分析了大相对孔径、长焦距折射式光学系统的像差特点,针对一款口径300mm,焦距540mm,波段范围500~850 nm,视场角2的折射式成像物镜进行了设计。首先根据系统的像差特点,针对二级光谱,选择了Petzval 型作为初始结构,并进行了复杂化,形成大空气间隔的三组元形式,利于像差的校正和后组元件尺寸的减小;而后针对使用波段对玻璃材料的部分色散P 和阿贝数V 值进行了修正,并绘制了P-V 图,从中选择了具有一定二级光谱校正能力并性能优良的玻璃材料。最终系统的二级光谱达到了0.06 mm,表明具有较好的复消色差性能。设计结果系统在相机Nyquist 频率(39 lp/mm)处各视场MTF 大于0.8,80%能量集中在直径为8 m 的圆内,小于一个象元尺寸,最大畸变小于0.1%,各项指标均满足设计要求。  相似文献

为满足高分辨率大相对孔径宽波段高光谱成像仪的要求,克服Offner光谱成像系统中凸面光栅加工的困难和改进型Czerny-Turner光谱成像系统相对孔径小的缺点,提出一种新型的基于平面光栅的大相对孔径Schwarzschild光谱成像系统,根据反射球面罗兰圆理论分析了该系统的像散校正方法,利用Matlab软件编制了初始结构快速计算程序。作为实例,设计了一个相对孔径为1/2.5,工作波段为400~1000nm的Schwarzschild光谱成像系统。首先利用自己编制的Matlab程序计算初始结构参数,再利用Zemax-EE光学设计软件对该光谱成像系统进行光线追迹和优化设计,并对设计结果进行分析。结果表明,在整个工作波段内,点列图弥散斑的尺寸小于13μm,实现了大相对孔径宽波段像差的同时校正,在宽波段内获得了良好的成像质量,满足设计指标要求,也证明了这种新型Schwarzschild光谱成像系统是可行的,其在航空和航天高光谱遥感领域具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

高分辨率成像光谱仪要求光学系统在宽视场和宽波段范围内具有高的空间分辨率和光谱分辨率。根据同轴三反光学系统初级像差理论计算初始结构,并分别将孔径光阑置于主镜、次镜和三镜焦点,通过光阑和视场离轴,设计了无中心遮拦的离轴反射式光学系统。其光谱范围为1.0~2.5 m,焦距f=1 600 mm,相对孔径为1/ 5,视场角为6.861.48,满足成像光谱仪宽视场、大相对孔径离轴三反消象散光学系统的设计指标。  相似文献

大视场、高分辨力星载高光谱成像仪已成为空间遥感的迫切需求,要求其望远系统在宽视场内具有高空间分辨力。在共轴三反系统的几何光学成像理论基础上,研究了用于高光谱成像仪的大视场离轴三反消像散(TMA)望远系统的设计问题,编制了初始结构计算程序,采用视场离轴方式,设计了一个波段范围0.4~2.5μm、焦距360 mm、相对孔径1:4、线视场11.42°的离轴三反望远系统,其主镜为6次非球面,次镜和三镜为二次曲面,考虑到市售探测器的限制,提出了视场分离的分光方法,在离轴三反系统的焦平面附近加一个刀口反射镜实现视场分离。在奈奎斯特空间频率28 lp/mm处,调制传递函数大于0.75,成像质量接近衍射极限。  相似文献

设计了一个短波红外透射式物镜用于超光谱成像仪.用色散公式计算了短波红外常用材料的阿贝数和部分色散数,并按照二级光谱的定义,计算了一些可用于双胶合的材料对.物镜采用Petzval结构,改进了可见光常用的PW设计方法,用于短波红外物镜设计的材料选择和初始结构计算.Petzval结构的物镜不能消除物镜的场曲,在焦面前加入一片平场透镜,用于扩展该物镜的有效视场.最后利用Zemax对系统的高级像差进行校正,获得像质良好的短波红外超光谱成像仪前置物镜.  相似文献

覆盖"日盲"紫外到近紫外波段的光学材料少,增加了小F数、大视场宽谱段紫外高光谱成像仪设计的难点。本文仅采用熔融石英和氟化镁两种材料,设计了一套宽谱段紫外高光谱成像仪,光谱范围为250~400 nm,焦距15 mm,F数3.2,视场31?。系统实现了模块化设计,前置成像镜头和后接光谱仪可独立成像。为保证对接后高光谱成像仪具有较好的像质,紫外镜头采用像方远心设计;光谱仪采用Offner结构,且反射镜实现了一体化设计,由两个元件组成,可实现同轴安装,极大降低了装调难度。对接后紫外高光谱成像仪像质较好,系统结构紧凑,外形尺寸仅有128 mm×60 mm×60mm,实现了系统轻小型化设计。  相似文献

