基于自适应直觉模糊推理的威胁评估方法 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
将直觉模糊集理论引入信息融合领域,提出一种基于自适应直觉模糊推理的威胁评估方法.首先,分析了现有威胁评估方法的特点与局限性,建立了基于自适应神经一直觉模糊推理系统(ANIFIS)的Takagi-Sugeno型威胁评估模型.其次,设计了系统变量的属性函数和推理规则,确定了各层输入输出的计算关系,以及系统输出结果的合成计算表达式.再次,分析了模型的全局逼近性,设计了网络学习算法.最后,以20批典型目标的威胁评估为例,给出相应的评估结果,验证了方法的有效性和模型的正确性.实践结果表明,该方法可以提高威胁评估的可信度,改进评估质量,提高推理结果综合值的精度. 相似文献

提出了-种基于Log-Sigmoid型径向基(简称LSRBF)神经网络的空战目标威胁评估方法.采用威胁指数法量化各因素的威胁度,运用工程模糊集方法确定因素的权重系数,在此基础上合成目标总的威胁指数,作为网络的初始训练样本.根据专家经验对不合理样本进行调整校正,得到最终的训练样本,供LSRBF神经网络训练使用.采用标准梯度下降法与指数梯度下降法相结合的学习算法,保证网络具有较强的鲁棒特性.仿真实验结果表明,LSRBF神经网络具有很好的函数逼近性能,可以成功地完成空战目标的威胁评估. 相似文献

提出一种应用于防空系统中的目标威胁评估方法,该方法选取评估目标威胁程度的主要因素,并将其中目标类型因素综合到其他各因素中,同时建立了各因素目标威胁计算的数学表达式,通过加权求和的方法计算目标的威胁度,最终得到目标威胁等级.经仿真平台试验,结果表明该方法能较准确地反映目标的威胁程度. 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to propose a threat assessment method based on intuitionistic fuzzy measurement reasoning with orientaion to deal with the shortcomings of the method proposed in [Ying-Jie Lei et al., Journal of Electronics and Information Technology 29(9)(2007)2077-2081] and [Dong-Feng Chen et al., Procedia Engineering 29(5)(2012)3302-3306] the ignorance of the influence of the intuitionistic index's orientation on the membership functions in the reasoning, which caused partial information loss in reasoning process. Therefore, we present a 3D expression of intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement, make an analysis of the constraints for intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement, and redefine the intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement. Moreover, in view of the threat assessment problem, we give the system variables of attribute function and assessment index, set up the reasoning system based on intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement with orientation, and design the reasoning rules, reasoning algorithms and fuzzy-resolving algorithms. 模糊Petri网(Fuzzy Petri Net,FPN)是Petri网(Petri Net,PN)的模糊化描述的一种扩充.基于FPN模型的模糊推理规则表示和模糊推理已经得到了广泛的研究.传统的方法不能准确表示含有否定命题的产生式规则,并解决正确推理问题.本文讨论了模糊逻辑中否定的含义,将条件命题中的否定理解为其对推理规则的阻碍作用,结果命题中的否定理解为规则中的前提条件阻碍该命题的发生.在此基础上提出一种新的适合于含有否定命题逻辑规则的一致性FPN模型(Consistent Fuzzy Petri Net,CFPN)表示方法,同时在CFPN模型中引入域值的概念,并给出相应的形式化推理算法及相关证明. 相似文献

The author discusses the development of fuzzy sets in control. The importance of fuzzy sets in control is that they support the formulation of control rules that reflect an operator's natural ambiguity about the meaning of linguistic values, avoiding forced and specious precision in the specification of control rules. In addition, because sharp transitions across set boundaries are eliminated, then the changes in control actions can be smooth and graduated. The key elements in the design of a fuzzy controller are the definitions of fuzzy sets for the input and control variables, and the IF-THEN rules that link these variables. Given that the sets and rules have been defined, then the operation of the controller follows a basic three-step sequence: fuzzification, inference and defuzzification. 针对有噪情况下提取彩色边缘信息,文章提出了一种基于Renyi熵和模糊逻辑的彩色图像边缘检测方法。利用K-L变换,将彩色图像分割为三个正交彩色特征I^1,I^2,I^3,对含丰富特征的单色图I^1,采用一种基于Renyi熵的模糊推理方法进行边缘提取.将局部边缘信息测度和边缘度作为模糊推理系统的两输入变量,并运用7条模糊规则进行推理,以获得边缘隶属度。实验证明,与常用的边缘提取方法相比,该方法能提取更多的彩色边缘信息并具较好的抗噪性能。 相似文献

The study presents a methodology for evolving fuzzy modeling tasks in Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) based on distributed data-driven fuzzy clustering and reasoning. The fuzzy clustering is exploited for the purpose of learning fuzzy inference rules online. That calls for one-pass Lightweight Evolving Fuzzy Clustering Method (LEFCM) suitable for deploying on mobile devices with constrained resources in MANETs. There is no standard method to determine the optimal number of fuzzy rules and most of the fuzzy systems still apply the trial and error method, unsuitable for online modeling tasks. The proposed methodology addresses the issues of uncertainties, simplicity and speed to run in non-intrusive way. It estimates online the number of clusters and their centers in the input data space, accordingly the fuzzy rules, by online adaptation of the LEFCM threshold value that affects the number of clusters. Adaptation is based on the combination of geometrical and statistical analyses, as well as on incorporating a multidimensional fuzzy membership degree into the clustering process.
