科技博物馆展示设计的探索

进入21世纪后,我国掀起了科技馆建设前所未有的热潮。有关科技博物馆展示设计的方方面面,无论是具有指导意义的各种理念,或是带有借鉴作用的成功经验,还是可引以为戒的挫折教训,都会引起人们的关注与重视。本文通过对科技博物馆展示设计内涵的探讨;对展示内容的策划;对诸如综合馆与专题馆、基础原理与高新技术、互动展品与收藏品、经典与特色、传统与更新等展示设计理念的分析比对;对展示设计实例的剖析,探讨当前国际流行的科技博物馆展示设计要领及实效。由此而得出科技博物馆的展示设计必须与时俱进,在展示理念、展示内容、展示方式、展示技术上进行变革并不断创新,才能保持可持续发展的结论。     

我国科技类博物馆发展现状及几点建议

科技类博物馆是面向公众弘扬科学精神,普及科技知识,传播科学思想和科学方法的重要阵地。近年来,我国科技类博物馆发展迅速,但与发达国家相比还存在较大差距,不论数量、类型还是展示理念、内容、展示手段都远远不能满足社会发展和观众多元化的需要。本文基于国内外科技类博物馆发展现状及存在问题,提出推进我国科技类博物馆建设的几点建议。     

论构建人与自然和谐社会时期的自然类博物馆展示——兼谈浙江自然博物馆新馆展示实践

在构建人与自然和谐社会时期,自然类博物馆的外部条件能得到改善,展示内容能得到拓展,展示理念能得到创新和发展。自然类博物馆把人与自然和谐作为展示主题,是由自然类博物馆的本质特性所决定的,是当前生态环境和我国公民科学素质现状所要求的,也是继承和发扬自然类博物馆优良传统的体现。浙江自然博物馆新馆展示以人与自然和谐为主题,全方位多视角地展示自然科学知识和生态保护成果,体现了为社会和社会发展服务的宗旨。     

信息传输技术与博物馆的展示教育正

博物馆的展示一直以来在不断地寻求手段上的拓展与创新,应用现代信息技术融入博物馆内的展示无疑将是一次美妙的尝试,然而它究竟为我们带来了什么？本文拟以上海科技馆应用信息无线传输技术实时呈现上海市浦东新区南汇东滩湿地场景为例进行讲述,新技术与博物馆的＂联姻＂一方面为观众带来了全新的感受,另外一方面也拓展了博物馆的时空,同时延伸了博物馆的展示教育平台。新技术的应用已开始激发传统博物馆的展示走向新的领域并焕发出全新活力。

新媒体视野下的虚拟博物馆研究

本文基于新媒体视野,从虚拟博物馆建设方案、建设构想两个层面展开研究,建设方案重点突出虚拟博物馆建设基本环节、重点平台建设研究;建设构建主要围绕用户群、设计内容与展示语言、建设团队等展开研究,以提升虚拟博物馆建设水平.     

我国科技类博物馆发展的现状分析和问题思考

根据《全民科学素质行动计划纲要（2006-2010-2020年）》和《科普基础设施发展规划（2008-2010-2015）》中的概念界定,科技类博物馆是指以面向社会公众开展科普教育为主要功能,主要展示自然科学和工程技术科学以及农业科学、医药科学等内容的博物馆。其中包括科学技术馆（科学中心）、自然博物馆、天文馆、工程技术博物馆等。近10年来,我国科技类博物馆在增量建设和内容建设方面有了较大进展,但因其涉及学科、行业门类的多样性、管理体制的多头化、运行体制的单一性和展教方式的简单化,使其在运行发展中还存在很多问题,受到诸多制约。对其现状的厘清和思考有利于我国科技类博物馆的可持续健康发展,更好地履行和发挥科普场馆的科学传播与普及功能。     

基于UE4的实时光线追踪技术在展示设计中的应用研究

通过对实时光线追踪技术及展示空间设计光影技术要求的分析,结合展示设计的特点,研究基于UE4的实时光线追踪技术在中展示设计中的作用,有效的在展示设计中引入UE4的实时光线追踪技术,探索空间环境设计光影表现,把握虚拟现实场景设计中的光影效果。     

论“一带一路”战略与自然科学博物馆间的互惠共享

自然科学博物馆是社会化科学传播和科普教育的设施和机构。在世界多极化、经济全球化、文化多样化、 社会信息化的新形势下,自然科学博物馆的发展面临新的机遇与挑战。本文从自然科学博物馆的发展入手, 分析社会语境因素中全球化与可持续发展、区域发展不均衡、科技与社会交互对自然科学博物馆发展的重要 影响。基于以上研究,本文认为“一带一路”战略的提出为自然科学博物馆应对上述挑战提供了重要的平台 和解决方案,并由此对促进自然科学博物馆之间的交流与合作提出对策建议：搭建学术交流平台、开展交流 合作项目、加强自身能力建设、建立互惠共享机制,推动“一带一路”沿线各国科技、教育、文化的交流与 合作更加深入。     

市场驱动下的科技博物馆

在市场环境中,许多科技博物馆正行走在教育和休闲娱乐之间,所谓＂科技娱乐公园＂,它代表科技博物馆的一大潮流。当下,新的博物馆仍在这个潮流影响的范围内发展,但重点主题已经形成,这就是人与自然和社会的和谐以及可持续发展。     

Chilean conversations: Internet forum participants debate Augusto Pinochet's detention

Chileans from around the world discussed the October 1998 arrest of ex-dictator Augusto Pinochet in London and debated the legacy of the military government over an Internet forum associated with the publication La Tercera . This study of 1,670 letters argues the online forum is a public space and identifies 4 characteristics of the space as it relates to public sphere theories: access, freedom of communication, structure of deliberation, and the public use of reason. Participants in forum debates generated both public opinion and collective memories of the recent past, thus becoming part of the broader Chilean reconciliation.     

