为提升旋转行波超声电机输出性能,研究其在不同负载下的最优预压力,针对TRUM-70H超声电机进行了理论计算和实验验证。建立超声电机动力学模型,分析了预压力对超声电机机械特性的影响;以TRUM-70H超声电机为对象,分析其最优预压力与负载力矩间的关系;搭建超声电机多功能测试平台,验证理论推导结果,并指出误差存在的原因;根据研究结论,提出超声电机装配时应根据负载选用预压力。结果表明,预压力和负载力矩对超声电机转速的影响存在耦合关系;在超声电机有效工作范围内,最优预压力值与负载力矩近似呈线性正相关;装配时根据实际负载需求设定超声电机预压力,可提高其输出效率。 相似文献

基于动力学原理,利用一种新的扭纵复合型超声电动机的动力学模型,模拟计算了扭纵复合型超声电动机的转速、转矩、效率和响应时间等特性。计算结果揭示了预压力、定子两路振动振幅等输入参数对负载特性的影响。此外,转子运转的响应时间与负载力矩间的关系也可由模拟计算导出。利用该模型对所研制的复合型超声电机实验样机进行的计算结果与实际测量结果基本相符,验证了该模型及相应数值计算方法的可靠性。利用该模型首次计算出定,转子接触与分离点的不对称特性。 相似文献

为了分析整流所带来的谐波的影响,对同时带整流和交流负载的同步发电机进行了仿真和实测。对不同负载比例下的交流负载上的电流和电机的相电压进行了比较和谐波分析,计算了谐波损耗。仿真、实测和理论分析的结果表明:整流负载比例较大时,电枢电压和交流侧电流中的谐波含量也比较大,谐波电枢反应将影响电机的性能。特别是在计算电机的损耗时,需要对谐波损耗单独加以考虑。 相似文献

该文研究负载变化对设计二端口网络传输特性的影响,定义网络传输特性随负载变化不灵敏的二端口网络为最小失配网络。利用蒙特.卡罗方法设计了一个5阶最小失配滤波器网络,设计的最小失配滤波器传输特性在负载电阻变化时,其传输特性优于原型滤波器。计算结果证明在合理选择技术指标条件下,最小失配网络存在并可以实现。 相似文献

Modern mechatronic applications often involve complex motions, resulting in highly dynamic motor loads. The selection of an appropriate motor is based on the characteristics of the load, besides other technical, as well as economic, considerations. DC motors are used indispensably in industrial applications because they provide such advantages as small size, high speed, low construction cost, and safe operation. A major area of research in DC motors is to determine a better method to measure the torque of motor shaft. The traditional way to measure the mechanical torque of a rotating shaft is attachment a torque transducer in the transmission system between the driving motor and the load. However, this technique requires additional parts for the transmission system, which makes the design more complicated, time consuming, costly in construction, and in many cases impossible to achieve.The purpose of this paper is to present a new method for estimating the load torque of a DC motor shaft by using a novel modelling method based on an adaptive control technique, named as online tuning grey fuzzy PID (OTGFPID). A test rig using a DC motor is setup to investigate the torque behaviour as well as to evaluate the developed estimator. Firstly, mathematical model is developed for the motor. Secondly, the experimental speed-torque data and the optimized motor model is used to optimize the torque estimator. Then the optimized estimator is used to estimate accurately the load torque. Finally, the capability of the optimized torque estimator has been validated with the practical experiments in comparison with a typical estimation method. 相似文献

It is well known that microstepping reduces the resonance behavior of stepping motors since the rotor moves in a sequence of very small steps. However, the under-damped nature of the motor does not change. In this paper, a scheme that uses microstepping and closed loop position control to stabilize and reduce resonance damping of the motor is proposed. The motor currents are controlled in a frame rotating synchronously with the excitation frequency. The d-axis current provides the torque to oppose the external load, and the q-axis current provides the transient torque to damp the motor. The motor velocity and position are estimated via an observer that tracks the angle of the motor back EMF voltage. The response of the closed loop system is independent of the external load level. Both simulation and experimental results have shown that the proposed control scheme is very effective in damping out the resonance of microstepping-controlled motors. 相似文献
