介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的干涉型光纤水听器闭环工作点控制系统.该系统通过调节光源频率,利用非平衡干涉仪两臂的光程差产生补偿相位,实现了工作点的控制,从而避免了在干涉仪中引入压电陶瓷(PZT),提高了系统的稳定性与可靠性.同时,对传统的信号解调算法进行了改进,提高了解调精度和动态范围.利用该系统对某一干涉型光纤水听器的声压相位灵敏度进行了测量.在频带102~2×103 Hz上,平均灵敏度为-162 dB,频响波动<±1.0 dB,与采用相位载波(PGC)调制解调方法测量的结果基本一致,验证了该系统的可行性. 相似文献

对基于铒镱共掺分布布拉格反射式光纤激光器(DBR-FL)的有源光纤水听器进行了研究.制作了腔长为8 cm的铒镱共掺DBR-FL,在抽运功率为50 mW时,激光器的输出功率达到0.263 mW;采用带法拉第旋镜的迈克尔逊干涉仪和相佗载波(PGC)解调方案,解调出施加在铒镱共掺DBR-FL有源光纤水听器的声信号,并通过与标准压电水听器对比得到声压灵敏度;对单频信号进行多次测量,声压灵敏度的波动小于±0.6 dB;测量了80 Hz到2.5 kHz频率范围的响应曲线,除125 Hz,200 Hz和250 Hz三个频点外,声压灵敏度已达到或超过部分文献报道中干涉型光纤水听器的灵敏度;与基于DFB-FL的有源光纤水听器做了对比测试,结果表明频率响应不平坦是未对水听器进行封装和测试系统引起的. 相似文献

提出了一种光纤干涉仪动态相移测量的新方法.该方法无需对光源进行调制,直接利用干涉信号的直流量和一次谐波分量,通过构造匹配函数的方法求解动态相移,实现了无源零差检测,而且具有信号解调简单、工作频带宽等特点.为了验证该方法的有效性,搭建了一个全保偏Mach-Zehnder光纤干涉仪系统,对压电陶瓷(PZT)产生的模拟动态相移进行求解.结果表明,求解得到的动态相移幅度与加载在PZT上的电压具有很好的线性关系,这与PZT的低频小信号特性一致.最后将该方法用于干涉型光纤水听器声压相位灵敏度频响的测量,实验结果与采用相位载波调制解调方法获得的结果基本吻合. 相似文献

相位漂移是干涉型光纤传感器实际应用中遇到的关键问题之一。提出了一种基于线性控制原理的无源解决方法,利用干涉仪的输出信号得到一个误差信号对光源波长进行调节,在非平衡干涉仪中产生一个补偿相位,对各种噪声引起的相位漂移进行补偿,从而使干涉仪一直工作在最灵敏的地方,实现了无源线性检测。搭建实验系统,利用该方法对某一干涉型光纤水听器进行了测试,结果表明该光纤水听器被很好地控制在正交工作状态,获得了稳定的输出信号。在20~2500 Hz频率范围内,该光纤水听器的声压灵敏度为-156.5 dB(0 dB=1 rad/μPa),频响波动<±1.2 dB,与采用相位载波(PGC)调制解调方法测得的结果一致,从而验证了该方法的可行性。 相似文献

采用非本征法布里-珀罗干涉(EFPI)方案,设计了一种基于铬金复合金属薄膜的声波传感器,采用基于快速傅里叶变换的相位解调方法解调光纤端面和换能薄膜之间的白光干涉,提高了相位灵敏度。实验结果表明,传感器在声波频率5~1000 Hz内,灵敏度保持在-119.98~-120.99 dB re 1 rad/μPa范围内,灵敏度变化小于1.01 dB,具有较宽的响应平坦区间;在频率150 Hz,声压0.18~5.30 Pa的范围内工作稳定,且声压和相位之间具有良好的线性关系。 相似文献

报道了三分量全保偏光纤加速度传感器的实验研究结果。传感器由6个弹性柱体共同支撑1个质量块构成三分量结构,由3个迈克尔逊全保偏光纤干涉仪共用一个光源组成。光学部分采用全保偏光纤干涉仪结构,消除了干涉光束偏振态随机变化引起的信号衰落,采用光频调制相位载波解调信号处理技术,消除了相位随机漂移引起的信号衰落,从而实现了对加速度信号的稳定检测。传感器的工作频带为5~500 Hz,加速度灵敏度达到660 rad/g,系统最小可测相位差为10-5rad,最小可测加速度达1.5×10-7m/s2,工作频带内加速度灵敏度变化小于2 dB。三轴加速度灵敏度和频率响应曲线与理论分析的结果基本一致。 相似文献

