由中国民间科学传播公益团体组织的“2009科学嘉年华”活动于2009年10月31日在北京启动。     

英国皇家学会的科学文化传播

英国皇家学会是英国资助科学发展的组织,它在英国起着全国科学院的作用,在世界上享有声誉,知识创新、知识传播并重是英国皇家学会的发展宗旨。本文简要介绍了英国皇家学会的发展概貌和科学文化传播的基本情况,公众理解科学、科学与社会对话、建立科学传播奖项构成皇家学会重要的科学传播特色,引领与示范科学传播在全球的发展。最后,本文就加强我国的科学文化传播工作提出了初步建议。     

STS视野中的科学传播

科学按照发生学的方式可以分为三大历史范式,即古典的博物学范式,近代的数理范式,当代的STS(科学、技术与社会)范式。STS登上当代科学舞台,也经历了从领域到学科,再到交叉学科、超学科和科学范式的复杂进程。人类对科学的理解推进到STS阶段,其最深刻的启示在于促进科学技术与社会协调发展的一系列新的观念和视角方面。特别是其所提出的新的科学观又带来新的传播理念。     

美国科学促进会近年非正规科学教育项目简析

美国科学促进会是美国民间从事科学传播的重要机构,它所开展的科学传播活动丰富多彩、独具特色,其中非正规教育项目尤其引人注目.本文试图结合具体的案例来对近年来美国科促会的非正规教育活动进行分析和介绍,希望以此来展现这些活动的特征和发展趋势,并给国内的相关活动带来一些启示.     

政府与民间科普组织微博科学传播的比较研究——以“@上海科普”与“@科学松鼠会”为例

本文分别选取政府科普组织和民间科普组织中的典型微博各一个,首先从阶段运营数据方面进行监测和比较,再深入到两个典型微博的内容、表现形式等方面考察二者的异同,在此基础上提出促进政府科普组织微博科学传播的对策建议。     

德法最大国立科研机构的科学文化传播

德国马普学会和法国国家科学研究中心作为德法最大的国立科研机构,在知识创新、知识传播中发挥重要作用。本文简要介绍了德国马普学会和法国国家科学研究中心的发展概貌和科学文化传播的基本情况,并就加强我国科研机构的科学文化传播提出了初步建议。     

新媒体科学传播特色研究：基于６个科学类微信公众号的内容分析

为了认识我国新媒体科学传播的现状,本文对样本科学类微信公众号进行了量化分析,以了解其科 学信息传播内容和信息表现形式。结果表明,科学类微信公众号的出现拓展了科学传播的传播渠道。科学类 微信公众号在科学主题上均比较多元,同时也积极使用图片、动图和视频等多媒体元素以提高文章的生动性, 在内容建设和信息形式方面是积极向好的。     

科学松鼠会“升级”双管齐下致力科普

民间科普机构＂科学松鼠会＂11月14日正式升级为注册非营利性机构——北京朝阳区哈赛科技传播中心,运营科学松鼠会、果壳时间等一系列科普项目。     

《电信科学》编辑部与珠海市通信学会联合组织学术报告会

10月7至8日,中国通信学会《电信科学》编辑部与珠海市通信学会联合组织了学术报告会。报告会由珠海市通信学会理事长苏炳坤主持,《电信科学》编委钟允若、赵祥森、樊昌信、赵宗基、葛彦、陈炳南、汤庭龙等通信专家分别在会上作了题材广泛的学术报告。出席报告会的除珠海市通信学会的理事及部分会员外,还有专程从广州赶来的广东省通信学会副理事长肖森、副秘书长黄耀荣、广州工学院院长梁石,深圳通信学     

第一本中文电磁学著作及其历史地位

本文研究了由美国来华西医士、新教传教士玛高温于1851年在宁波府译述的《博物通书》,这是我国在近代科学意义上的第一本中文电磁学著作。文中研究了＂第一本＂的根据和成书背景,介绍了书中内容,分析了该书没有在中国流传的原因,提出了对《博物通书》的历史地位的看法;通过本文作者的文献检索实践,介绍了《博物通书》的收藏情况。

CMFE – Community Media Forum Europe

Community Media (CM) have been present in the European landscape for a long time now and have an equally long history of self-organisation. But since 2002 there had been a lack of presence of community media at the European policy level. That is why in 2004 representatives of national federations, media activists, practitioners and academics initiated the Community Media Forum Europe (CMFE), which has been formally established in 2006 as an action-oriented network of CM-related organizations and people to present the potential of CM within the European media landscape.     

On the complexity of simple distributed systems

Computer systems that consist of millions of nodes, span the entire Internet, change continuously, and are managed by many different people and organizations. These types of systems have a natural habit of exhibiting exceedingly complex behavior, yet keeping their design simple is crucial. Various research groups started concentrating on computer systems that qualify as self-managing, self-organizing, self-healing, and so forth. Perhaps the most intriguing aspect of these self- systems is that they're designed to exhibit behavior. This behavior is often called complex.

文章回顾了洗涤剂的发展历史，并用大量事实说明随着石化工业发展起来的石化合成洗洁剂，虽然给人的生活带来许多便利，但同时也造成对环境的污染和对人体健康的危害，应该引起人们的高度警惕，并指出用天然洗剂替代石化合成洗洁剂是洗洁剂今后发展的必然方向。     

Managing the Experience in IT R & D Department

How to manage the experience in IT RD department is vital for the IT company. The primary purpose of this paper is to probe into the natural character of the experience in IT RD department, and put forward the strategy of how to manage it. The research on the strategies is applied in a mobile phone game software company to further validate its efficiency. The results indicate using the strategies of a learning history and dynamic knowledge map can improve the performance level and more attentions should focus on the relationship between people and how to communicate.

文章从自然博物馆的界定出发,在介绍了世界自然博物馆发展的简单历程,中国（大陆）的自然博物馆的历史、现状后,重点介绍了中国的自然博物馆在传播自然历史、自然保护等方面所取得的成绩,分析了其原因和经验,并对存在问题和今后发展方向提出了作者自己的看法。     

Grid computing: a STOPE view

Grid computing is emerging as the foundation upon which virtual organizations can be built. Such organizations are becoming of increasing importance for tackling various projects, both in academic and in business fields. This paper is concerned with presenting an integrated view of the grid to readers interested in understanding it, or perhaps in developing it further or making use of it in the future. The target view is based on the STOPE (strategy/technology/organization/people/environment) framework that has previously been used to integrate the issues of various information technology problems over its well‐defined domains. For strategy, the view considers the reasons associated with the need for the grid, including grid services and grid benefits. For technology, the technical components of the grid and their functions are taken into account. For organization, the organizations concerned with the development, technology production, service provisioning and use of the grid are considered. For people, those associated with the grid in the related organizations are taken into account. For the environment, rules, practices and support associated with the grid are discussed. Finally, the paper emphasizes questions that need to be answered in order to contribute to the future development of the grid. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
