以煤制油污泥与瘦煤混合制备的煤浆为研究对象,考察不同污泥添加量对污泥煤浆粘度、流变性和稳定性的影响。结果表明,随污泥添加量的增加,煤浆的粘度升高,最大成浆浓度降低,当污泥添加量从0%增加到15%时,最大成浆浓度由73.08%降至65.38%;污泥的加入使煤浆由胀塑性流体变为屈服假塑性流体,并且随着污泥添加量的增加,其假塑性也随之增强;此外,添加污泥能够显著提高水煤浆的稳定性。  相似文献

通过研究煤焦油石油焦浆的成浆特性、流变性以及稳定性,考虑了浆体温度和添加剂对油焦浆成浆特性的影响。随浆体温度的升高,油焦浆的黏度逐渐下降。往浆体中加入了十二烷基苯磺酸钠或op乳化剂后,浆体的黏度随温度的升高下降更加迅速。当石油焦浓度小于30%时,浆体呈现出剪切变稠的胀塑性流体特性;随浓度的增大,当浓度大于40%的情况下,浆体呈现出剪切变稀的假塑性流体特性。油焦浆的稳定性较差,通过加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠或op乳化剂,可以使浆体在静置3 d和7 d后仍保持较好的流动性和稳定性,但随浆体浓度的增大,稳定性能会降低,特别是当石油焦浓度超过50%后,浆体将无法稳定保存3 d以上。  相似文献

提高充填料浆的输送浓度是提高充填体质量、降低充填成本的有效途径之一。为此,开展了减水剂在充填料浆中的作用机理研究并在金川矿山进行了试验与应用,结果表明:在充填料浆中添加高效减水剂可以大大提高充填料浆的输送浓度,并显著改善高浓度充填料浆管道输送性能,减水效率可达15%,充填体强度增大25%~46%,并且可以进一步降低充填材料成本,节省排水排泥费用。  相似文献

硬质高岭土由冲击磨粉碎至-1250目后,经四段湿式磨矿,可得到-2μm含量大于90%的超细高岭土。当磨矿浓度为40% ̄50%时,随研磨(剥片)时间的延长,粘度上升,磨矿过程呈一阶动力学特征;高于此浓度,磨矿效果明显下降。  相似文献

采用聚羧酸、三聚氰胺以及萘系三种类型的减水剂,开展了减水剂在不同掺量下细尾砂充填料浆流动度、流变及强度试验,研究了减水剂类型和掺量对充填料浆流动度、屈服应力、塑性粘度、表观粘度、触变性及充填体强度的影响规律。研究表明:减水剂的掺入可以显著提高料浆流动度,降低屈服应力和表观粘度。减水剂对料浆塑性粘度的影响相对较小。此外,料浆触变性随减水剂掺量的增加呈现出先增强后减弱的变化趋势。相比三聚氰胺、萘系减水剂,聚羧酸减水剂对料浆流动性能的改善效果更优。一定充填浓度下,减水剂的掺入会降低充填体早期强度,但对充填体中后期强度影响较小,甚至略有提高。  相似文献

为了给研究如何提高鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿的超细磨效率提供参考,考察了矿石细度、矿浆浓度、矿浆温度及剪切率对鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿矿浆粘度的影响。结果表明:鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿的矿浆粘度随矿浆浓度提高和矿石细度变细呈指数关系上升。矿石较粗时,温度对矿浆粘度影响较小;矿石变细后,矿浆粘度随温度升高逐渐呈直线下降趋势。随着剪切率的提高,矿浆的粘度不断下降,而且在剪切率提高的初期下降幅度很大。根据试验结果,认为对鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿进行超细磨时,矿浆浓度不宜超过50%,同时适当提高磨机的转速将有利于降低矿浆粘度,提高磨矿效率。  相似文献

通过对比试验证明,使用助磨剂可以降低矿浆粘度,改善矿浆流变特征,提高磨矿效率,降低能耗。结果表明:六偏磷酸钠助磨效果最好,其最佳用量为钠长石质量的0.15%,磨矿浓度为78%时,研磨细度最好;除铁的矿浆浓度为25%时,能获得Fe_2O_3含量为0.07%的精矿。  相似文献

为了改善油煤水浆的综合性能,降低浆体粘度,通过在油煤水浆中添加不同种类和用量的乳化剂和电解质进行试验,研究它们对浆体粘度的影响,得出加入0.80%乳化剂B和0.05%Na2SO4的油煤水浆的粘度最低。试验结果表明:乳化剂对油煤水浆粘度的改变主要与其自身的性质有关,相同条件下乳化剂B的效果最好。电解质对于浆体的粘度有重要影响:电解质的金属离子的化合价越低,浆体的粘度越低;而含SO4^2-的电解质的浆体粘度较低。当添加剂的浓度较低时,浆体的粘度较低。  相似文献
