中国科普网站调查研究

2005年初,以google搜索引擎为主,共获得233个中文科普网站。目前,中国科普网站主要有大型综合型、一般综合型、地方型、专题型、相关科普型和基于大型综合网站的科普频道型。就网站所在地而言,综合性网站主要分布在北京,地方型的科普网站数量以浙江和江苏最多,专业科普网站主要分布在北京和上海两地,相关科普网站和科普频道型网站主要分布在北京。总体上看,中国科普网站的分布具有以一个中心(北京)和一个沿海带为主,并向内陆衰减的趋势。中国科普网站涉及科学领域广泛,在国民科学教育中占据十分重要的地位,科普网站已成为公众获取科学知识的主要途径之一。我国科普网站还存在网站内容简单、表达形式欠佳、互动性差等问题,未来中国科普网站的建设,迫切需要合理规划科普网站建设,加强科学精神、科学方法和科学思想的传播。     

国内科普网站影响力的影响因子相关性分析

本文运用Alexa、Similar Site Search、Google等网络工具,采集其相关影响因素的数据分析总结网站影响力的主要影响因素。通过选取15家典型科普网站,5项影响力指标,12项影响网站影响力的影响因子进行典型相关分析,建立了科普网站影响力与影响因子之间的模型关系。分析结果显示,科普网站影响力的广度主要受到资源质量、更新速度及载入速度的影响;科普网站影响力的强度主要受到风格设计、网站导航、内容形式的影响;科普网站综合影响力主要受到风格设计、网站导航、资源质量的影响。提出引入时尚元素,创新科普网站设计、表达方式,打造特色、原创资源,提升网站资源质量,重视网站硬件投入和保障,减少用户使用障碍和促进全媒体信息融合,提升科普网站综合服务能力等建议。     

科普能力评价的现状和思考

通过梳理国内外关于科普能力评价的相关文献, 从科普能力评价指标体系、指标赋权、评价模型等 角度总结了研究现状。主要有四个方面的结论: 一是科普能力评价研究存在一定局限性, 多集中在地区科普 能力评价,缺乏国家层面研究; 二是评价指标体系构建多依赖于中国科普统计调查数据,缺乏科普组织建设、 科普政策等定性指标;三是科普能力评价多采用截面数据,缺乏时间因素的考量; 四是缺乏针对国家科普能 力和公民科学素质相互关系的研究,以及科普能力各要素对公民科学素质影响的定量研究。通过文献研究,为 国家科普能力评价指标设计与总体效果评估,建立国家科普能力监测和评价体系提供参考。     

基于因子和聚类分析的全国科普示范县（市、区）科普综合实力评价研究

如何对创建单位进行有效的管理是全国科普示范县(市、区)活动目前面临的问题之一。以2011—2015年全国科普示范县(市、区)为样本,设计评价指标,应用因子分析和聚类分析方法对我国32个省级行政单位的全国科普示范县(市、区)的科普综合实力进行分析,得出基于因子分析的全国科普示范县(市、区)科普综合实力评价体系和基于全国科普示范县(市、区)科普综合实力的分类标准。应用该结论能够对全国科普示范县(市、区)进行评价和分类,为全国科普示范县(市、区)管理提供一种可以量化的参考。     

互联网科普原创性问题探讨

化石网（http：//www.uua.cn/）成立于2004年,为隶属于中国科学院南京地质古生物研究所的非营利性科普网站,在2009年荣获联合国颁发的＂世界信息峰会大奖＂。化石网的宗旨是＂弘扬科学精神、科普大众＂,目前已发展成为中国最大的科普网站之一。在互联网科普中,原创性内容一直至关重要。提升原创科普创作是一个系统工程。

中国科普网站的特征向量研究

在中国,识别科普网站的内容长期以来主要是依靠专家判断来进行。这种主观判断不仅费时费力,效果也并不好。这其中最主要的一个原因是网站内容比较丰富,人工浏览效率低下,在一定的时间只能处理有限的内容,对于整个网站的判断会存在不全面的地方,也具有主观性。对此问题的解决需要提出一个基于人工智能的可以进行快速定量计算的方法。本文提出的科普网站特征向量就是讲网站内容通过计算机进行处理抽象出来的一个向量空间模型,它能比较好的表现网站的文字内容和意思,可以最终实现机器自动判断网站内容是否含有科普成分以及什么性质的科普内容。     

不同人群卫生科普需求及传播方式研究

采用查阅资料、现场观察、定量及定性调查等研究方法,以辽宁省农村居民、沈阳市社区居民及北京市农民建筑工为目标人群,了解到农村居民、城市居民、农民建筑工的卫生科普需求以及卫生科普传播方式的评价与选择存在差异,提出调整卫生科普内容、改进卫生科普传播方式及管理工作的建议.     

