依据国外有关标准、咨询通告等技术资料,介绍和分析了一种新的飞机级测试技术——低电平耦合测试(LLC)方法。低电平测试方法具有测试成本低,测试系统轻便易携带、易制造以及降低测试飞机潜在风险等优点.因此,广泛应用在飞机级雷电间接效应试验和飞机级高强辐射场(HIRF)试验中。飞机级雷电间接效应低电平耦合试验用于确定线束连接器的开路电压、短路电流及其线束感应电流,而飞机级HIRF 低电平耦合试验用于确定线束感应电流传递函数和设备安装位置衰减特性。  相似文献

针对传统配电网分布式馈线自动化网络系统测试存在模型复杂、耗资巨大及兼容性差等问题,提出了一种智能分布式馈线自动化网络闭环仿真测试技术。首先分析了智能分布式馈线自动化网络实现方案,其次在此基础上提出了由RTDS功能模块、放大器模块和智能终端模块组成的闭环仿真测试功能模块,并在RTDS环境中建立了配网分布式馈线自动化系统模型,最后通过闭环仿真测试对智能分布式馈线自动化系统的故障逻辑处理性能进行了验证。  相似文献

针对配电网分布式馈线自动化动作逻辑的现场测试存在较大的困难。基于电力系统仿真工具实时数字仿真仪RTDS,设计了一种配电自动化系统分布式馈线自动化仿真测试平台。通过接口模块可实现RTDS中电气信号与分布式馈线自动化智能终端控制信号的同步和交互,从而构建了实时闭环的高保全仿真测试平台,能够逼真地模拟分布式馈线自动化系统的故障形态和逻辑处理功能。最后通过对某城市实际配电网的测试应用,验证了所设计平台的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

文章综述了在系统电磁兼容性(EMC)测试中替代直接辐照的电流注入技术的最新研究成果。电流注入技术主要有两种:大电流注入(BCI)和直接电流注入(DCI)。BCI技术主要用于辐射敏感度测试,尤其是测试电缆束对射频耦合的敏感度。DCI技术是一种用在高场强辐射场(HIRF)下系统级EMC安全裕度测试的新技术,研究的热点是其相对自由场辐照的有效性及等效关系。  相似文献

在机载设备测试中如何模拟飞机环境输出准确的模拟信号,并对设备的软硬件能力做出全面的测试是其关键[1]。本文设计了一种自动化测试系统,该系统包含一个基于FPGA定制视频信号的源,用于为显示器提供特定视频信号,系统可以通过控制光学测量仪器、总线板卡、程控电源来对液晶的光电参数、电源指标进行全方位测量,还可以自动化生成测试报表,大幅度提升测试效率。  相似文献

针对飞机在地面的快速反应,安全升空和着陆能力,以及飞机刹车系统的性能等问题,将半实物仿真测试技术应用到飞机刹车系统中。建立实物与模型之间的关系,以LabWindows/CVI 2009为仿真开发平台,提出以实物代替模型引入仿真回路,与所建模型形成完整的飞机刹车半实物仿真系统的方法。结果表明:该测试系统与实物仿真相比投资少,效率高,同时又比传统数字仿真更接近实际,是理想的测试手段,为飞机刹车系统的实验研究提供了真实有效的实验平台。  相似文献

从分析倒装焊器件底部填充的必要性入手,对底部填充胶的选型流程、选型基本方法及重点参数匹配情况进行了分析,优选出4款底部填充材料。通过对4款材料关键参数的理论计算及恒定加速度、热力学耦合仿真计算,优选出一种材料作为样本材料。同时对底部填充材料验证内容进行了梳理,通过试验验证摸索出材料的适用范围及边界条件。该底部填充胶的选型验证方法对于军用混合集成电路其他聚合材料的选型具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

The use of fuzzy control strategies has recently gained enormous acknowledgement for the control of nonlinear and time-variant systems. This article describes the development of a fuzzy control method for a tire antilock system in vehicles while braking, integrated in a tire test bench, thereby allowing us to imitate the functioning and to understand the behavior of these systems in a reliable way. One of the inconveniences found in the development of these systems has been the difficulty of adjustment to the real conditions of a functioning vehicle. The main advantage obtained when using the tire test bench is the possibility of being able to reproduce the conditions established as fundamental to the operation of the antilock brake system (ABS) in a reliable and repetitive way, and to adjust these systems until optimal performance is obtained. The fuzzy control system has been developed and tested in the tire test bench to be able to refine its fundamental parameters, obtaining adequate results in all the studied conditions. The ease of the bench for the development and verification of new control systems for ABS has been demonstrated.  相似文献

