为进一步降低太赫兹频率下高性能调控器件的结构复杂度,提出一种三频段可调谐超材料完美吸收器. 该吸收器由图案化的石墨烯层和经Si介质层隔开的Au接地平面组成,利用太赫兹下的石墨烯表面等离子体共振以及图案化石墨烯与电场耦合提供的电偶极子共振形成多个吸收峰. 数值仿真结果表明,在0.489 THz、1.492 THz和2.437 THz处实现了对入射波的共振吸收,各峰值处的幅值均大于99.9%. 由于吸收峰处的幅值可以通过外部施加的偏置电压改变石墨烯的费米能级进行控制,因而所提出的吸收器结构的工作状态可在反射器和吸收器之间灵活切换. 同时,通过对吸收器单元结构的对称设计实现了对极化角度的不敏感特性,且在宽入射角范围内仍能保持良好的吸收性能. 因此,所设计的基于石墨烯的太赫兹超材料功能器件在调制和传感方面具有巨大的潜力.  相似文献

研究基于电磁超表面的太赫兹波束极化调控技术,即采用金属-介质-金属的三层结构设计了一种反射式太赫兹波90o线极化转换器,并分别采用数值仿真和实验测试方法表征其极化转换特性。结果表明,该反射式超表面可以在工作频率(0.5 THz)达到高效的线极化转换(高于75%),且具有宽带特性(在0.35~0.65 THz极化转换效率超过50%)。此外,采用的超薄玻璃介质衬底使得超表面极化转换器具有厚度小、质量轻和耐热性好等优异的综合性能。  相似文献

太赫兹滤波器是通信等领域重要的功能器件,基于U 型结构的超材料器件因结构简单等优势已广泛用于太赫兹滤波器。传统U 型滤波器的几何参数确定后,其谐振频率、陡峭度等参数不可改变,只能用于特定频带,限制了其应用。对此,文中设计了基于U 型结构的可动悬臂阵列滤波器,在U 型结构中使用双层材料(下层为SiO2 ,上层为金属Al)的悬臂梁,利用温度变化两种材料热膨胀系数不同悬臂发生形变从而改变谐振频率等参数的原理,实现了对滤波器的动态可调控制。使用HFSS 进行建模仿真,实现了谐振频率0. 22 THz 的动态调制。另外,在该滤波器基础上文中设计了双层材料-介质-双层材料的双面结构,使下降沿和上升沿陡峭度提高到了921. 24% / THz 和547. 92% / THz,最小透射系数达到了0. 0023,滤波效果得以优化。  相似文献

近年来,太赫兹技术快速发展,基于超表面的太赫兹器件受到广泛关注,并已应用于太赫兹成像、光谱和生物传感等诸多领域。但太赫兹超表面器件的制备复杂且成本高,而静电喷印技术无需掩模版,成本低、精度高且易于在异形曲面上制作。基于静电喷印技术设计和制备了太赫兹吸波器,并利用太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)对样品进行了性能测试,实验与仿真结果基本相符,在0.098~0.353 THz频段内吸收大于90%。此外,还设计了太赫兹线极化转换器,在0.167~0.355 THz频段内的极化转换大于95%,相对带宽约72%,并分析了所设计样品的制备工艺条件,验证了静电喷印技术对于制备太赫兹极化转换器的可行性。研究成果表明,静电喷印技术在太赫兹超表面器件的制备中具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

为了研究利用新型器件提高辐射控制的能力,利用合成超构材料演示了一种太赫兹有源调制器的设计。该结构采用三维设计,除通过电压调节基底耗尽层载流子复合之外,还通过悬臂结构调节该结构的等效电磁参数,最终达到有效调节器件响应的目的。研究表明该器件能够实时、有效地对太赫兹辐射进行控制和操作。其对透射率的调制可达75%,频移0.1 THz,优于目前基于二维平面方法设计的太赫兹调制器件。  相似文献

提出一种基于石墨烯的双波段太赫兹超材料吸收体,它由金属-电介质-石墨烯3层超材料结构单元在水平方向上进行周期性拓展而成。仿真结果显示,其在太赫兹波段6.62 THz和 9.36 THz分别产生99.9%和98.9%的高吸收率;通过改变石墨烯的费米能级,可以灵活地控制吸收体的谐振频率和吸收强度,而吸收体的吸收强度也可以利用石墨烯的弛豫时间进行单独控制。另外,研究了吸收体中间介质层厚度和介质损耗对吸收率的影响,这为吸收体初始加工工艺参数的确定提供了依据。研究结果表明,提出的基于石墨烯的太赫兹超材料吸收体结构简单,易于加工,可通过偏置电压或者化学掺杂,简单地实现吸收体的可调谐性,为双波段高吸收率太赫兹超材料吸收体的设计提供了重要参考。  相似文献

基于超材料和压缩感知理论设计了一套简便的快速成像系统,可用于毫米波及太赫兹(THz)成像,具有结构简单,成像速度快,在不同频段移植性强等优点。系统采用超材料结构互补(CELC)单元设计单通道成像口径,实现了对信息的物理层压缩。基于口径在不同频率辐射特性的不相关性,构造测量矩阵,以扫频方式实现对目标场景的稀疏测量,最后采用两步迭代阈值(TwIST)算法实现对目标场景的重构。已完成K波段、THz波段成像口径设计,以及K波段成像仿真实验,40 cm成像口径理论上具备4.6 cm的距离分辨力和1.3°的角度分辨力。  相似文献

