对某含铜金银多金属硫化矿尾矿进行了综合利用试验研究。该尾矿主要有价元素为Cu、Au和Ag, 含量分别为0.16%、0.36 g/t、62.74 g/t, 主要金属矿物为黄铁矿和黄铜矿, 金、银主要分布于黄铜矿中, 其次分布于黄铁矿中。采用磨矿-铜硫混合浮选-铜硫分离浮选工艺回收尾矿中的有价组分, 开展了磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、分散剂用量、捕收剂用量等浮选条件试验, 确定了相关工艺参数, 闭路试验获得了铜精矿产率0.68%, Cu品位18.96%、Au品位36.75 g/t、Ag品位5286.37 g/t, Cu回收率80.58%、Au回收率69.42%、Ag回收率58.79%;硫精矿产率3.39%, S品位37.16%、Cu含量0.28%、Au含量2.05 g/t、Ag含量306.81 g/t, S回收率78.24%、Cu回收率5.93%、Au回收率19.30%、Ag回收率17.01%;实现了堆存尾矿中Cu、Au、Ag、S等有价元素的高效综合利用。 相似文献

某铜银矿矿石中有用组分铜含量低,伴生贵金属银含量较高,矿石成分较复杂,金属分布不均匀,含泥较高,氧化铜嵌布粒度较细,属难选氧化铜矿。试验研究了不同磨矿细度、药剂用量和工艺流程条件下的分选效果,结果表明:硫化矿、氧化矿混合浮选铜银矿药剂简单而且指标良好;当原矿磨矿细度达到-0.075mm占90.77%时,相对入选原矿量,在调整剂水玻璃用量500g/t、石灰用量500g/t、硫化剂硫化钠用量300g/t、捕收剂Y89黄药用量100g/t、戊基黄药用量100g/t、丁铵黑药用量80g/t、Z-200用量20g/t的条件下,采用"硫氧混浮一粗三扫三精"浮选流程,闭路试验得到的铜精矿品位为26.89%,铜回收率为89.39%;银精矿品位为2 320.30g/t,银回收率为88.35%。 相似文献

为了解决陕西某含银氧化铜矿选矿厂铜回收率低的问题,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了详细的选矿试验研究。结果表明,原矿含铜1.24%、银37.2 g/t,铜主要以孔雀石和蓝铜矿的形式存在,银主要赋存于氧化铜矿物中。针对目的矿物嵌布粒度细、硫化速度慢、易泥化的特点,以硫化钠+硫酸铵为组合硫化剂,以异戊基黄药+苯甲羟肟酸为组合捕收剂,采用原矿硫化—浮选—中矿集中再磨再选的工艺流程,最终浮选闭路试验获得了精矿铜品位18.09%、铜回收率89.47%、银品位477.56 g/t、银回收率80.60%的良好指标。该工艺为解决氧化铜矿生产中铜、银选别指标差的问题提供了技术依据。 相似文献

本文介绍了新型起泡剂 W- 70 1的性能及应用实例。针对湖北大冶铜录山矿低品位高含泥 (- 1 0μm1 0 %~ 2 0 % )氧化铜矿石的特性 ,采用新型起泡剂代替生产中使用的传统型起泡剂 2号油 (松醇油 ) ,大大改善了泡沫性能 ,使铜精矿品位及铜和伴生金银的回收率大幅度提高。工业试验处理含 Cu1 .0 7% (结合铜占 30 % )、含 Au1 .0 1 g/ t(包裹金占 1 0 .7% )、含银 6.2 g/ t的原矿 ,可获含Cu、Au、Ag分别为 2 0 .32 % ,2 0 .72 g/ t,85g/ t的铜精矿 ,相应回收率分别为 71 .60 % ,77.35% ,51 .61 %。与使用 2号油起泡剂相比 ,铜精矿含 Cu、Au、Ag分别提高 5.41 % ,4.78g/ t,2 5.3g/ t,相应回收率提高 7.7% ,4.0 3% ,6.96%。 相似文献

云南北衙万硐山含金铜硫型氧硫混合矿,在长时间露天堆放过程中次生硫化铜大部分被氧化,且矿石在自然状态下磨矿后矿浆显酸性,给铜回收和铜硫分离带来较大困难。经对比试验研究:采用在磨矿过程中添加石灰和硫化剂,使可溶性铜以硫化铜的形式沉淀,氧化铜表面转变成硫化物,然后与原生硫化铜一起浮选,提高了铜的回收指标且解决了铜硫分离难题;同时消除了在酸性条件下磨矿引起的铁质腐蚀危害。在原矿品位Au 2.2g/t、Ag 34.20g/t、Cu 0.69%、S 9.57%条件下,获得了品位为Au 59.5g/t、Ag 902g/t、Cu 21.23%,回收率为Au 66.77%、Ag 66.71%、Cu 76.21%的铜精矿及品位为Au 2.65g/t、Ag 39.45g/t、S 47.82%,回收率为Au 12.45%、Ag 12.99%、S 89.54%的硫精矿。该工艺方案合理可靠,可作为进一步技术改造的依据。 相似文献

以甘肃某含银硫化铅锌矿为研究对象,确定了铅锌顺序优先浮选的工艺流程,其中铅浮选作业采用硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠作为组合抑制剂,BK919为捕收剂,锌浮选作业以硫酸铜为活化剂,以丁黄药为捕收剂。结果表明:针对含Pb 1.74%、Zn 2.86%、Ag 24.44g/t的原矿,闭路试验可以获得良好的选矿指标,其中铅精矿的Pb品位为58.25%、含Ag 582g/t,Pb回收率和Ag回收率分别为85.39%和67.58%,锌精矿的Zn品位为45.09%、Zn回收率达到82.05%,实现了矿石中有用金属的高效综合回收。 相似文献