An electromagnetic model is developed for the analysis of the coaxial-to-rectangular waveguide transition of the end-launcher type. The model describes the coupling mechanism in terms of an excitation probe which is fed by a transmission line intermediate section. The model is compared with a coupling loop model. The two models have a few analytical steps in common, but expressions for the probe coupling model are easier to derive and compute. The two models are presented together with numerical examples and experimental verification. The superiority of the probe model is illustrated, and a design method yielding a maximum voltage standing wave ratio of 1.035 over 13% bandwidth is outlined  相似文献

针对工程设计中综合射频系统高空核电磁脉冲(high altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse,HEMP)防护指标无法分解到各组成设备的难题,研究HEMP对综合射频系统的耦合.采用多通道耦合分析与验证方法,分别对综合射频系统"超短波"(very-high frequency,VHF)天线、"短波"(high frequency,HF)天线、L波段天线、机架以及互联线缆的HEMP耦合进行了仿真分析,并在有界波实验室开展了相应的测试.仿真和试验结果显示:最主要的耦合通道是VHF天线,最大耦合电压达800 V;次要通道是综合射频机架模块的非金属连接器孔缝,最大耦合电压达100 V;HEMP对屏蔽线缆的耦合电压忽略不计.以上耦合电压指标可作为机载综合射频系统分解到各个天线和模块的工程防护设计指标要求.  相似文献

An approach to dynamic MOS RAM testing has been developed. This paper deals in particular with the test problems of switched-capacitor (or single-transistor) MOS RAMs. Test procedures are developed from an understanding of the technology with which the memory circuits are built. The associated design weaknesses and failure modes are first reviewed, and four simple pattern-sensitivity programs are generated. Finally, an efficient test flow is recommended for rigorous functional verification as well as design and yield improvements.  相似文献

针对低频线缆耦合通道中最常见的双绞线电缆,以比较典型的互连线缆双绞线为研究对象,针对互连系统单端为非线性受试设备的电磁辐射敏感度进行实验研究。对连续波电磁辐射条件下双绞线传输线负载响应进行了理论推导,分析了典型互连系统辐射与注入的等效以及在高场强下的外推条件。对双绞线耦合通道大电流注入法(BCI)等效替代强场连续波电磁辐射的实验结果进行了分析,验证了BCI 等效替代强场连续波电磁辐射实验方法的准确性。  相似文献

A mechanical deflection system (MDS) was developed for highly accelerated tests to evaluate the solder joint fatigue performance in printed circuit board assemblies. The MDS test system can be used for design verification and qualification tests for solder joint reliability. Cyclic twisting deformation is imposed on an assembled printed circuit board (PCB) at isothermal conditions. The MDS test technique makes a significant contribution to reducing solder joint reliability testing cycle time. Fatigue performance of the PBGA solder joints subjected to the MDS test was investigated by three-dimensional finite element modeling. RTCA/DO-160G射频敏感度测试已广泛用于民用航空机载设备的可靠性检定中,然而,目前国内外对基于DO-160G的北斗机载接收机射频敏感度测试的理论分析与实际测试并不多见,对RTCA/DO-160G射频敏感度测试的研究旨在为民用北斗机载接收机的射频敏感度测试提供理论参考和实践依据.文中首先导出了传导敏感度及辐射敏感度校准的理论模型并验证了其有效性,导出模型表明选择满足标准要求的注入探头比高功率放大器的选择更重要,同时得到了远场条件下天线输入功率的估算方法.其次提出了基于敏感概率的半电波暗室与混响室辐射敏感度测试的等效模型,理论及实验结果表明该模型能够较好地预测两种测试方法的差异.最后根据所需的测试信号建立了相应的敏感度评估模型,实际得到的辐射敏感度测试下连续波和脉冲调制阈值最小值为5 V/m、40 V/m,表明接收机对脉冲干扰的耐受性显著高于连续波.  相似文献

This work presents a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) bandpass filter with wide and precipitous stopband, which is different from filters with a direct input/output coupling structure. Higher modes in the SIW cavities are used to generate the finite transmission zeros for improved stopband performance. The design of SIW filters requires full wave electromagnetic simulation and extensive optimisation. If a full wave solver is used for optimisation, the design process is very time consuming. The space mapping (SM) approach has been called upon to alleviate this problem. In this case, the coarse model is optimised using an equivalent circuit model-based representation of the structure for fast computations. On the other hand, the verification of the design is completed with an accurate fine model full wave simulation. A fourth-order filter with a passband of 12.0–12.5 GHz is fabricated on a single layer Rogers RT/Duroid 5880 substrate. The return loss is better than 17.4 dB in the passband and the rejection is more than 40 dB in the stopband. The stopband is from 2 to 11 GHz and 13.5 to 17.3 GHz, demonstrating a wide bandwidth performance.  相似文献