设计了一种太赫兹(THz)波段的超材料,可以实现 对垂直入射THz波的电、磁场局域化协同增强。数 值仿真表明,在线偏振的THz脉冲垂直辐照下,利用本文超材料的结构能得到强显著增强且 高度局域化的电、磁场 分布,入射THz波的电、磁场分量可以分别增强20倍;被增强的电、磁场局域化 在μm2尺度范 围内,且在空间上不重叠。基于等离激元理论分析了超材料内部的面电流分布以及超材料内 部电 荷的积累,给出了电磁场协同增强及局域化的理论解释,即超材料的特殊结构产生的 电容效应及面 电流的汇聚作用分别是导致电、磁场协同局域化增强的原因。最后,具体分析了超材料关键 的几何参数对 于场增强效果的影响。本文提出的超材料方案,有望应用于THz波段近场光学、非线性光 学及THz波与磁有序介质相互作用等领域。  相似文献

多带太赫兹超材料吸收器是响应、操纵和调制太赫兹波的重要光子元件。本文基于周期性分裂环谐振器结构构建了一种多带太赫兹超材料吸收器。模拟和实验测试显示,在横磁(TM)极化情况下该超材料吸收器对0.918 THz和1.581 THz处的入射太赫兹波呈现出近似完美吸收。进一步,基于器件共振吸收峰的介电敏感特性,研究了负载不同浓度的多菌灵、三环唑、百草枯、塞苯隆4种农药溶液后超材料吸收器的传感性能,获得器件对4种农药的检测灵敏度分别为:1.06 GHz/ppm、0.65 GHz/ppm、0.67 GHz/ppm、2.07 GHz/ppm。结果表明该器件可实现对微量农药的传感检测,为今后食品质量安全控制提供了新的思路。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

From its emergence in the late 1980s as a lower cost alternative to early EEPROM technologies, flash memory has evolved to higher densities and speedsand rapidly growing acceptance in mobile applications.In the process, flash memory devices have placed increased test requirements on manufacturers. Today, as flash device test grows in importance in China, manufacturers face growing pressure for reduced cost-oftest, increased throughput and greater return on investment for test equipment. It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas. Waveguide multilayer optical card (WMOC) is a novel storage device of three-dimensional optical information. An advanced readout system fitting for the WMOC is introduced in this paper. The hardware mainly consists of the light source for reading, WMOC, motorized stages addressing unit, microscope imaging unit, CCD detecting unit and PC controlling & processing unit. The movement of the precision motorized stage is controlled by the computer through Visual Basic (VB) language in software. A control panel is also designed to get the layer address and the page address through which the position of the motorized stages can be changed. The WMOC readout system is easy to manage and the readout result is directly displayed on computer monitor.  相似文献

In order to diagnose the laser-produced plasmas, a focusing curved crystal spectrometer has been developed for measuring the X-ray lines radiated from a laser-produced plasmas. The design is based on the fact that the ray emitted from a source located at one focus of an ellipse will converge on the other focus by the reflection of the elliptical surface. The focal length and the eccentricity of the ellipse are 1350 mm and 0.9586, respectively. The spectrometer can be used to measure the X- ray lines in the wavelength range of 0.2-0.37 nm, and a LiF crystal (200) (2d = 0.4027 nm) is used as dispersive element covering Bragg angle from 30° to 67.5°. The spectrometer was tested on Shengnang- Ⅱ which can deliver laser energy of 60-80 J/pulse and the laser wavelength is 0.35 μm. Photographs of spectra including the 1 s2p ^1P1-1s^2 ^1S0 resonance line(w), the 1s2p ^3P2-1s^2 1S0 magnetic quadrupole line(x), the 1s2p ^3P1-1 s^2 ^1S0 intercombination lines(y), the 1 s2p ^3S~1-1 s^2 ^1S0 forbidden line(z) in helium-like Ti Ⅹ Ⅺ and the 1 s2s2p ^2P3/2-1 s622s ^2S1/2 line(q) in lithium-like Ti Ⅹ Ⅹhave been recorded with a X-ray CCD camera. The experimental result shows that the wavelength resolution(λ/△ 2) is above 1000 and the elliptical crystal spectrometer is suitable for X-ray spectroscopy.  相似文献

High purity organic-tantalum precursors for thin film ALD TaN were synthesized and characterized.Vapor pressure and thermal stability of these precursors were studied.From the vapor pressure analysis,it was found that TBTEMT has a higher vapor pressure than any other published liquid TaN precursor,including TBTDET,TAITMATA,and IPTDET.Thermal stability of the alkyl groups on the precursors was investigated using a 1H NMR technique.The results indicated that the tertbutylimino group is the most stable group on TBTDET and TBTEMT as compared to the dialkylamido groups.Thermal stability of TaN precursors decreased in the following order:TBTDET > PDMAT > TBTEMT.In conclusion,precursor vapor pressure and thermal stability were tuned by making slight variations in the ligand sphere around the metal center.  相似文献