为满足高光谱成像光谱仪的要求,研究了可见光-短波红外宽谱段的消色差像方远心前置物镜的设计问题。针对0.5~2.5μm谱段、焦距750 mm、F/#为5和视场角±0.8°的设计要求,进行了设计方案分析,提出了R-C折反式光学系统的设计方法;透镜校正组的设计中分析了可见光、短波红外波段的材料特性,并选择了适合该系统的材料F_Silica。最终设计的系统结构简单,很好地校正了色差以及单色像差,还实现了像方远心光路。设计结果满足光谱仪的要求,在整个谱段和全视场范围内,系统成像质量接近衍射极限。  相似文献

采用288×4线阵探测器及二次成像方式设计了一种工作于7.5~10.5μm的大视场大相对孔径长波红外扫描型光学系统,系统凝视视场角为28°×21°,采用摆镜同楔形镜扫描扩展后系统视场角为78°×57°,该系统具有大相对孔径、F数为1.67、高成像质量等特点。由于长波红外可用材料有限,设计中采用锗材料和硒化锌材料校正色差,引入非球面校正系统球差,系统设计结果显示其成像质量接近衍射蓟县,色差矫正良好,在空间频率为20 lp/mm处,调制传递函数(MTF)均在0.3以上,能量集中度大于70%。  相似文献

Offner型成像光谱仪具有结构紧凑,成像质量理想的优点,为了提高光谱分辨率,实现更多谱段的光谱成像,需要分光成像系统有强的集光能力,即需要大的相对孔径;为了消除折射材料的影响,提高光栅利用效率,系统应该全反射无遮拦,为此选用离轴三反射镜系统作为它的前置物镜。离轴三反射镜光学系统具有无色差、光谱范围宽、无遮拦、像差矫正能力强和对温度不敏感等优点,可作为成像光谱仪的理想前置系统。根据该成像仪的技术要求,得到系统F数为F/2.47,焦距为360mm,视场角为2.5°。通过优化设计,得到了一个大相对孔径的离轴三反射镜前置物镜系统。该系统相对孔径大,光能利用率高,成像质量达到衍射极限,特别是次镜采用球面,大大降低了制造检测难度和成本。  相似文献

We have fabricated the white organic light-emitting devices (WOLEDs) based on 4,4' -bis(2,2 -diphenyl vinyl)-1,1' - biphenyl (DPVBi) and phosphorescence sensitized 5,6,11,12,-tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene). The device structure is ITO/2T-NATA (20 nm)/NPBX (20 nm)/CBP: x%Ir(ppy)3:0.5% rubrene (8 nm)/NPBX (5 nm)/DPVBi (30 nm)/Alq(30 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/A1. In the devices, DPVBi acts as a blue light-emitting layer, the rubrene is sensitized by a phosphorescent material, fac tris (2-phenylpyridine) iridium [Ir(ppy)3], acts as a yellow light-emitting layer, and N,N' -bis- (1-naphthyl)- N,N' -diphenyl -1, 1' -biphenyl-4,4' -diamine (NPBX) acts as a hole transporting and exciton blocker layer, respectively. When the concentration of Ir (PPY)3 is 6wt%, the maximum luminance is 24960 cd/m^2 at an applied voltage of 15 V, and the maximum luminous efficiency is 5.17 cd/A at an applied voltage of 8 V.  相似文献

To meet the need of automatic image features extraction with high precision in visual inspection, a complete approach to automatic identification and sub-pixel center location for similar-ellipse feature is proposed. In the method, the feature area is identified automatically based on the edge attribute, and the sub-pixel center location is accomplished with the leastsquare algorithm. It shows that the method is valid, practical, and has high precision by experiment. Advanced ICs for applications such as highly integrated automatic braking system (ABS) and airbag controllers combine high voltage digital channels, significant VI demands and precise timing capability. Along with continued missioncritical reliability concerns, the trend toward higher voltage operation and increased device integration requires specialized test capabilities able to extend across the wide operating ranges found in automotive applications.