从公众参与科学视角看微博对科学传播的挑战

本文在探讨科学传播从缺失模型到公众参与模型变迁的基础上,阐述了以微博为代表的社交媒体的兴起给科学传播带来的挑战。本文在结合对转基因黄金大米引发的微博争端进行的实证研究与定性分析的基础上认为,微博等社交媒体具有潜力成为公众参与科学的平台,但又不是一个现成的公共领域(public sphere)。科学传播工作者需要正视这种情况,并尽可能充分利用社交媒体带来的条件,顺应科学传播向公众参与科学形态的变迁。     

Activist Strategic Communication for Social Change: A Transnational Case Study of Lesbian,Gay, Bisexual,and Transgender Activism

This study explores activists as producers of strategic communication for social change, suggesting communication for development and social change (CDSC), activism, and public relations are not antagonistic but rather occupy a fluid space informed by cultural-economic forces. This article presents a model of cultural intermediation for social change, arguing that activism is a form of strategic communication embedded in micro, meso, and macro levels. Through a case study of transnational LGBT activism, this research demonstrates how activists function as cultural intermediaries, playing a mediating role that is often concerned with (re)producing and challenging cultural meaning.     

浅谈几种通信系统在智能建筑中的应用

本文首先对南宁东站综合交通枢纽一期（地下空间）--公共服务工程通信系统设备集成采购项目做一简单介绍,然后通过介绍南宁东站项目中通信标的几个典型子系统的系统组成原理进一步阐述通信系统在智能建筑中的应用。     

机载互联网的卫星通信实现方式分析和展望

本文介绍了机载互联网的国内外发展情况以及采用的技术体系和业务类型,并分析了机载互联网所涉及的国内卫星资源、电信运营商、频率规划以及飞机制造商等方方面面之间的限制和风险,旨在探讨国内尚处于试验阶段的机载互联网业务的技术发展方向。     

双套冗余雷达点迹处理硬件设计与算法实现

随着国产化航空管制雷达的推进,设计了一种高可靠性的通用点迹处理硬件平台,其具有多种形式的高速接口和强大的处理能力,为航迹和点迹交互、雷达点迹处理的双套冗硬件提供了一种可能。该平台以DSP+FPGA为主要处理器件,可同时处理4个通道雷达点迹数据,在接口上以标准CPCI总线和6对传输速率可达5 Gbit·s-1的高速通道为主要通信接口,可满足多通道间的数据交换。以某种类型的双套冗余雷达为例,点迹处理算法在该平台上的工程实现表明,算法对于点迹处理和点航迹交互以及帧间点迹滤波在工程实现上具有较好的应用价值。     

A pairing-free identity-based authenticated group key agreement protocol for imbalanced mobile networks

The secure and reliable group communication gains popularity in imbalanced mobile networks due to the increase demand of the group-oriented applications such as teleconferences, collaborative workspaces, etc. For acquiring the group security objectives, many authenticated group key agreement (AGKA) protocols exploiting the public key infrastructure have been proposed, which require additional processing and storage space for validation of the public keys and the certificates. In addition, the most of the AGKA protocols are implemented using bilinear pairing and a map-to-point (MTP) hash function. The relative computation cost of the bilinear pairing is approximately two to three times more than the elliptic curve point multiplication (ECPM) and the MTP function has higher computation cost than an ECPM. Due to the limitation of communication bandwidth, computation ability, and storage space of the low-power mobile devices, these protocols are not suitable especially for insecure imbalanced mobile networks. To cope with the aforementioned problems, in this paper, we proposed a pairing-free identity-based authenticated group key agreement protocol using elliptic curve cryptosystem. It is found that the proposed protocol, compared with the related protocols, not only improves the computational efficiencies, but also enhances the security features.

Facebook is not only a virtual space to commune with the living, it is also a place to honor, memorialize, and engage in dialogs with the deceased. This study examines 550 memorial pages on Facebook for age, gender, race, and cause of death of the memorialized, as well as to whom the communication is addressed. Where ritualistic memorials and mourning practices usually occur in cemeteries or at the sites of accidents, memorial sites on Facebook offer an alternative space to mourn that is public, collective, and with archival capabilities. Individual dialogs and memories in this alternative space are not private, and often involve direct communications with the deceased. In this way, the dead never really die; rather perpetually remain in a digital state of dialogic limbo.     

Provably secure RSA‐type signature based on conic curve

In electronic communication and wireless communication, message authentication should be necessary. However, traditional method message authentication code (MAC) employs a symmetric cryptographical technique and it needs to keep a shared private key between two parties. For convenience, people now begins to use public key techniques to provide message authentication. In wireless communication, we shall save more space for message itself because of the limited resources. Therefore, we believe that our proposed digital signature scheme will be more fitful for this kind of communication due to the following merits: (1) in addition to inheriting the merits of RSA signature such as high verification efficiency, the proposed scheme also shows its advantage over RSA by resisting low public key exponent attack; (2) comparing with 1024 bits RSA, our digital signature scheme can sign 2048‐bit long message once, and generate a signature with 1025 bits length which doubles the capacity of the 1024‐bit RSA signature; (3) the scheme is provably secure and its security is tightly related to the hardness of conic‐based (CB)‐RSA assumption.
