使用新一代的非易失性存储器棗铁电随机存取存储器,设计一种能长时间记录变化缓慢的直流信号或监测捕捉记录偶尔出现的脉动信号的可移动数据采集器,是低成本解决现场数据的自动记录的有效办法。文章介绍了几种简单易行的数据记录方法和用Ramtron公司生产的FM24C256存储芯片设计的可移动数据采集器及其记录程序流程,给出了一种可变采样频率记录和脉冲检测记录的综合记录方式数据采集器设计方法。  相似文献

Heat-assisted magnetic recording is a promising approach for enabling large increases in the storage density of hard disk drives. A laser is used to momentarily heat the recording area of the medium to reduce its coercivity below that of the applied magnetic field from the recording head. In such a system, the recording materials have a very high magnetic anisotropy, which is essential for the thermal stability of the magnetization of the extremely small grains in the medium. This technology involves new recording physics, new approaches to near field optics, a recording head that integrates optics and magnetics, new recording materials, lubricants that can withstand extremely high temperatures, and new approaches to the recording channel design. This paper surveys the challenges for this technology and the progress that has been made in addressing them.   相似文献

Optical recording has lagged behind magnetic recording in two key areas: writable/erasable/rewritable media and density gains from advanced signal processing. While there are some writable optical-disk products available, their writing capability pales in comparison to magnetic recording. A great deal of research and development in writable/erasable/rewritable optical media continues and we address this in the article. Of particular interest is the use of near-field optical approaches to dramatically increase the storage density in both magnetic and optical recording. To a great extent, this article is about the future of signal processing for optical recording, since advanced signal processing has not been applied to any great extent in optical recording. The intention is twofold: (1) to provide a summary of current and existing optical recording technologies, and (2) to encourage and motivate work in advanced signal processing for these and other optical systems. We begin by summarizing the optical recording and readback processes and then describe writable optical channels and the gains associated with using partial-response coding techniques. We then describe nonbinary recording and the potential gains due to signal processing. The digital versatile disc (DVD), multilayer recording, and holographic recording are also discussed  相似文献

介绍了传统高速存储的实现方式,分析了用Nandflash实现海量存储的优点,实现了基于Nandflash阵列的实时高速存储模块。存储模块采用光纤FC作为数据输入端,在FPGA控制下实时存储到Nandflash阵列中,并将存储的数据通过CPCIE总线下传给其他模块作实时或事后分析、判读、处理、回放。实验结果表明,基于Nandflash的存储阵列,存储速度可达到900MB/s以上,满足高分辨率高帧频CCD相机及SAR成像存储需求。  相似文献

Perpendicular magnetic recording was a long-awaited technology to break the areal density limit of the longitudinal recording system. Through the research on high squareness CoPtCrO/Ru recording media, we have established the intrinsic design concept of stable perpendicular magnetic recording in which the high nucleation field of perpendicular magnetic media supports the very stable magnetization against disturbance fields in recording processes. By intensive study of the perpendicular magnetic recording integration into the 2.5-in 50–80 GB/platter test hard disk drives (HDDs), we have successfully developed the first 1.8-in 40 GB/platter HDD product featuring the perpendicular magnetic recording technology at 133 ${ hbox{Gbit/in}}^{2}$ recording density. Thermal stability and spacing robustness in the writing process of the perpendicular recording system were also found to be great advantages of the future portable HDD systems.   相似文献

The characteristic of near-field spots is analyzed.The size of the near field and the heat response time of the hybrid record medium to overcome super paramagnetic effect are calculated based on the heat transfer theory.A novel measuring method for the diameter of near-field recording spot is also presented.Since the grain of the recording media is tiny enough,near-field optical lithography can be accomplished with the aid of atomic force microscope(AFM).The diameter of near-field recording sopt can be obtained by specifically designed computer.So the relationship between the near-field recording spot diameter and the probe size of near-field recording system,the near field recording distance coupling between head and disc can be got.  相似文献