北京市科普工作社会化评价指标体系研究

随着多年来中央和各级政府对科普工作的重视,科普政策法规体系的形成,科普活动的蓬勃开展,科普工作社会化的相关阐述也逐渐清晰起来。本文设计了科普工作社会化格局评价指标体系,分别从科普工作有效形式、科普人员与机构规模、科普经费配置规模、科普活动组织规模、外部环境因素五个维度对北京市科普工作社会化格局情况进行数据调查,并通过数学方法对影响因素进行量化处理。不同因素对科普工作社会化格局的影响力度不同,本研究试图通过模糊层次分析法,分别对指标体系中不同指标的影响因素进行量化处理,得到指标权重,以实现对科普工作社会化格局更科学准确的评价。最后,以北京市科研院所为例,分析了该方法的科学性和实用性。     

Web2.0时代的维基网络科普新模式——以互动百科为例

在我国公民基本科学素质不甚乐观的现状以及Web2.0时代到来的双重背景之下,维基网络科普正在成为一种日益发挥重要作用的科普新模式。维基是知识社会条件下创新2.0的一种典型形式,可以调动最大的网民群体的智慧参与网络创造和互动。以互动百科为例,作为由来自世界各地的志愿者共同维护与建设的最大的全球中文百科,互动百科有效地弥补了传统科普网站的不足,实现了科普目的的转变,科普主体的多元化,科普内容组织方式的变化,科普形式的转变,科普传播路径的转变以及自我完善机制等方面的突破,但同时其也存在下列问题:中文维基网站普及率低,词条质量难以保证。因此,应针对其不足,提出相应的改进方案,从而更好地推广这种模式。     

Technology innovation and process integrations for sub-100nm gate patterning

This paper presents a brief overview of the Applied Centura(R)DPS(R)system,configured with silicon etch DPS Ⅱ chamber, with emphasis on discussing tuning capability for CD uniformity control. It also presents the studies of etch process chemistry and film integration impact for an overall successful gate patterning development. Discussions will focus on resolutions to key issues, such as CD uniformity, line-edge roughness, and multilayer film etching integration.     

White organic light-emitting devices based on fac tris（2- phenylpyridine） iridium sensitized 5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnap -hthacene

We have fabricated the white organic light-emitting devices （WOLEDs） based on 4,4＇ -bis（2,2 -diphenyl vinyl）-1,1＇ - biphenyl （DPVBi） and phosphorescence sensitized 5,6,11,12,-tetraphenylnaphthacene （rubrene）. The device structure is ITO/2T-NATA （20 nm）/NPBX （20 nm）/CBP： x%Ir（ppy）3：0.5% rubrene （8 nm）/NPBX （5 nm）/DPVBi （30 nm）/Alq（30 nm）/LiF（0.5 nm）/A1. In the devices, DPVBi acts as a blue light-emitting layer, the rubrene is sensitized by a phosphorescent material, fac tris （2-phenylpyridine） iridium [Ir（ppy）3], acts as a yellow light-emitting layer, and N,N＇ -bis- （1-naphthyl）- N,N＇ -diphenyl -1, 1＇ -biphenyl-4,4＇ -diamine （NPBX） acts as a hole transporting and exciton blocker layer, respectively. When the concentration of Ir （PPY）3 is 6wt%, the maximum luminance is 24960 cd/m^2 at an applied voltage of 15 V, and the maximum luminous efficiency is 5.17 cd/A at an applied voltage of 8 V.     

Complete approach to automatic identification and subpixel center location for ellipse feature

To meet the need of automatic image features extraction with high precision in visual inspection, a complete approach to automatic identification and sub-pixel center location for similar-ellipse feature is proposed. In the method, the feature area is identified automatically based on the edge attribute, and the sub-pixel center location is accomplished with the leastsquare algorithm. It shows that the method is valid, practical, and has high precision by experiment. Meanwhile this method can meet the need of instrumentation of visual inspection because of easy realization and without man-machine interaction.     

小角度扩展相关性近似算法分析

本论文提出一种在多天线MIMO信道相关性建模中小角度扩展近似理论算法,并应用于分析MIMO系统性能。分析中分别对三种不同角能量分布情况下的空间相关性研发快速近似计算法,并同时提出双模(Bi-Modal)角能量分布情况下的近似运算。通过分析这些新方法的近似效率,可以得到计算简单、复杂度低、而且符合实际的MIMO相关信道矩阵,对系统级的快速高效计算法的研究和系统级的评估以及误差分析具有重要的意义。     

A Versatile Mixed-Signal Pin Approach for Cost-Effective Test of Automotive ICs

Integrated circuits (ICs) intended for increasingly sophisticated automotive applications bring unique test demands. Advanced ICs for applications such as highly integrated automatic braking system (ABS) and airbag controllers combine high voltage digital channels, significant VI demands and precise timing capability. Along with continued missioncritical reliability concerns, the trend toward higher voltage operation and increased device integration requires specialized test capabilities able to extend across the wide operating ranges found in automotive applications. Among these capabilities, automotive test requirements increasingly dictate a need for a cost-effective versatile mixed-signal pin electronics with very high data rates reaching up to 50MHz with a voltage swing of-2 V to +28 V.     

Optical vibration and deviation measurement of rotating machine parts

It is of interest to get appropriate information about the dynamic behaviour of rotating machinery parts in service. This paper presents an approach of optical vibration and deviation measurement of such parts. Essential of this method is an image derotator combined with a high speed camera or a laser doppler vibrometer （LDV）.
