenna input impedance (proximate to the body), return loss (RL), and the resonant antenna length (proximate to the body) will also be numerically determined to increase the microwave power delivered into the body. The study of fat layer effects is important for microwave hyperthermia applications. It is also important for the investigation of the potential health hazard from the near-field radiation of a wireless communication antenna  相似文献

根据表面波在非磁化等离子体柱中的色散关系,理论计算得到存在电子-中性原子碰撞、径向与轴向等离子体密度非均匀分布条件下m=0角向模表面波波矢实部与虚部随信号频率、等离子体密度的变化关系.然后利用波矢的实部与虚部、等离子体柱天线表面指数分布电流模型、等离子体阻抗,推导得到等离子体柱天线的辐射方向图随信号频率、等离子体密度的变化关系;最大增益、天线辐射阻抗随信号频率的变化关系;天线径向能量辐射随等离子体密度的变化关系.理论计算结果表明等离子体柱天线辐射方向图随信号频率、等离子体密度的改变而变化非常明显,信号频率对最大增益、天线辐射阻抗的影响显著;同时,这些理论计算结果与他人实验实测结果吻合,这对于设计高精度要求的等离子体天线提供了重要的理论参考价值.  相似文献

A novel directive and nondispersive antenna is presented: the ultrawideband (UWB) leaky lens. It is based on the broad band Cherenkov radiation occurring at a slot printed between different infinite homogeneous dielectrics. The first part of the paper presents the antenna concept and the UWB design. The issues that are specifically addressed include the impedance matching, the radiation pattern and the phase purity. Subsequently the hardware demonstrator and the results of the measurement campaign are shown. The results fully validate the antenna concept. The antenna presents decade bandwidth impedance matching, directive and frequency independent patterns in the H-plane over two octaves, negligible cross-polarization levels, weak amplitude dispersivity and, according to the authors, the most stable phase center for a directive antenna over an ultra wide frequency range.  相似文献

A lossy transmission-line model that incorporates the radiation resistance of small loop antennas is introduced to characterize the input impedance of a spiral antenna over a large frequency range. This model also leads to a concept of controlling the current velocity and impedance on a spiral antenna by introducing distributed reactive loading along the spiral arms. In this paper, the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method with the Berenger perfectly matched layer (PML) absorbing boundary condition (ABC) is used to model the radiation characteristics of high frequency (HF) antennas operating in the 2-30 MHz range on a full-scale helicopter. The computed input impedance of both antennas is compared with actual measurements from an operational full-scale helicopter and also with measurements on a scale model NASA generic advanced attack helicopter (GAAH). To study the coupling effects of the helicopter fuselage on the antenna systems, the S-parameters are computed and compared with measurements on the NASA GAAH scale model. The ionized boundary layer that forms around a reentry vehicle is represented by a conical sheath having a surface impedance which is determined by the integrated electron density in the boundary layer. This cone can support surface currents that are induced in it by a Hertzian dipole antenna situated on its axis. The radiation pattern of such a structure at wavelengths short compared to the slant height is calculated by a perturbation technique. The calculation holds when the surface conductivity of the sheath varies linearly with distance from the apex of the cone. Plots are presented showing the effects of sheath strength, slant height, and antenna frequency on the patterns.  相似文献