信号检测技术是光纤水听器的关键技术之一,提出了一种干涉型光纤水听器的简单无源零差(SPH)检测方法,它的传感部分没有任何有源器件,也无需对光源进行调制,实现起来非常简单。用Labview结合Matlab编写了信号实时采集处理系统,对光纤水听器灵敏度频响进行了测试。结果表明,在测试频带上探头平均灵敏度为-162.5dB,与国家一级计量站标定的结果一致;波动<±0.5dB,与理论分析一致。通过对灵敏度误差的详细分析,指出影响灵敏度解调的主要因素是光源功率的波动。 相似文献

研制了一种可用于油藏监测的3分量光纤加速度传感器。该传感器通过3个单方向传感单元分别获得3个正交方向上的被测加速度分量,每个传感单元是一质量-弹簧系统,通过波纹管与顺变材料构成复合弹性体,并采用光纤干涉结构将被测加速度通过解调光纤中的相位变化反映出来。实验数据表明,该加速度传感器具有良好的线性度、一致性和稳定性。系统的工作频带范围为10Hz至800Hz,其轴向灵敏度为38dB re rad/g,交叉法去敏度达到32dB re rad/g,最小可检测加速度为39.3μg/Hz^1/2。 相似文献

光纤光栅(FBG)传感以其强大的优越性受到了社会的广泛关注,波长编码信号解调是实现光纤光栅多参量、多点分布式传感网络的关键技术.针对几种典型的光纤光栅解调方法做了简单介绍,重点分析了压电陶瓷在干涉解调系统中的调相测量作用.通过改变干涉系统的臂长差来产生一个动态的干涉信号,使干涉信号在时域上获得延伸,将包含被测传感信息的波长信号转变成相位信号;并用非平衡Mach-Zehnder干涉解调系统检测了应变信号,取得了较好的实验效果.实验测得系统的相位检测灵敏度为0.82 (° )/με,可用于静态应变和动态应变的检测. 相似文献

A demodulation scheme for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors is presented. It is based on the generation of an electrical carrier by using a modulated multimode laser diode to illuminate the fiber grating. The change in Bragg wavelength is measured by tracking the phase of the carrier at the detector output in either an open- or a closed-loop scheme. A theoretical analysis of the interrogation technique in terms of linearity and dynamic range is presented. Experimental data were obtained for both strain and temperature measurements. Sensitivities of 0.7 μϵ/√Hz and 0.05°C/√Hz were obtained over a dynamic range of ≈60 dB. The application of this demodulation scheme to a multiplexed sensing system is also demonstrated 相似文献

A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor array system based on digital phase generated carrier (PGC) demodulation and reference compensation method is proposed and set up. Experimental results confirm that the digital PGC demodulation can be used for wavelength-division-multiplexed FBG sensor array and the reference compensation method can reduce the environmental interference by approximately 40 dB in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 2 kHz. The minimum detectable wavelength-shift of the sensor system is 1 × 10^-3 pm/Hz^1/2. 相似文献

For the modified demodulation arithmetic of 3 × 3 coupler, the processing software built on the basis of Labview is able to demodulate asymmetric 3×3 coupler signal and do further spectrum analysis. It shows that the measured frequency ranges from 10 Hz to 1 000 Hz and phase range is covered by --10 rad~10 rad. The phase sensitivity is 0. 5 V/rad. This paper describes and analyzes a particular application of high duty-cycle time-division multiplexing to the separation and identification of signals from an interferometric sensor array. Using the method discussed here, the coherence length of the laser is no longer a severe design constraint. Also, the source phase-induced intensity noise which limits some other multiplexing methods may be overcome, leading to a higher sensitivity. The arrays of all-passive remote sensors exhibit minimal crosstalk between sensors, and have downlead insensitivity. A synthetic heterodyne demodulation technique prevents environmentally induced signal fading. Analysis includes coupling ratios for all directional couplers in the system, signal and noise spectra, minimum detectable phase shift, and the effect of ac coupling on noise and crosstalk. An experimental all-fiber implementation of a two sensor array has yielded a measured sensitivity of approximately 10 μrad/sqrt{Hz} over a range of signal frequencies, and a crosstalk level of better than 55 dB. 相似文献

This paper describes multiplexing schemes for interferometric fiber sensors based on time-division multiplexed and dense wavelength-division multiplexing using optical add/drop multiplexers. The results of an experimental arrangement, which is based on one of the architectures, is also presented. Topics include a discussion of the noise sources in the system, dynamic range, and a characterization of the distributed feedback fiber laser source noise. We show the crosstalk levels in the experimental arrangement to be between -47 and -76 dB depending on the mechanism involved. The multiplexing schemes demonstrate the potential to address at least 192 interferometric sensors through two fibers based on a system with six wavelengths with a phase resolution less than 20 μrad/√Hz. For application to sonar arrays, our analysis has shown that hydrophones multiplexed in this type of architecture would achieve ambient acoustic noise-limited pressure resolution with an in-water dynamic range up to 135 dB at frequencies up to 10 kHz.
